    Dear Sir
    On 21/12/2016, One unknown person used my debit card no. on line
    transaction. I had immediately informed to SBI Bank for the online
    transaction. Some transaction done by paytm mobile solution and i didn't got message about transaction.when i took the mini staatement I noticed it and I blocked card.
    please do something about like these fraud companies.

      I made a transaction which got failed and Paytm added cash in my wallet 2600.
      Next day transfer it to my bank account but it's been 3 days I haven't received my money. Im trying to call but customer care no.end my call in between.
      We have refunded Rs 2600 to your SBI bank for your Order ID [protected] on Paytm. Your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. Please contact your bank for any queries.
      Where is my money did you guys cheat this way?

      I enclosed the details from Boi where my shopping has not doNe by me. How its happen n debitted all the amount from my bank. I request to check the enclose n refund the same
      I made transaction through paytm on 7 th of dec, my amount deducted from my bank account but transaction failed. bank executive told me amount already reverted to vender(Paytm). till now i have not received my any amount back.

      Rupees 250.00 send to mobile number [protected] on 18.12.2016 at 12.02 PM through my mobile number [protected] has not been received by mobile number[protected] as the latter has no PAYTM facility. Hence I request you to recredit the said amount in my wallet.

      I had booked Bangalore Goa Indigo for 2 Dec. Indigo cancelled flight stating bad weather. I am still waiting for Paytm refund. Ticket raised with paytmcare 11415651 sent like 10 reminder emails no effect.

      My suggestion to others is just avoid Paytm. They are new in flight booking. Goibibo and mmt are way better in such scenarios.

        I send money to my friend on his given contact No. from my contact No. [protected] 2000/- rs. transation got failed in the app but immediatly I got the message from my bank account that 2000/- rs. got deducted from my account.
        How much time will it take you to refund the ammount?
        or I have to do anything else?

        Yesterday I was paying metro card recharge Rs 500/- against number:[protected] through Punjab national bank debit card. it show transactions failed. Few min later cut off from my account Total Rs.491/-. ( but not refund my money my paytm and bank account)
        So please take strong action against it.

        I have lost 49998/- on dt.: 14.12.2016 from BOB debit card, debited to paytm mobile solution, I want to get refund for the same amount at the earliest. Also want to know from where the money got debited from my a/c.

Is [protected] And my order no is [protected]. i was done my payment on[protected] on paytm Vallet 1000 rs but money are not show in vallet and also not refund in bank account already i submitted complaint more than 5 times but till issue is not solve now the order is not show in my order history. I am very sad due to your service

          I refunded rs500 to my j&k bank on 11 dec. but my bank didnt show any credited balance i tried to reach paytm but no response i got... i got a message that paytm has suseccfully credited rs 500 to my bank but when i checked i didnt find any balance

              While paying my electricity bill via Pay TM on dt. 09/12/2016 against consumer no.[protected] of Chandra Prabha Prasad under Muzaffarpur VIDYUT VITRAN limited, a sum of rupees 21784/-(twenty one thousand seven hundred eighty four only) has been deducted from my S/B account no. [protected] of State Bank Of India, JATNI (ODISHA) but unfortunately neither it has been credited to Muzaffarpur VIDYUT VITRAN limited account nor it has been creditated back to my accont no.[protected] of State Bank Of India, JATNI (ODISHA). So, please do needful at the earliest as per transaction details given below.
              1. SBI transactions dated 09/12/2016 POS PRCH POS[protected] ONE97 communication LNOIDA. Amount debited is Rs.21784/-
              2. PAYTM order No.[protected].
              3. SBI complaint with ticket No. PG[protected].
              Several times inquired over phone to PAYTM & SBI but till date not solved.

                  I have a paytm account and as by 22 dec, 2016 i was having 720 rs in my account but all of a sudden 550 rs were deducted from my paytm wallet without my knowledge or permission.

                  i have called in paytm custom care many times but they just leave message that they will calll back but no call or action is taken

                  This is high misuse of my paytm account and my security has been breached.

                  i want some immediate actions to be taken.

                    I want my money rs 500 to be refunded as i have entered wrong paytm number while transferring the payment to vijay kumar cab driver last night. that number was not registered to paytm and i want my money to be refunded to my paytm wallet. wallet order id [protected]. it was randomly transferred due to less clarity at night. i would highly appreciate if you do that on priority.

                          I sent around 10 mails to support team but no use.

                          I added on 10th Dec 2016 (Order#[protected]), money deducted from bank on that day. I received Payment confirmation mail from PAYTM on 18th of this month through mail .I got Payment confirmation from bank also but not updated on my wallet.

                          I sent many mails to PAYTM customer care and call to customer care also but I unable to talk with any customer support person.

                          My concern is up to 17th this order populated in my orders after wards this order is not populated in my orders.

                              I am writing this complaint due to some fraudulent activity in my paytm account actually I am getting calls from some unknown number and they are saying I am calling from paytm but I don't think so because they are asking for the otp for resetting of the password request and my last with paytm.was already resolved and they asked for any personal details like otp and other personal information. The number is [protected] is that and they are giving me such calls. Please take a strict action against them.

                                I transferred money from my bank account to paytm wallet for the order ID [protected]. Money has deducted from my bank account but nor added to my paytm wallet. Pytm says money has tranferred to your bank account but it's not. I even tried to call paytm customer care, but they are not responding to my calls. so, please take an action against it. Paytm is giving worst customer service ever.

                                    I got message from HDFC BANK, as per the above statement they have debited sum ofRs.300/- from my A/C. but till now i did not get message from paytm whether money has credited or not.

                                      I transferred 2500 from my account to paytm My money did not add up in the Wallet as PAYTM showed an error of declining payment, but my money has been deducted from my bank account. I tried contacting PAYTM about this issue but they have been ignoring my complaint. They asked for my Transaction number and I gave it to them but still no response. It has been 80days now and It is really getting on my nerves now. Rs2500 is not a small amount. And I dont understand why is PayTM taking so long to respond and refund my money...

                                        This is inform to that i was purchased netmeds through paytm & amount has been deducted in my account SBi bank, on dated 16 dec 2016
                                        As of now netmeds has not confirmed due to they are not received payment from PAYTM, please check and advise,

                                        I had tried to call to paytm but not sucessfully yet
                                        I had tried to call to netmeds As stated that payment not received yet.
