I am writing this complaint due to some fraudulent activity in my paytm account actually I am getting calls from some unknown number and they are saying I am calling from paytm but I don't think so because they are asking for the otp for resetting of the password request and my last with paytm.was already resolved and they asked for any personal details like otp and other personal information. I transferred money from my bank account to paytm wallet for the order ID [protected]. Money has deducted from my bank account but nor added to my paytm wallet. Pytm says money has tranferred to your bank account but it's not. I even tried to call paytm customer care, but they are not responding to my calls. so, please take an action against it. Paytm is giving worst customer service ever....

I am Umesh Inarkar, my mobile no. is [protected]. I would like to inform you, i have added my money in PAYTM WALLET sum of Rs. 300/- in afternoon as per time 12.10 pm from HDFC BANK online transaction.

I got message from HDFC BANK, as per the above statement they have debited sum ofRs.300/- from my A/C. but till now i did not get message from paytm whether money has credited or not.

I transferred 2500 from my account to paytm My money did not add up in the Wallet as PAYTM showed an error of declining payment, but my money has been deducted from my bank account. I tried contacting PAYTM about this issue but they have been ignoring my complaint. They asked for my Transaction number and I gave it to them but still no response. My amount of Rs 10000 is not transferred to bank and it is still showing pending and I m in very much in need of that money and I m not getting any response from paytm side as I logged complaint 1000 times and it is very irritating and mentally torturing
Please help me and sort out this problem as soon as possible

I tried to pay my electricity bill through paytm. the amount was rs 1230. amount was deducted from my bank account and paytm showed that the transaction failed. this happened on 16 dec 2016, i have been waiting for week to get the refund. i even complained this to cybercell. there's no response just a automatic generated email is received. they don't even look at your problem.

never use paytm. its a fraud. worst app ever....

I have tried transferring Rs 5000/- from PayTM Wallet to my ICICI bank account on Date:[protected] Time 07:14:09 PM, but due to an error in paytm server, this transaction got failed (showing status as PENDING on paytm site). The money got deducted from my paytm wallet but not transferred to my account.

Recharge of 500 in my Delhi metro card done on 17 Dec 2016 by my roommate.
The recharge of 500 rupees is still not credited in the card after 7 days. The customer care is just sending generic mail and not responding when replied on top of it. They IVRS customer care is also not providing option to connect to the authority. Just a random ticket is generated abd such BS.

Hi my name is ranaram dewasi paytm user mobike [protected] i made a transaction of rupees 2200 from my wallet to be transferred to bank account but paytm has still not credited the money in bank acct Trabsac ref # 48033819, [protected], [protected] transaction was made on dec 21th ..i am calling that helpline bt they could not answer mi.if possible then refund my amount....

I hitesh machhi having accpunt in paytm.
When My friend send me 3000 rupee to my paytm wallet then it shows 3000 rupee in wallet.
When i transfer it to my bank account then automatically 3000 rupee cut from my bank account so and bank statement shows 3000 rupee cut and also paytm wallet shows 0 rupees.
In paytm wallet every transactions shows pending and today it shows finish but no money return...

I had made one transaction of 540/- rupees from my registered mobile number [protected] Sunny Patel to [protected] Vyas Bhosale. This transaction was made on 29th NOV but 540/- rupees is neither credited to Vyas' paytm wallet nor refunded to my paytm wallet. Even I wrote to paytm customer care but didn't get any response from paytm.
