This side Pragati Arora account holder of your paytm.I just wanted to inform you the issue that money has been deducted from my account and it is shown to me but it has not been received by the other party.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir mene apne bank se Paytm me amount load kiya but Paytm me nahi aaya aur acount se debit ho gya ye problem bahut logo ko ho rahi h aur Paytm ka koi bhi complaint number nahi h jispe humse koi baat kare..
15/12/2016 ko Paytm se 20000 apne acount me load kiya tha wo 21/12/2016 ko aaya.. aur ab aaj 21/12/2016 ko subha bank se Paytm me load kiya is number par [protected] lekin abhi tak Paytm me balance nahi aaya kya company h ek taraf...

Vry bad service by paytm loss my money....

Amount of Rs. 3664.99 deducted from paytm wallet but order it showing pending (Transferred to Bank Account). very disappointment for the service provided by paytm. need to improve better server, bad experience with the services provided to public.

I have logged so many complaints to your helpline [protected] but not a single call and sms for registering complaint.

same has been mail to [protected]@paytm.com but no response from there too with the screen shot of all errors
worst service I have...

I got a call from a person saying that he is from paytm and i by mistake shared my OTP with him and after that my account balance was 0. He said he is from paytm and this is verfication call for me and i need to share my otp with him so i by mistake shared my password and after that i lost all my balance and i do have the number from which i got a call from...

I was made one transactions of rs 5000/-
From paytm to bank account trasactions was showing pending but amount has been deducted from my account.

Sir/mam this is devendra singh bhakuni . i add 5000 rs.in paytm on 18th of December, but i can't get the money .so can i know where is that money the transaction no . is [protected] and it shows that it is successful ..

I was transferring Rs 2250 though paytm wallet to bank account and it got stuck and showing pending.
And I m very much in need of that money as I live alone in Bangalore and I m an student So it is very much importance for me for that money .
And I m very much irritated as i logged complain 1000 times but no response from then and worst part is that they dont have any customer executives so please telll me how these bastards...

I have made a transaction of rs 1087 through paytm. i have paid my landline bill payment ... amount debited frm my credit card ... it is not showig in paytm passbook neither i got reciept of that... paytm is making frawd to people. i have mailed 4-6 times to paytm but there is no response... take strict againt paytm..i have taken screenshot of that trancation.. order no- [protected]

Yesterday i tried to transfer 1500 from my hdfc bank account to paytm wallet i did two transaction each was shown unsuccessful but inr 3000 deducted from my account but nothing transferred in paytm wallet but in the transaction summary of bank account it has been shown that its been transferred to micr noida. May you please refund me my amount or get it transferred in my paytm wallet....

Hi there,
I have transferred money from my wallet of 1150 rupees and it got stucked, status showing pending. I had tried to contact them many way but failed to contact by email, ticket, call, social media etc. They robe my money. when I need it very urgently they don't respond or they don't try to understand the importance of money as they have looted many users money yet.
Very poor service. They don't have active communication...

@Paytm My transaction is showing as pending, money has been deducted from the wallet but not received in bank....

This is my third complaint & not getting satisfactory reply from customer care my wallet transactions are as follows:

2: 17/12 id [protected] Amt 500/-
3 :20/12 id [protected] Amt 500/-

The Amt has been deducted from my paytm Wallet the Amt is not credited to the end user.
