I am already 2 time complaints but not solved my problem because sir I am 10 December 7500 transfer to my account to paytm wallet. But transaction failed but 7500rs money deducted my account. I have try to paytm customer care number but no response my call. Sir many times mail from [protected]@paytm.com but no reply my mail. @ many times mail [protected]@paytm.com but only send me ticket number. Ref:1428266. Sir please solve my problem @ my issue urgent

Hello Team,
I made an online transaction of Rs. 220/- to a merchant on 21st Dec 2016 at 01:01:28 PM. Though PayTM shows it to be a successful transaction and the amount has also been deducted from my wallet, but I did not receive any message for the same and the merchant has also not received the payment yet.
Request you to initiate the process to refund the amount in my PayTM wallet.

I regeret to inform you that My payment wallet balance was RS 500/- ( Rupees five Hundred Only) As on 22/12 /2016. As I was unable to make payment to Uber cab through the paytm.
I updated the Paytm application after the update my wallet balance is showing RS 0.
Please help me recover my wallet balance of RS 500/

if my problem is not solved ASAP I will be forced to use Free Charge app.

Your authorized person named Mohd Ahsan was call me from no:[protected] at evening near by 6:30 pm and asked for share account login & otp detail.

After sharing such details, He has been transferred my wallet amount in three transaction. Out of RS .700, only rs 20 is left for use in my wallet.

Request investigate for the same and refund deducted amount of rs 680 in my wallet balance.

Sir, yesterday and today also i went to bank to see whether my amount is credited by you or not. but today also amount is not received in my bank account. you provided me the reference no- 74766516354650910908803 for order id- [protected]. i contacted the SBI manager also but they told me that they have no concern with the paytm refund and no amount is still credited in my account. my total amount was 11000 rs and i requested for this refund on 17th dec 2016. kindly solve this problem as soon as possible and please credit this amount to my bank account as soon as possible. i provided my ATM NO- [protected] for this refund. kindly look into this problem as solve it fast and credit this amount to my account.

I have send a payment of Rs. 3000 to my friend ( Name: Abhishek Das, Mobile no: +91 [protected] ) on 5/12/16 at 20:46:54. The payment was successful from my end and deducted from my bank account, but on the other end my friend received a SMS saying the payment is successfully received but the same is not getting reflected in the paytm wallet.

My friend has also raised a complaint but no solution yet. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

I had booked PVR multiplex movie ticket on 11th Dec, 2:20 pm for ventileter movie. And for that I didn't received any booking ID. When I checked in PVR they said you don't have any booking for this move. But I had received message from HDFC bank stated that your a/c is debited with Rs 668.98. And there for I purchased movie ticket by cash.So that I want my money back to my a/c.

Sir mene apne bank se Paytm me amount load kiya but Paytm me nahi aaya aur acount se debit ho gya ye problem bahut logo ko ho rahi h aur Paytm ka koi bhi complaint number nahi h jispe humse koi baat kare..
15/12/2016 ko Paytm se 20000 apne acount me load kiya tha wo 21/12/2016 ko aaya.. aur ab aaj 21/12/2016 ko subha bank se Paytm me load kiya is number par [protected] lekin abhi tak Paytm me balance nahi aaya kya company h ek taraf note bandi se dimaag kharab ooper se ye Paytm company bhi kuch kam pareshani nahi de rahi h

Amount of Rs 5000 transfered from PAytm to My bank accont No credited bank Shown pending Next day got refunded to my wallat but i need to transfer some urgency so again to day i have tried to transfed tail amont i have tansfered of Rs 1000 & 900 again same issue it's Showing we fund some technical issue.

and again i called custmer care but not get any suggetion...

Please sugest how i have transfer i am warring

I have logged so many complaints to your helpline [protected] but not a single call and sms for registering complaint.

same has been mail to [protected]@paytm.com but no response from there too with the screen shot of all errors
worst service I have ever faced with Paytm customer care.

Pls get it transfer asap and confirm
