Hi, i did transaction on Paytm on 8th december,
had transferred 18000rs back to my bank account,
successfully received 14000rs. into my bank, however didnt receive 4000rs to my bank account,
my wallet order id is [protected],
for 7-8days it show in pending status, i have tried to contact paytm on customercare number, have raised ticket, have shared details on email, twitter, facebook on all the possible medium,
just got one reply on twitter that amount is successfully transffered to my bank, i checked but it was not in my bank, have checked trascation status, they made is pending to sucessful,
mean while also tried to contact for the same, but no response till date,
today also i checked, my trasaction passbook on paytm, they people cleared all my transaction, it shows nothing, no entry in my passbook. here is the all screenshot, have a look,
Plz help me to get back my 4000rs.

    I added money amounting to rs 1000 on 14th december 2016.No transaction has been done after adding money. When i want to use paytm wallet for transaction i found zero balance in my wallet. Let me know the reason why my wallet balance is zero. While i have not made any transaction after adding money. Also give my previous transactions details at the earliest.

    I added money Rd 1000 ON[protected] through HDFC BANK REFERENCE NO[protected] &Narration [protected]/PAYMENT. NO TRANSACTION DONE .BALANCE SHOWS ZERO. WHY .NO BODY WILL TRUST IN PAYMENT. EARLY REPLY IS REQUESTED.

              My money which was deducted from my bank still not returned to my bank..i think it was a fraud...i debited ten thousand rupees from my ubi bank account no yo paytm for payment purpose. But whwn transaction not processed, i returned back the amount to my ubi bank account, but even after two days the amount not credited to my ubi account...i recieved a mesaage that contact your bank, but bank saying that this transaction was done by paytm and you should contact them...please tell me what yo do, or otherwise i have to lodge compalaint in crime branch...

                Transaction of bank transfer is pending even after 3 days of its payments.amount of transaction is Rs. 4001/- and 1600/- in two differebt accounts are pending.even after 3 days of its payment no solutiin is observed .paytm message received was to wait for 2 working days but it is not shorted out within time frame.sir please solve the issue and reply.

                      i have transferred INR 5000 from paytm wallet to another account on 19/12/2016. But there is a problem balance deduct in my paytm wallet. Still it's shows pending.
                      I am facing this problem from 11:58pm, Dec 19 2016 to till date, order id.[protected].
                      Please refund the amount as early as possible.

                            I have transferred the amount of 5000 rs from paytm wallet to bank of baroda account on 20/12/2016. Amount has been debited from my wallet, but till now not credited to my bank account.. Till now it is showing pending...

                            So please confirm when it will credited to bank account...

                            I had tried to customer care of paytm and done the so many mails to [protected]@paytm.com. But i did not get any response.

                            This is worst customer service that i ever seen in my life from paytm..
                            At last i did not received one single mail reply for my so many mails..

                              I made a transaction on swiggy using paytm which failed at authorization. The money was deducted from my paytm wallet, but swiggy never got the money.

                              I should've got the money back in my wallet, but i did not. I made many attempts to raise a complaint at paytm, but received no response. I didn't even get a mail that my complaint is registered. Also paytm doesn't have an option where you can talk to a customer care representative.

                              For paytm, my transaction id is - [protected]. You can call me on [protected] to discuss and solve my issue.

                              I made a transaction on Swiggy using Paytm on 20-Dec (Txn ID - [protected]) that failed. Swiggy did not receive the money and I had to make the payment again. I have not received this money back in my Paytm wallet. (Amount: Rs. 212)

                              Repeated attempts to reach out to customer care failed. Paytm DOES NOT have a customer care call center when I can call. Their IVR did not even confirm the receipt of my complaint. Pathetic service!!

                              @Paytm: If you are reading this, please check the transaction ID and call me using the account on which this transaction was made.

                                Inspite a lot of repeated reminders regret to inform you that till date no action has been taken for pending payment of 10, 000 rs for refund of my money back to my bank account since 14 dec. I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of paytm, which could not be compensated in the terms of money. So expedite the payment urgently otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to consumer court for vindication of my right.                                 Sir i had refunded my 10, 000 rs to the account i had transfer it from on 14 dec 16, status is success but i have not yet recieved my amount back to my bank account.. please tell how many days i have to wait to get it refunded...i have been using paytm since 2-3 yrs but now the experience is becoming horrible day by day...i want some immediate action right now as its been 10 days now and u guys have been blocked my account also...this is seriously pathetic...am waiting for today only otherwise am going to file a case against you guys in consumer court...and dont take it lightly this time.

                                        These payments were made via credit card by us but one entry of Rs.600/- was not credited by you and our ICICI Bank has raised the bill to us. We checked from bank they said amount has been credited to you. Request you to either credit the amount to us in our credit card or credit to paytm account.
