I did Rs.3500 transfer from Paytm wallet to my bank account.
Still it is in pending status. Neither credited in my bank nor refunded to my wallet.

I raised many tickets regarding this issue but no one responded. There is no proper customer support Paytm is providing.

Please work on this ASAP. I want my money to refund.

Is there any Customer care number in order to contact them to solve...

i have transferred INR 5000 from paytm wallet to another account on 19/12/2016. But there is a problem balance deduct in my paytm wallet. Still it's shows pending.
I am facing this problem from 11:58pm, Dec 19 2016 to till date, order id.[protected].
Please refund the amount as early as possible....

I have transferred the amount of 5000 rs from paytm wallet to bank of baroda account on 20/12/2016. Amount has been debited from my wallet, but till now not credited to my bank account.. Till now it is showing pending...

I made a transaction on swiggy using paytm which failed at authorization. The money was deducted from my paytm wallet, but swiggy never got the money.

I should've got the money back in my wallet, but i did not. I made many attempts to raise a complaint at paytm, but received no response. I didn't even get a mail that my complaint is registered. Also paytm doesn't have an option where you can talk to a customer...

Inspite a lot of repeated reminders regret to inform you that till date no action has been taken for pending payment of 10, 000 rs for refund of my money back to my bank account since 14 dec. I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of paytm, which could not be compensated in the terms of money. So expedite the payment urgently otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to consumer...

I tried to transfer 5000₹ from my paytm wallet to bank account while transfering amount showed an error that your net was slow.. But my money was deducted from my wallet, i have given complaint by mail but there is no response paytm customer service it's been 3days i didn't get any response from paytm, please kindly take an appropriate action soon...

It showing pending
Past 7 hours that action is not taken
Urgent look into my matter and refund back my amount of 10000 to my paytm wallet
Otherwise i will file complaint to consumer court about my inconvenience because of you...

Its been 5 days i have transferred the above money from my paytm wallet to the source bank but its still pending and i have complaint so many time but no response either on call or mail. The wallet transaction id for the same is [protected] but its not been credited to my account yet i have complained so many time on it but no response from your side on this neither customer is able to contact their customer care....

I purchased set of jeans through paytm for an amount of rs. 458. On 9th dec 2016 the money was deducted and suddenly the order was cancelled automatically. I waited for 10 days as their customer care telling wait for 3 to 10 days. Also calling to their customer care is chargeable where we will again loose money for their mistakes. I had written to the ceo paytm, for my shocking thing, none of his team members has bothered to respond on this mails, hope these people are just been taken for a ride and they garbing people's money, will so called paytm will pay the interest for holding my money???.

Money is needed in my time and not as an when they like to do, i need some senior to reach me on my number, the call center team is one of the worst...
