Past 7 hours that action is not taken
Urgent look into my matter and refund back my amount of 10000 to my paytm wallet
Otherwise i will file complaint to consumer court about my inconvenience because of you

    Pay tm, team,

    Its been 5 days i have transferred the above money from my paytm wallet to the source bank but its still pending and i have complaint so many time but no response either on call or mail. The wallet transaction id for the same is [protected] but its not been credited to my account yet i have complained so many time on it but no response from your side on this neither customer is able to contact their customer care. Have not received the money from pay tm side you dont care about your customer i have done so many mails and calls but not received any response from your side.

    Also i am unable to compaint i think they have deactivated that service in my account

        I purchased set of jeans through paytm for an amount of rs. 458. On 9th dec 2016 the money was deducted and suddenly the order was cancelled automatically. I waited for 10 days as their customer care telling wait for 3 to 10 days. Also calling to their customer care is chargeable where we will again loose money for their mistakes. But still not the amount refunded to the account. I checked the bank statement the money is deducted but not yet refunded.

            I had written to the ceo paytm, for my shocking thing, none of his team members has bothered to respond on this mails, hope these people are just been taken for a ride and they garbing people's money, will so called paytm will pay the interest for holding my money???.

            Money is needed in my time and not as an when they like to do, i need some senior to reach me on my number, the call center team is one of the worst team to handle a customer.

            I had deposited 13, 000/- on from my bank account and till date this is not happened, reach me at [protected].

                      On dated 19 december 2016 i have transferred amount of inr 3100 through
                      Paytm wallet to a bank account till today its not received on the bank account but the same is deducted from my paytm account. I have tried to contact on the customer care no. Of paytm but nobody attended the call. I have forwarded to complaint through email and for this i got a computer generated response as below. "
                      Your transaation for wallet to bank transfer initiated successfully from our side but we have not received a confirmation yet from your bank. Your bank could take upto 2 working days to process the transaction.

                      Incase if your amount will not get credited in your bank account after 2 working days then you may contact your bank directly for details.

                      In case the transfer fails, the amount will be added back to your paytm wallet.

                      We hope this information is helpful in resolving your concern. We regret the inconvenience caused.

                            Its to bring notice of consumer who are trying to recharge using paytm. It has 7 out of 10 send to bank account transactions failed and showing pending for long time. No doubt they can earn huge money out of interest by holding your money even for 1 day. 16 th december 2016 i will send 1000 rupee to my brothers account by using paytm wallet but still the amount not credited in my brothers account. And now paytm shows my transaction was pending since 16 dec'16 six days already spent but transaction still showing pending. After that i will trying to contact with paytm care but i did not connect with them directly because they don't have any customer care like telecoms has. More than 10 time i will send emails to [protected]@paytm.com but no body replied even no body reply me on twitter as well. Already more then 15 twit i posted on their official paytm account but still no body address my concern. How embarrassing is it.

                              This is sowjanya i have added this month just i had added only rs 8683/- in that i had transfer to bank account rs 5284/- when i tried to transfer rs 3400/- it showing that transaction is pending so please reply back when it will refund to my wallet r else credit into bank account. But this not correct to treat the people

                                My name is rahul kumar sinha. I've transferred amount of rs 500 from my paytm account to hdfc bank account at 19th dec 2016 at 12:55pm which wallet transaction id is [protected]. Bt yet now paytm passbook shows transction is pending and i've checked with bank at 22nd dec. Hdfc bank has informed me that there is no such transaction of rs 500 received by bank.

                                I've manytimes mail and call but no reply form paytm side. If paytm will not refund my money of rs 500 then i'll go to consumer forum and will take action on paytm.
