Please note that i was transfer fund Rs. 1500 paytm to my account on 18.12.2016.
But payment is still not recived. my paytm cell no is [protected].
I have send so many mails to paytm customer care but no reply received from paytm side.
and i have call to paytm customer care no but he asked me 'give the debit card no, exp date of debit card no and cvv code and password of debit card with OTP password. this is a wrong.br...

I have transfer amount to my bank account at 22-Dec -2016 12:22 money will not transferred to my account but amount will deducted from my wallet. it gets connection time out error. till toady status is pending.

Paytm — Wallet to bank

I have trasfered 3000rs from my wallet to bank transfer but i am not able to transfer...amount is debited from wallet...but fiunally itshows pending...plz refund my, money back...my mobile no [protected]...plz help me go get my money refund back...its very urgent...

My order number is1983015. On 20 december i order on big basket and did payment by paytm, after 5 min big basket message me he don't received any payment so he made my order cod, after some time i received a message from my bank that rs 3821 cut debited from my account by paytm, than u massage me that u received rs3821 in against the order no. 1983015 and if i cancel the order so u refund me my money, than i cancelled that order but i don't...

What about my order no.#[protected] of gown ordered from paytm .Please solve as my account has been debited....

its been 8 days i have transferred the above Money from my Paytm Wallet to the source bank but its still pending and i have complaint so many time but no response either on Call or mail. the Wallet Transaction ID for the same is [protected] and bank Transaction ID IS [protected] but its not been credited to my account yet i have complained so many time on it but no response from your side on this neither customer...

P. S : inspite a lot of repeated reminders regret to inform you that till date no action has been taken for pending payment for earphone bill (As committed by you). I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of paytm, which could not be compensated in the terms of money. So expedite the payment urgently otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to consumer court for vindication of...

This is regarding my order [protected] Dt. 11 Dec.2016. It was showing status payment failed. Money was deducted from my account and i have received message from paytm that your bank has just confirmed the successful transaction and your money will be refund if order is cancelled.
I have tried to contact paytm by phone, emails and toll free number but my query is unanswered. No response from paytm team since last seven days i am following...

I added rs 5000 from my bank account to my paytm wallet ([protected]) on 16th of dec 2016, amount deducted from my account but not added to paytm wallet also checked in account but it is still reflecting as a deduction. Checked with bank and as per them amount is pending to paytm side.

Tried calling on the paytm support number multiple times but unable to connect.

Please have a look into this issue and resolve...

-solution is to refund my money 1320/- only....

Hi, i have purchased a cellphone "lenovo vibe k4 note (Tuxedo black)" on 16th dec'15 using paytm after which 2142 rs was to be returned as the cashback after 18 % cashback. Transaction is done. Cashback was supposed to reach in my account within 24hrs but still i didnt get any cashback. Even there is no such customer assistance service to communicate.
