              Paytm order no [protected] confirms paytm received 400 r from my bank but the money is neither refleced in the wallet nor refunded into my bank account. There is no confirmation form paytm and also i am unable to lodge a complain regarding this issue on paytm app or website (Displaying error codes). I also emailed regarding them on the same on [protected]@paytm.com but no response on their hand. Date 22 december 2016 time 1:00 pm

                  I had recharged rs-1528 to my mobile no [protected] through hdfc bank debitcard using paytm site and i get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged.
                  I would be glad if takes some action against paytm.

                    Please note that i was transfer fund Rs. 1500 paytm to my account on 18.12.2016.
                    But payment is still not recived. my paytm cell no is [protected].
                    I have send so many mails to paytm customer care but no reply received from paytm side.
                    and i have call to paytm customer care no but he asked me 'give the debit card no, exp date of debit card no and cvv code and password of debit card with OTP password. this is a wrong.
                    Please check and help us.

                      Yesterday I file a complaint of not transferring money from my Paytm wallet to my Bank A/c on this site & after successfully posted the complain on this site i got Fraud calls on the behalf of paytm from these numbers [protected] (Delhi), [protected] (Bihar) & [protected] (Punjab) & they ask me about my bank details for transferring money back to my A/c but fortunately i got a call from Paytm costumer care & he warned me not to share any OTP & bank details to them now i requested you pls resolve all the issues pending at your end including me to avoid any miss-happening to paytm users & avoid the negative publicity of paytm among the people.

                      In regards to my last complain regarding deduction 4500Rs from unauthorised way pls help to get my balance back & yesterday i got a call from your Cyber cell deptt he ensured that your money will be refunded so pls do this on priority basis as i need fund on urgent basis & i also request you pls take strict action against the [protected] user number he take the advantages of your name & done fraud with many paytm costumers & spoiling the name of paytm.

                          My order number is1983015. On 20 december i order on big basket and did payment by paytm, after 5 min big basket message me he don't received any payment so he made my order cod, after some time i received a message from my bank that rs 3821 cut debited from my account by paytm, than u massage me that u received rs3821 in against the order no. 1983015 and if i cancel the order so u refund me my money, than i cancelled that order but i don't received my refund. Pls make my refund fast. I send u pics of your message that i received from u and a pics of my bank statement that was debited by rs3821 by u.

                              its been 8 days i have transferred the above Money from my Paytm Wallet to the source bank but its still pending and i have complaint so many time but no response either on Call or mail. the Wallet Transaction ID for the same is [protected] and bank Transaction ID IS [protected] but its not been credited to my account yet i have complained so many time on it but no response from your side on this neither customer is able to contact their customer care. and all the harassment Paytm give have to be answerable for it theyhave given me some reference number 75134836350016097661870 i have visited the PNB Branch as well as called on phone banking but as per them they have not received the money from PAY TM side you dont care about your customer i have done so many mails and calls but not received any response from your side.

                              also i am unable to compaint i think they have deactivated that service in my account

                                P. S : inspite a lot of repeated reminders regret to inform you that till date no action has been taken for pending payment for earphone bill (As committed by you). I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of paytm, which could not be compensated in the terms of money. So expedite the payment urgently otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to consumer court for vindication of my right.

                                  My name is Ashish sharma i am a Paytm customer. I have concern and big issue that i ordered one Laptop Adapter on 7 dec 2016 which was delivered by delivery boy to me approx on 13 dec 2016 and after that i found that product is not working or compatible which may be due to wrong item or used defective item i.e. i am not satisfied with product so i raise a return request (under 15 days return policy) on same day or may be next day after delivered product but courier boy refused to return the product which is not acceptable, I raise a return request under according to policy now even Paytm is not supporting and responding properly. Please help me and take some action.

                                      This is regarding my order [protected] Dt. 11 Dec.2016. It was showing status payment failed. Money was deducted from my account and i have received message from paytm that your bank has just confirmed the successful transaction and your money will be refund if order is cancelled.
                                      I have tried to contact paytm by phone, emails and toll free number but my query is unanswered. No response from paytm team since last seven days i am following up for the same.

                                        I added rs 5000 from my bank account to my paytm wallet ([protected]) on 16th of dec 2016, amount deducted from my account but not added to paytm wallet also checked in account but it is still reflecting as a deduction. Checked with bank and as per them amount is pending to paytm side.

                                        Tried calling on the paytm support number multiple times but unable to connect.

                                        Please have a look into this issue and resolve asap as it has already been significant time from the date of transaction...
