            Hi, i have purchased a cellphone "lenovo vibe k4 note (Tuxedo black)" on 16th dec'15 using paytm after which 2142 rs was to be returned as the cashback after 18 % cashback. Transaction is done. Cashback was supposed to reach in my account within 24hrs but still i didnt get any cashback. Even there is no such customer assistance service to communicate.

                I added Rs 1600 from my bank account to my Paytm wallet ([protected]) on 4th of december 2016, amount deducted from my account but not added to Paytm wallet also checked in account but it is still reflecting as a deduction. Checked with bank and as per them amount is pending to paytm side.

                Tried calling on the Paytm Support number multiple times but unable to connect.

                Please have a look into this issue and resolve asap as it has already been significant time from the date of transaction.

After sucssefully logion but its showing zero rs ballance even there was more than 1600 rs in my paytm wallet and no transaction on paytm. I have send mail 7 to 8 times but not received any solution from paytm team. I am very irritated by paytm.Paytm does not have any customer care executive service, dont keep much money in paytm wallet,
