When i added money from my bank account in paytm wallet then this transaction is successfully done. but when i transfer my wallet balance to some other friend account then this transaction is show pending. i have complained this transaction to paytm care many more but still no response is from there. so it kindly request to you that please help for that....

On 13th dec i transfer 20, 000 rupees from my sib account to paytm wallet and i return back the same amount from my paytm wallet to south indian bank account (A/c num : [protected]). On 19 12 2016. I transfered money to my friends account but amount from my account has been detucted and my friend did not recived money, and i got this message

Last 4 days my paytm aap are deleted(unfortunately) when i again download paytm applicatiom and logion my id. After sucssefully logion but its showing zero rs ballance even there was more than 1600 rs in my paytm wallet and no transaction on paytm. I have send mail 7 to 8 times but not received any solution from paytm team. I am very irritated by paytm.Paytm does not have any customer care executive service, dont keep much money in paytm...

But when i did payment of my bill the transaction was unsuccessful and i got messsage that amout is deducted from my bank account. And today i got to know that amount is still pending and not refunded by paytm

From last two days my Paytm is not working neither I can add money in my wallet nor I can send money to anyone. It show error. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible. There is no telephone system to connect with Paytm customer care service. Paytm do not take care of their customer. Paytm should improve their customer care service. Paytm is really careless about their customer....

Hi sir. I send the money but receiver's paytm wallet money is zero. I have raised multiple tickets already and got them escalated multiple times with the promise to get the resolution within 24hrs. I have done the payment from paytm account, amount got deducted but is yet not being showed on the other Paytm account. Congtacting cutomer showing like incorrect txn id.
