I try to transfer money from my account to another bank account through paytm and it remain pending for the last two days. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account and also my wallet. I wrote several tickets but there was no resolution and no information about anything. Please just refund my money back if possible or sent the amount to the required account. Its was a really important transaction and all my work is stuck just...

Recharge not done and i got a message of pending with operator and i didnt get my money back in my paytm wallet of rs 147.
Message says within two hour you will get your money back if i cancel the order but i can not able to cancel the order...

I did a transaction to an unregistered mobile number. As per the PayTM policy after 48 hours, I should either get the money back or if the mobile is registered with paytm in that 48 hours. The money should be credited to mobile account. None of this happened. Transaction number [protected] of 700 rs was done from my mobile [protected] to my wife's number which not registered. It is already more than 48 hours still i have not received the money...

I ordered 1 gown on18 dec order no.#[protected] from paytm
But, i did not got any message regarding delivery until now. The date shown of delivery was 22-24dec at the time of order. But. Yep no respond regarding order. So, please either give delivery or make my order cancel and credity account as payment has been done.

I have returned 4800rupees to my bank account on 21dec2016 but still it is in pending my transaction ID is [protected] please solve my problem and add my money to my account . I have made request through email they assured to solve in 2days but it has been 16days. I am in need of money please find a solution to get back my money. I have ordered a item and it's order I'd is [protected] . I didn't get my 366 rupees back to bank account or paytym wallet . This people are fraud. Please make sure to transfer my money either to Paytm wallet or bank account....

Fund transfer at 10th December amount was to be deducted and confered by my bank but not reflect over there. Sending again and again mail .i am facing moral harsment Last 20 day by paytm company .any company confirm was to receive rs 1000 by mail. I think I will drop the case agens paytm company.

i have transferred amount of 2900/- two times on a account by bank transfer facilty in paytm this was the very bad experience both transactions are still showing pending status from last 24 hours. i have transferred this amount to any wrong bank account then this amount should reverse back to my account which is generally happens in net banking may be this is some kind of fraud they are doing with us.

I have added money to my paytm wallet on 07 Dec 2016 @ 06;11 pm and unfortunately the transcation failed but i have recieved a mail from paytm stating that your transcation is sucessfull neither was i refunded the amt nor did i recieve the amt into my paytm wallet, order id is [protected], registered mob num [protected] and i have already wrote many times to [protected]@paytm.com but no reply and issue still not resolved...

My bank confirmed that Rs.500/- was debited and paid to Paytm.

I am government teacher. My mobile number is [protected]. I have transferred 3000/- to OBC bank account [protected] from my paytm wallet. transaction id is [protected]

status is showing pending. I talked with bank officer. he said that issue is with paytm. please look into this as soon as possible. otherwise i am planning to launch a complaint in consumer court.
