Hi,
I added 5000 to my paytm wallet and transferred to bank account. Money deducted however not yet credited to the bank account and the status is still pending. I tried to contact the paytm helpline number however no response from there end. Waited for than 48hours however issue is still unresolved. I WANT MY MONEY BANK OR ELSE I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER!!!       At 24th oct i was paying my reliance postpaid of rs 658
      But when i did payment of my bill the transaction was unsuccessful and i got messsage that amout is deducted from my bank account. And today i got to know that amount is still pending and not refunded by paytm
      Its almost 2 months goes
      Plase help me out to resolve this query

        From last two days my Paytm is not working neither I can add money in my wallet nor I can send money to anyone. It show error. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible. There is no telephone system to connect with Paytm customer care service. Paytm do not take care of their customer. Paytm should improve their customer care service. Paytm is really careless about their customer.

          on 13th day of december 2016, I have trfd INR 2500/- to my icici bank from paytm wallet, screen shot pertaning the amount and transaction id is attached for your kind ref. but till date the amount is not credited to my icici bank account and not reflecting in my paytm wallet and amount is just reflecting in pending status.

          Therefore it is requested you to kindly credit INR 2500/- to my icici bank account without any further delay.

              Hi sir. I send the money but receiver's paytm wallet money is zero. I have raised multiple tickets already and got them escalated multiple times with the promise to get the resolution within 24hrs. But I only receive is copy paste replies. Just stupid copy paste replies . Please help me. Tickets are 13324835, 13186991, 12978281 and the list doesn't ends here.

                  I have done the payment from paytm account, amount got deducted but is yet not being showed on the other Paytm account. Congtacting cutomer showing like incorrect txn id.
                  The transaction ID is [protected] of 4900 on Dec 15 at 23:27.
                  And Another of TXN ID [protected] of 100 on dec 15 at 22:49.

                  Transaction have been done from Mobile Number [protected] to [protected].

                  The amount is not showing on the paid wallet. But got the text message.

                  Its being 6 Days am trying to resolve the issue but unable to contact customer care neither they are replying over mail.

                  kindly resolve the issue.

                    I try to transfer money from my account to another bank account through paytm and it remain pending for the last two days. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account and also my wallet. I wrote several tickets but there was no resolution and no information about anything. Please just refund my money back if possible or sent the amount to the required account. Its was a really important transaction and all my work is stuck just because of it.                       Message says within two hour you will get your money back if i cancel the order but i can not able to cancel the order

                        I did a transaction to an unregistered mobile number. As per the PayTM policy after 48 hours, I should either get the money back or if the mobile is registered with paytm in that 48 hours. The money should be credited to mobile account. None of this happened. Transaction number [protected] of 700 rs was done from my mobile [protected] to my wife's number which not registered. It is already more than 48 hours still i have not received the money in my wife's account or my account. This is a fraud company. I have sent lots of emails to customer care, noone is responding. there is no way to talk to their customer care also. Please help me to reach out to right people.

                          But, i did not got any message regarding delivery until now. The date shown of delivery was 22-24dec at the time of order. But. Yep no respond regarding order. So, please either give delivery or make my order cancel and credity account as payment has been done.

                                        Fund transfer at 10th December amount was to be deducted and confered by my bank but not reflect over there. Sending again and again mail .i am facing moral harsment Last 20 day by paytm company .any company confirm was to receive rs 1000 by mail. I think I will drop the case agens paytm company.
