I refunded money from my paytm wallet to my account 4000 Rs. on 19/12/2016 on 1:30am and my refund transaction id no. Is [protected]. money deducted from my paytm wallet on that time but my money is not refund in my bank account. I want to contact paytm customer care center but phone is not picking up by anyone... please do strict action against this rude behavior... And give advice to company to pick up customer phone.....

Today i when i submit my sabbuy.com complain one our web said some one call me and get my details and otp password and update his detiails as below

i also send email complain to paytm care but not back reply please do update details as it is on paytm. and also not miss use my account.

I already provided details twice for wrong benefits obtained against wrong info offered by paytm (scrrenshots too) but noone in paytm gives proper answer. They tried to push it to operator (Airtel). I confirmed the issue with them and forwarded reply back to paytm too. But still this complained got automatically closed. earlier too the same matter got closed without proper resolution. Moreover paytm has no higher...

I had ordered I phone 6s plus on 15th Dec. It was supposed to be delivered today.
The Delhivery team shows status of "returned". They say it has been returned to paytm.

I tried to reach out to paytm customer service, through call/email/facebook. Their service sucks.No one responds to your queries properly.

Dear paytm team,
I sent rs100 from my paytm account to my bank account 3 hrs ago. The amount is been detected from my paytm account but not received in my bank account, it's still showing as "pending".
During the transaction it showed "ICICI timed out" but the transaction was processed.
