In 20th december I will transfer Money Rs. 3200 paytm wallet to bank account - still its showing pending .
I have register a compliant almost 3times for the same issue but still this issue is pending . your customer support is 0% . Sir please solve this problem so i am very frustated

      Dear Team,
      i have transferred amount of 2900/- two times on a account by bank transfer facilty in paytm this was the very bad experience both transactions are still showing pending status from last 24 hours. i have transferred this amount to any wrong bank account then this amount should reverse back to my account which is generally happens in net banking may be this is some kind of fraud they are doing with us.
      the customer care number on which there is no option to share your problem with anyone.
      really good support which we are getting for cashless transaction via paytm.

        On 17th dec 2016 i added money to paytm wallet and then clicked the option of send money to bank. sir, my order id of paytm is [protected]. on 20th dec 2016 i have received a mail from paytm that payment is refunded by you and you gave me reference no also- 74766516354650910908803. i contacted the bank officials now and checked my account. but no amount is received yet in my account. so can you please again credit my account with my 11000 RS as soon as possible as i urgently need my money. my bank is state bank of hyderabad, shashtri nagar, aurangabad. and my account details are as follows:- A/C no- [protected] IFSC- SBHY0020532 DEBIT CARD NO- [protected] Please refund my money as soon as possible. and kindly provide right information about your refund amount in my bank account.

          I have added money to my paytm wallet on 07 Dec 2016 @ 06;11 pm and unfortunately the transcation failed but i have recieved a mail from paytm stating that your transcation is sucessfull neither was i refunded the amt nor did i recieve the amt into my paytm wallet, order id is [protected], registered mob num [protected] and i have already wrote many times to [protected]@paytm.com but no reply and issue still not resolved

              I joined your group on 05.12.2016. I used internet to debit my SB A/c Rs.500/- with Indian Overseas Bank, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. Debit SMS already mailed to you on 5th December.

              Simultaneously the captioned order was generated from your side.

              My bank confirmed that Rs.500/- was debited and paid to Paytm.

              My wallet never credited with said amount. From the date of entry 12 mails/reminders were sent to you but I have not received any satisfactory reply from your side.

              Please add Rs.500/- to my wallet immediately.

                  status is showing pending. I talked with bank officer. he said that issue is with paytm. please look into this as soon as possible. otherwise i am planning to launch a complaint in consumer court.

                    I refunded money from my paytm wallet to my account 4000 Rs. on 19/12/2016 on 1:30am and my refund transaction id no. Is [protected]. money deducted from my paytm wallet on that time but my money is not refund in my bank account. I want to contact paytm customer care center but phone is not picking up by anyone... please do strict action against this rude behavior... And give advice to company to pick up customer phone..

                          I already provided details twice for wrong benefits obtained against wrong info offered by paytm (scrrenshots too) but noone in paytm gives proper answer. They tried to push it to operator (Airtel). I confirmed the issue with them and forwarded reply back to paytm too. But still this complained got automatically closed. earlier too the same matter got closed without proper resolution. Moreover paytm has no higher authority email to complain to. No phone no. The links given for higher authorities on website dont work at all. I am not using paytm since them without utmost urgency. I think more people should know how little care paytm gives. Its not just about 45 rs of me that are gone, its about my time being wasted and frustration against the trust i put on the company.

                              I have tried to transfer the funds on[protected] from my paytm wallet to other bank account with the Order ID [protected]. This transaction got failed and the funds Rs. 5000/- got deducted from my paytm wallet. Neither this funds transferred to the bank account nor it is refunded in my paytm wallet. The wallet order is [protected] is showing in pending status since 1 day. I have reached to the customer care at [protected] multiple times I thought the PAYTM is trust worthy for shopping and for the transactions and thought customer care is very responsive if any issues there for the customers. But after the multiple attempts of calls and emails from the past 1 day I have found there is no such care for the customers though PAYTM company states that there is 24X7 care, 100% assurance that if we have any issues our money will be refunded immediately and paytm trust. But what i realized is there is no such care for the customers and I have lost trust on PAYTM. I'm in a need of money and it's an emergency situation for me. Please some one help me on this issue.

                                I had ordered I phone 6s plus on 15th Dec. It was supposed to be delivered today.
                                The Delhivery team shows status of "returned". They say it has been returned to paytm.

                                I tried to reach out to paytm customer service, through call/email/facebook. Their service sucks.No one responds to your queries properly.

                                I want to know whether I am going to get my item or not. and how and when will get the refund?
