Dear concerned team,

This is to inform you about a vendors Paytm app account has been hacked on 20/December/2016 .

The money siphoned off is more than Rs. 27000/- .

This is surely an insider job .

Details of the account which has been hacked is -

Mr. Sundeep Garg ( proprietor )
Garg Auto Sales
Mobile - [protected]

The account was hacked, money was siphoned off, as well as after this the account is blocked .

Complained to Delhi Police on control room no. 100 . ( 20/December/2016 )

Email sent to Paytm cybercell .
But no response as yet .

I hereby want your organization to kindly highlight the same so no other people are victimized again .

    Hey.
    I had transfered 520 rs to my bank account. But the money transfer is still showing pending from 20/12/16. I had reported it several times but i did'nt got any reply from paytm. My money from the wallet is also deducted & there is no money to my bank account. Please refund my money

              My paytm mobile number is [protected]. On 18 Dec 2016 around 10 pm to 11 pm, I have transferred money Rs. 1520 from my other paytm account number [protected] to [protected] paytm wallet.
              After that, I have tried to log in in paytm with mobile number [protected] but I forgot the password. Then I tried to create the new paytm account with same mobile number [protected] but the there was message coming for merging of account and I don't remember what happened after that, there was nil paytm balance in [protected] wallet.

              After that, I registered my email id with [protected] paytm number.

              Now, my paytm wallet [protected] showing zero balance. Please look into the matter.

              For any type of clarification, please contact me on [protected] or write me bhushan.[protected]@gmail.com.

                Dear Paytm team,
                I made transaction from my Paytm wallet to bank account on dated 20.12.2016 for Rs.2000/-
                After 3 times of transaction failed and then it showed ICICI TIME OUT error, amount detected from my wallet instantly but not credited to bank account & this transaction shows pending from yesterday.
                So I request you to payback my Rs.2000/- to my wallet as earlier as possible.

                      Above said transaction is kept pending from dt 16/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my PAYTM wallet on the same day.

                      Hv made so many tickets everyday but i think no one is bother to get back at PayTM

                      will you pls get this refund urgently back to my wallet esle I will go to Press/finance ministry with this complaint as PayTM has started Using our money for their use.

                        I have tried to send my paytm wallet amount to bank account on Dec 16 but the status is showing as Pending. I have sent couple of mails to customer support but a set of same predefined rules and procedures are informed.

                        Till date no resolution is there from paytm.

                        Please find the attached screenshot for reference and resolve the issue immediately.

                          In 19th december I will transfer Money Rs. 3400 paytm wallet to my bank account - still its showing pending .
                          Again today I will transfer Rs. 500 paytm wallet to my bank account - This also shiwing still in pending . I have register a compliant almost 10 times for the same issue but still this issue is pending . I think you are 100% fraud in india . Don't cheet poor people money . your customer support is 0% .

                            Before Delivery Product has been returned to seller, payment is already paid.
                            i have order a 32gb pendrive via paytm n paid the full fee and still not delivered, + i was unable to track my package, when i query to courier office, they said your product has been returned without delivering it.
                            the estimated time of delivery was 19 december2016 & not yet delivered.
                            hope you will proceed to my complaint as soon as possible.
                            plz deliver the product as soon as possible.

                                    i RAGHAV BAWA paytm no .[protected] did a transaction FROM ACCOUNT (478XXXX87) OF RS5000 on 9th of december at 6;16 pm . i immediately got a message regarding my account ( being debited but my wallet shows 0.00 balance as per now . i sent a query to paytm but its been 024 hours i havent got any response please look into the matter. i havent seen this type of customer service ever no one is recieving the call and no reply to my e mail is really disappointing. These types of matters should be solved within 24 hrs but still i am here compaining about it .
                                    I hope for a immediate response from your side .ITS been so many days i am not at all satisfied with this type of behaviour from ur side
