Ab m bohat paresaan ho chuka hu

Aapko mail bi kar diya muje koi abi tak aapka response nai mila h

Cashless transaction karte h uska matlab ye to nai Aap garib logo k sath m aisà karoge unke sath m dokha karoge

Agar mera payment nai mila to M Media Police complaint sab kuch karuga

Sath m aapko bank statement aur Paytm statement aur transaction pending ka Order no bej rha hu

Please solve my problem Urgently

    I made a wallet to bank transfer of Rs 5000 on Sunday (18.12.2016) from my paytm account. As soon as I clicked on pay now an error showed -ICICI TIME OUT.
    Rs 5000 was deducted instantly from my paytm wallet but never reached to bank account I was trying to transfer in to.
    I contacted paytm support several times through online tickets however i do not have a resolution till now .
    My Rs 5000 is at a huge risk.

      Hello Paytm,
      On 14th December afternoon I had transfer 500.Rs.from bank account to Paytm wallet and transfer was unsuccessfully due to connection server down of yours. But transaction of 500.Rs got deducted from my bank account. So I kindly request you to send my 500.Rs back to back as recharge was not done and also revert to me as soon as possible. Here is my number which i did transfer to Paytm - [protected].

        I had to renew my 2 wheeler insurance policy from Reliance General Insurance.
        I used the PayTM gateway to pay the amount (Rs 1242).
        I already had Rs 45 in my PayTM wallet, So Rs 1197 was debited from my axis bank account.
        This amount of 1197 is lost now and my insurance policy is also not renewed. This amount was not even credited in my PayTM wallet nor in my bank account.
        I have registered a complaint in PayTM and Reliance General Insurance.
        Nobody has an explanation for the transaction and the lost amount.
        I want this problem to be solved . Kindly look into it.

          I am vinit tyagi. I am a customer of paytm on 16/12/2016
          I did a transtion from paytm[ tfd money from wallet to bank account] of amount 5000rspaytm cash txn id [protected] five days has gone neither paytm is reverting me nor refund my money. It was the commitment of paytm to refund my amount in 48 hours. But it is more than 48 hours so please it's my request to you please take action against paytm and refund my hard money as soon as possible.

                I had some shopping from market and payment of Rs.1248 for beneficiary, having mobile no [protected] using your PAYTM app selecting internet banking option at 2:19pm, on 16th December 2016, through my corporation bank account bearing account no [protected]

                Amount of Rs 1248. is debited from Corporation Bank account with Banking Ref No.[protected]

                I had faced gateway timeout during my transaction.
                And the amount is still not received to that Seller.And, also it had not refunded to my account till today.. And it's about 6 days passed out.

                I have also mailed to [protected]@paytm.com, but there is no response from their side.

                Please look into this matter ASAP.

                  Sir I have done 4 transaction of 1000₹ from my sbi credit on 10 Dec 16.3 times money added successfully 4th times showing pending payment but it has debited from my card. I confirmed from SBI card customer care they told me all 4 transaction had successfully done.they had given me four transaction ID 059173, 030278, 081917, 057605 for all four transaction of 1000₹ deduction.still I had not received 1000₹ to my wallet. And failed history also deleted by paytm from my account. So pls check what is problem.why 10 day has passed neither credited 1000₹ to my wallet nor my card.my paytm mob no. Is [protected].I have complain to paytm but there is no response.

                                I have a paytm account with my email id [protected]@yahoo.com which had a cash balance of 1300 rs.
                                My account got recreated as anew one on Saturday i.e.[protected] and all my money and transactions got deleted. The new Account is created with the same email id and phone number.

                                I have received no emails regarding the same and I have been following up with the customer service of paytm but no response have been received yet.
                                Please help to resolve the issue.

                                  [protected]..this is the cheque reference no. for which I deposited Rs 1000 in Paytm and which got debited from my account. However, the transaction didn't reach Paytm. Plz check whts the issue.

                                  I didn't expect this from Paytm. I am a journalist and being a regular user of Paytm feel highly disappointed with such actions of your orgnaization.

                                  I want my money back ASAP and the complaint also adhered to ASAP

                                      On 20/12/2016, I was try to added ₹5000 in paytm wallet from my bank account. The money was deducted from bank but paytm showed was transaction failed. After this I was contact many times by complained about this failure and refund my amount to my bank account but no response I have getting till date, I was also contact with my bank but they also refuse...

                                      Sir I am transition paytm to bank account then 2 transition successful bus 1 transition not successful also showing 5000 pending amount...Ravi meena.

                                      I raised ticket at paytm care and sent email as well but I didn't get any update for the same. Please do not play with users money as its our hard earned money.                                         I have tried to transfer the funds on[protected] from my paytm wallet to other bank account with the transaction ID [protected]. This transaction got failed and the funds Rs. 4500/- got deducted from my paytm wallet. Neither this funds transferred to the bank account nor it is refunded in my paytm wallet. The transaction ID [protected] is showing in pending status since 5days. I have reached to the customer care at [protected] multiple times and logged complaints but no response. I was trying to reach in all possible ways since 5days by email(wrote nearly 9 mails to [protected]@paytm.com) and event tried to reach regional offices contact numbers but no one is responding. I'm really frustrated and fed up with the issue.I thought the PAYTM is trust worthy for shopping and for the transactions and thought customer care is very responsive if any issues there for the customers. But after the multiple attempts of calls and emails from the past 5days I have found there is no such care for the customers though PAYTM company states that there is 24X7 care, 100% assurance that if we have any issues our money will be refunded immediately and paytm trust. But what i realized is there is no such care for the customers and I have lost trust on PAYTM. I'm in a need of money and it's an emergency situation for me. Please some one help me on this issue.

                                        I have transferred 5000 rupees from paytm wallet to sbi bank account but they are showing the tranfer conformation is pending but they have deducted the amount from my wallet i have lodged yhe complaint many time to paytm but they are not.giving me any reply i am attaching the detail of the order below

                                        My taskbucks a/cc bal 20 transfers my paytm a/c. But not resv
                                        I was recharge in Metro card no.257247 on 12th Dec 16, but still amount not credited in my metro card.
                                        I spend 1633 Rs. on KFC at Connaught Place outlet Nd paid through PAYTM to avail 15℅ discount on bill as per the offer but oñly 40 Rs. Were credited to my account by PAYTM. As per my calculation approx 240 Rs. should be credited to my Paytm wallet at Cashback...
