Sir,
That i have booked flight ticket (Spicejet) through paytm mobile apps on 13/7/2016 (9.00am) for dated 14/7/2016 (Time:10:20 am) but i have to cancelled it due to some unavoidable circumstance. At time around 11.00am i tried to cancel it through paytm apps but it could not be done reason :travel time less than 24 hrs. Then i tried to call paytm center no[protected] but unable to talk to customer care executive, it says dial 9 to talk to cc executive but when dial 9 it says "sorry you have dial wrong input". Then after i called up spicejet customer care no.[protected]. Spicejet customer care cancelled the ticket, sent me cancellation itinerary also (Ref no[protected] with amount to be refund to me. On 20/7/2016 i called up spicejet again (As paytm customer care number was same as usual) i told them i am unable to reach to paytm, the they gave me number ([protected]) of one kafila travel (The agency used by paytm to booked my ticket, as told by spicejet). When i called kafila travel on same day, they told me to email them on [protected]@kafiltravel.In. But when i email kafila on 21/7/2016 regarding the same they immediately call me up said that they have nothing to do with this, contact paytm only. Then on 23/7/2016 i email the paytm cyber cell team on email id:[protected]@one97.Com. Then they immediately sent me confirmation message on my mail that "thank you for patience they will back very soon", which gave me slight relief. On 26/7/16 i sent them reminder as physical result was not coming, neither i got any call from paytm nor amount was refund. Then again sent me same confirmation message.
On 27/7/2016, paytm emailed me that"we hope your concern has been resolved.In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know.", which i replied them on 28/7/2016 that my problem has not been solved. On 30/7/2016 again i wrote to paytm citing that its been almost 18 days kindly do the action. Again they sent me same message. But till today no concrete action has been taken by paytm i. E., amount has not been refund to me so far.
So, i have been compelled to contact you. Kindly do the needful.

MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED SO FAR.
NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT.
EVEN I DID NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL FROM PAYTM.
ONLY RECEIVED AN AUTO GENERATED MESSAGE TO BE PATIENT.
I AM REALLY VERY FRUSTRATED.
GUIDE ME TO CATCH THIS MANIACS.
I WANT TO PUNISH THEM FOR: HARASSING ME SINCE 20 DAYS TO GET BACK MY OWN MONEY.
KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.
Actually I had to pay a sum of Rs. of 1400 in a number [protected] but by mistake, I have been paid this amount in [protected]. So I request you that please refund a sum of Rs. 1400 as soon as possible. I will Thankful to you.
