sir,

I have order my TV on 11th July 2016. I got a damage TV from u side. I have returned the TV to transport to send it u the seller. I have send nearly 15 mail to paytm requesting for Form no 49 & invoice copy. I have send it through Blue dark courier. I am attaching the copy of LR number also. Pls look in the matter serious. I am getting thesame mail every time tht the LR copy isn't good. I can see it clearly. O[censored] don't want to resolve the problem than I have to take hard changes abt paytm. Your customers care number also not working properly. There is no one to solve our problem on customer care service.

I will get a good feed back from u side.

    Sir,

    That i have booked flight ticket (Spicejet) through paytm mobile apps on 13/7/2016 (9.00am) for dated 14/7/2016 (Time:10:20 am) but i have to cancelled it due to some unavoidable circumstance. At time around 11.00am i tried to cancel it through paytm apps but it could not be done reason :travel time less than 24 hrs. Then i tried to call paytm center no[protected] but unable to talk to customer care executive, it says dial 9 to talk to cc executive but when dial 9 it says "sorry you have dial wrong input". Then after i called up spicejet customer care no.[protected]. Spicejet customer care cancelled the ticket, sent me cancellation itinerary also (Ref no[protected] with amount to be refund to me. On 20/7/2016 i called up spicejet again (As paytm customer care number was same as usual) i told them i am unable to reach to paytm, the they gave me number ([protected]) of one kafila travel (The agency used by paytm to booked my ticket, as told by spicejet). When i called kafila travel on same day, they told me to email them on [protected]@kafiltravel.In. But when i email kafila on 21/7/2016 regarding the same they immediately call me up said that they have nothing to do with this, contact paytm only. Then on 23/7/2016 i email the paytm cyber cell team on email id:[protected]@one97.Com. Then they immediately sent me confirmation message on my mail that "thank you for patience they will back very soon", which gave me slight relief. On 26/7/16 i sent them reminder as physical result was not coming, neither i got any call from paytm nor amount was refund. Then again sent me same confirmation message.
    On 27/7/2016, paytm emailed me that"we hope your concern has been resolved.In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know.", which i replied them on 28/7/2016 that my problem has not been solved. On 30/7/2016 again i wrote to paytm citing that its been almost 18 days kindly do the action. Again they sent me same message. But till today no concrete action has been taken by paytm i. E., amount has not been refund to me so far.
    So, i have been compelled to contact you. Kindly do the needful.

ONLY RECEIVED AN AUTO GENERATED MESSAGE TO BE PATIENT. I AM REALLY VERY FRUSTRATED. GUIDE ME TO CATCH THIS MANIACS. I WANT TO PUNISH THEM FOR: HARASSING ME SINCE 20 DAYS TO GET BACK MY OWN MONEY. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

      I have ordered for 2 quantities of 612legue pink polyester top from kids apparel but i received only one quantity in a pack and it is shown on a invoice as quantity 2 and charged of 2 quantities. I have paid charges for 2 quantities. So please refund my money or deliver me another same product. I received this order on 2nd august 2016. But on my paytm account in order details date is 1st august and status is showing delivered for 2 quantities, although i received only one.

          Hello sir yesterday night i added my money to paytm of amount 600/- i want to transfer to my brother so i sent through my paytm it was generated me an otp and 600+25 rupees is debited from my account but still the money is showing pending when iam asking paytm customer service they are simply replying we will help u but no help from them since 15hrs it is showing same message as peding please help me out
          I tracked my product on 22-JULY-2016.It has been shown that product is delivered but I did not get delivery .I have called 2 times to the customer care but they said that we will forward your complaint to the respective department and will let you know, But it seem no progress is their regarding my complaint.
          Please help me to get out of this .

            I have booked a return order vide order no. "[protected]" on 18.07.2016, since the product is damaged, and un-stitched and the same was not mentioned in the site also.

            However, there is no response from the team.. Not on the mails or thru the call center.. The call center says the number is not registered.

            The money is not refunded yet, and the order is not picked up till now.

            Worst service.

                  I have an account with [protected]@gmail.com in "paytm", a few days back i changed my registered number and now suddenly my account got logged off and when i tried logging it in again they are sending the OTP to my previous number which is out of service now instead of sending it to my current number.
                  Either help me logging in again so i can use my cashback or transfer the same amount into my account.

                    I have ordered a solar powerbank of callmate from paytm and just after one day it remains only 'callmat' and gradually it became 'calma' and so on. Not only this but also this was a fake and damaged product as this was giving backup less than my phone's battery and this was not being charged through sun light even a little. All over i have returned the item through india post on 21/07/2016 and i've checked that the item reached to their said address on 27/07/2016 and even opened but till now i have not got my refund back to my bank account or paytm balance. Plz help me getting my money back asap. I will be highly obliged to you.

                      Hi! Paytm team,
                      I've been a customer of yours since your inception, my mobile #[protected].
                      I transferred an amount of 700 to my bank account today vide txn# [protected]. It's been more than an hour but the money is not credited to the account yet, the money needs to reach the account asap as someone is in urgent need of that. I use the money transfer service quite often, but it's the first time i've faced such an issue. You guys have a very prompt service that's why you are the most admired today, but issues like these can create a hoax in customer's minds.

                      Kindly help me out asap.

                        Uber has deducted 221 from my paytm wallet after showing an outstanding balance whereas i paid the driver in cash at that time. I tried to contact them but no number was provided by them in their website so i stopped using their website. After 2 months they are charging money from my paytm wallet without any reason and even paytm is not validating any security check on my wallet.
                        Whereas they are supposed to take my consent or should ask for otp before deducting my amount from the wallet.
                        On raising the complaint paytm with customer care, they sent me a response where they are not ready to take any ownership.

                            Xpressbees has held delivery of your paytm order awb:[protected], as you requested for future delivery, will reattempt in the next 24-48hrs.

                            Daily i receive the above message. but delivery didn't happen. i keep on waiting for the call. but this kind of messages i receive without my request.

                            Please do deliver the product on time or cancel it.

                                  There was an offer that paid by paytm wallet u will get 10% cash back.
                                  I did this i fill petrol of 231 amount and paid through paytm wallet but i have not received cash back yet.
                                  I did mail to paytm care many times but they are not able to give any information

                                      I recharged my dmrc smart card 77385065 from paytm on 17 july 2016 worth rs 100 but still todate i have not been given my recharge amount in my dmrc smartcard. I have contacted paytm certain times but they are not helping me out. They are giving the same replies everytime i mail them. They give steps to follow but that steps are not at all useful. I must say they people are thief and does not give services beyond expectations.

                                        As i recharged my account from Paytm... before the account was disconnected. I got the message from my service provide that recharge the account before the validity gets over so that the balance of your current data will be carried forward to your upcoming recharge. This incident is of friday dated 29th july 2016.
                                        I request the paytm to make my data service start as soon as possible.
