On 26th july 2016, i ordered two products, kenwood media player and jbl speaker from paytm. While ordering website it is showing available in my location. After one week, i got a messege from their courier partner, come and collect the products from their office which is far away from my house. Finally on august 8th, i went to courier office for collecting the item. Since return status is showing in website, they were unable to deliver. I contacted many times with paytm customer care, but there was no support. After 13 days, order status it is showing returned. During this period there was no telephonic communication from paytm. Finally paytm is telling that, we will refund the amount. It is simply online cheating. Now i want my ordered products as early as possible; not refund.
