I had made mobile bill payment for the Idea Cellular no. [protected] Rs. 7500 on 26th July 2016 the payment got debited from my bank account, but the payment updation got failed. Due to which my money is completely strangled in between.

Requesting you to refund the money to bank account immediately.

I am attaching the screen shot of my account statement with the debit note marked in it. Pls. do the neeful at the earliest.

    I paid the institution fee through paytm on 22/07/2016.It showed me the status that payment has been failed but the amount of rs.75200 was deducted from my bank account.The money is not yet refunded by the company.My transaction id is 55633150 and order id is [protected].Please look into it as soon as possible and add my money back into my bank account...

But now i am cal to that particular person he say to me sir your order has been canceled from paytm so please contact the customer care and now i want my product right now asap

        I had mobile recharge on paytm and offers says rs. 5 cashback on 2nd recharge whose code is VIP on same day if 1st reacharge is done of rs.10, but that recharge code VIP for 2nd recharge is not working even it is mentioned that it is valid for 4th august and for mobile recharge. when i apply that code it says it is valid only for DTH recharge only and not mobile recharge.

          I tried a number of time to log in my paytm account but page is not open . kindly fix that problem . Because I use mobile recharge with paytm wallat . paytm is not working neither Mobile nor laptop . And paytm service is also very bad because paytm costumer care numbers are not working . there is fake number so how can we know our solution of that problems.             The amount of rs 500.00 as detailed under has been withdrawn from my state bank of india, account holder name is ms. Mounikamanusani, account no is [protected].
            Pos prch pos[protected] paytm mobile solutions noida rs 500.00. Then we called customer care and informed them and they said again 5000.00 debited in to my account
            It is requested not to credit the amoun in the beneficeries account and refund back in my account.
            It means total. Inr 5500.00.
            Pls. Refund my money.

              Order [protected] and amount 619(not credited to my bank account)
              i order one product in paytm and returned for that paytm refund amount to my paytm account . After i transfer the paytm wallet amount to my bank.
              paytm saying amount credited but i confirm directly with bank, amount not credited to my account.

              I asked proof of amount transferred to my account but still they saying amount already transferred but no proof.

              Who reading this complaint as public, my request dont do amount transfer in paytm.

                I had booked flight tickets through Paytm for Rs 6549 having order id [protected] .The indigo airlines had processed full refund against this transaction on 28/07/2016 with PNRNO:DB9V5D, Even if I had checked with EaseMyTrip with seller Ref No.: BET[protected] and they informed me the full refund has been processed by Indigo and please contact PayTM for refund.

                There are three payTM tickets 05112136, 05045738, 04940931 has been raised .I had called them so many times for refund this amount and till now no refund process has been initiated.

                They don’t even have the minimum courtesy to acknowledge customer's request.

                  I sent money to the paytm account of shreya singhania ([protected]) vodafone postpaid number rs. 450 on 26th july 2016 but she has not received this amount in her paytm wallet till date. Wallet order id - [protected].
                  Either send my money back to my wallet or at least credit it in her paytm account.
                  They do not have any helpline support the recorded message says log a ticket and their system is not letting me submit the ticket request. No human is availabe to take calls in their customer care, neither they have any email address to write to.

                  They dont have any humans dealing at customer service numbers only recorded messages say log a ticket but their website does not accept the request. This is ridiculous and looks like fraud to me.

                    Paytm send me faulty and damaged product

                    When i choose the option to return the product.
                    They provide pickup for me..
                    On the day of pickup

                    Paytm send the mail of cancellation of the pickup.
                    When i ask the reason they said suspicious account..
                    I am totally tensed.. Its a fraud from paytm... I dont know how to faught with online companies. As they didn't help me.

                      Paytm show a special recharge of 151 on bsnl up west, and i recharge my no. With this amount balance is deducted from my bank account and i receive a recharge successful confirmation message from paytm side but no message become from bsnl side then i contact with bsnl customer care she ask me 'sorry there is no recharge of 151 in bsnl network i can't help you'.
                      If there is no recharge of such amount available from bsnl side then why paytm show this recharge option in special recharge category?

Such irresponsible statement really brought us down. As a customer after paying the whole amount before 10 days we are just taken for granted. Would like to penalise both paytm and gati for the same.
                          I am trying to contact your cistomer care continuosly but no is answering the phone.. Is this your way to deal with customer.. No one is there to answer my question. I want your reply as early as possible.

                                    I bought lenses from Lenskart from my master card via paytm link. I dont have any money in the paytm wallet. when i returned the lenses and got the refund the amount is credited in paytm wallet. its been a week and till now the amount is not transfered to its original account (my credit card account) then why the paytm value is said your money is yours and paytm is promise of trust etc etc. when i tried to transfer the money from wallet it will deduct 4%. for what the hell should i pay 4% to paytm wallet when the money is nowhere linked to its account. i think this is the hidden secret paytm uses to theft the money from consumers in the name of trust.
