i have got a defective product from Paytm. i have raised a return request the very same day i received the product .its been 7 days and still no positive response from PayTm. Can you help me here ? 24, 000 is a big amount for me and as my money is locked with you i am not even able to buy another laptop. can you look into the issue and sort it out.

I had a very bad expeeince with the paytm. Its not at all secure payment gateway. I was till now thinking nothing is better than paytm but i am wrong. They have withdrawn money from my saved card details and when i complained they are not replying me. I have deleted all my card details now. Please help what i have to do next as they are nkt repmying me.

But in paytm passbook it is showing that transfer to bank account pending. And also the receiver has not been received the amount. I had send 5000 rs on August 3rd at 20:44. So please solve my problem.

On 22.7.16 we have made a recharge for airtel mobile data for my mobile number [protected] through paytm and the transaction ID is GSBM[protected]G0CJTLXW5. but my data pack is not activated
but my amount is debited from my account with the transaction id mentioned above.We contact airtel regarding this but they say they have not recd any amount from your end.

We have order domonios pizza online using paytm merchant from kotak credit cards details saved. transaction has been failed but the amount has been debited. there is no transacton tracking from paytm gateway.

I ordered some product online through Paytm.com. Surprisingly i received the Message one day that your product has been delivered, but the same was not delivered at my home. After inquiring on the customer care number they told me that, they will revert within 2 days. Again surprisingly after 2 days they replied that the shipment has been delivered, and they attached POD scan copy on that my name has been written in place of Receivers signature, which anyone can write over there.
Please be aware to select the option of COD while ordering anything online. These kind of fraud can happen with you in future.

I have already placed the complain regarding this issue . My ticket number is 04871874 with ref to the parent ticket number 04521761.I recived this on July 26 th .But till date nothing happend. Yesterday I recharge on BSNL number of 198 rupees but recharge is failed and money is deducted from my bank accounts, so plz refund my money in my paytm wallet.mai bhut wait kiya phir recharge nahai hu Ur paise mere dena bank account se deduct hogya, I am waiting for my refund, so plz refund my money.aisa bhut bar hua hai Ur money wapas aajata hai, plz is bar bhi money refund kr dijia.

My order is [protected] on 4 aug 2016 at 10:03. my amount is not refunded and the amount is 700 against mobile bill. i called many times on customer care number but there is no concern person for this.

I tried to recharge a cellphone [protected] with rs 200 on 14 july 2016 using my dena bank rupay card.
Amount debited from my bank account but recharged failed.
I contacted my bank(Dena bank) regarding this, they said amount has been paid by bank and now it is upto paytm to initiate my refund
I made a contact with paytm using customer service on paytm website but of no use.
Paytm policy says bank will refund within 3-10 days.
but today is 6 august and its more than 10 days.

I had ordered the Copic Originals Marker set of 72 (model C72A) from paytm. The invoice Number 46728/2016-17/899 on date 28th july, 2016. The total amount I have paid is 22, 809 INR.

1.Package was received damaged(the upper case is broken).
2.Package was found without any cover (seal missing).

This is to inform you that the Copic Markers that were delivered to me, I have received it in broken condition. The cover lid is broken in-spite of good packing. The thing that is bothering me is I received the markers set that was open and was not sealed as it should be. There should be at-least a polythene air tight seal cover. These sketch pens are Alcohol based markers. Copic Markers are a professional artist tool manufactured in Japan and it should come in a sealed pack. These pens will get exhausted (become empty as the ink will dry out) upon use, I am not sure whether this product is new or a used one . Please verify from the seller, why was the cover seal not present and it could be a used one. Please see the video o[censored]n-boxing copic marker set of 72 on youtube, you will see this product comes with a seal. The packing should be same for all products anywhere around the globe. I had contacted the seller (creativehands) but he is saying that the packages that he receives are unsealed - that is quite hard to believe for a product that costs more than 22, 000 rupees. The seller has told me to send a new cover box, but I am worried about the product itself because these products are very expensive and it is a perishable item and there is no manufacture date on it, the pen have a life of 3 years.

Please ask the seller to exchange this product with a new sealed same product of Copic Classic Marker Originals set of 72 model C72A.

My Order No Is [protected] I ordered 3 things, handtowels and toster, steel container I paid Online payment to you guys 446 . I received only handtowels,
wht about others and my order is now showing in my account . I am trying your contact no no one is picking call . my no [protected] arrange callback and confirm me about my order.

I ordered one item from paytm on 4 June and after place that order, paytm confirm it and text me that it will delivered soon. But i don't why they cancelled it and refund back me the amount when i asked the reason they said that place the order once again. i placed the same order again on 17 July but again the same problem persist. Paytm app shows that item delivered and returned by me and they take the item but i didn't not received any delivery for the product. Once again the amount is refunded. The first order no is [protected] and the second one is [protected]. Snapshots are attached for the more details.

Hi i had done one paytm cash transection of rupees 249/- to [protected]. But it was failed and money has not credited to my paytm account. So kindly reply.
