I bought a hp laptop from paytm which i recieved on monday. They sent me bill and the product with different serial numbers. I called at the customer care no. [protected] but only machine talks which is of no help. I mailed my problem at paytm.com\care but they didnt give any solution instead decline my request. I have been mentally harrased.     Not responding us properly for any of our issue.
    Even i have ordered one t-shirt in may month, the amount of t-shirt already detected from my account but its still not delivered on my reg add.

      I have transfer 4500 from my paytm wallet to my bank a/c on 27th july 2016 but its on pending state. i have send several mail to paytm team but my problem has not resolved. paytm care not reply anything about my money
      Pls do needfull for me.
      Paytm is a very irresponsible company. paytm complaint contact no is totally fraud no. its not give any reply to customer. pls do some strictly action on paytm.

      Even there is no option on your toll free number to connect with your employee.

          Paytm money deducted refund did not come

          Hello Team,

          I am using my paytm number [protected]. I have my Paytm wallet attached to it. I had Rs 1000 in my account but it got deducted Rs 600 on its own and now I have only Rs 400.

          Paytm never refunds its money to the customer once it gets deducted from anyones account.

          I have been writing mails over last 2 weeks but I never receive any response from them. Please refund my money back.

                Hi, my name is pankaj kr singh i did a online transaction on 02-may-2016.
                I was transferring inr 2, 000/- (Two thousand only) from my ubi atm to paytm wallet. By mistake i entered a wrong otp for this transaction, but with the wrong otp money was debited from my ubi a/c but the transaction was failed.
                The amount inr 2, 000/- was debited from my ubi atm and it was also not reflected in paytm wallet.
                I was also submitted a complain regarding this issue to paytm (12 email) but still they did not taking any action on it. Today is 27-july-2016 almost 3 months passed but still i have not received my money back.

                Hi, My name is Pankaj Kr Singh I did a online transaction on 02-May-2016.
                I was transferring INR 2, 000/-(Two Thousand only) from my UBI ATM to PayTM wallet. By mistake I entered a wrong OTP for this transaction, but with the wrong OTP money was debited from my UBI a/c but the transaction was failed.
                The amount INR 2, 000/- was debited from my UBI ATM and it was also not reflected in PayTM wallet.
                I was also submitted a application regarding this issue on 07-May-2016 but still they did not taking any action on it and saying that your application was rejected. Today is 27-July-2016 almost 3 months passed but still I have not received my money back.
                I need your help to get my money back.

                  Mobile no.[protected] was recharged @ rs.125 through icici bank debit card using net connection /pay tm facility of [protected] on 03 jul 16 at 8.46 pm.
                  Order no is. [protected]. The mobile did not get recharged and it was mentioned by stating recharge failed. Same time the message shown that the pay tm payment successful. It is requested that the amount be returned back to the account no.[protected], icici, thiruvananthapuram branch

                    This is regarding transaction on 25-jul-16, dominos bill payment failed, checked with dominos customer care and confirmed that they did not receive money.

                    I have been trying to contact paytm from last 2 days no luck, they don't respond to emails, i called customer care, not sure if somebody even monitors it looks like totally ivr could not contact executive trying several options.

                      I placed an order of lengloy green shoulder bag with paytm having order no [protected]. The product reached me on 22/7/2016, however the product was different from what was shown in the image and the scarf was missing. I placed a request for the return of the product instantly and sent the images of product and invoice to customer care. It's been 5 days since i placed the return request but they are not willing to process the request. I have not receiver any information about the pick up or anything. I have sent almost 25 emails to them and called them twice but now they have stopped responding. Just take back your product and refund my money.
                      Worst customer care service.

                            My name is v. Savith neela, i tried purchasing a product online and had a option to pay via paytm but the transaction failed but the amount is not credited to my account,

                            Kindly find the msg recived by me on 13.6.2016. I didnt raise a query thinking it would there in my wallet but when i logged in today found my wallet is showing nil balance. Am also attaching my cc bill for your reference.

                            I want the amount to be credited back to my account or it should reflect in my wallet.

                            I raised this compliant on 29.6.2016 till date the issue is not resolved. Their team only sends the ticket for the complaint sent.

                              On 19th july a fraud case was happened with me from my bank a/c near about rs. 18000/- was gone to annonumous account, or might be encashed which i don't know yet. They convince me to provide information regarding atm prettending as bank employee. I was asked for my ac number and corresponding otps. Then i found that it was fraud and my ac was being emtied before i even know it. Not a single transaction details was being send to me so that i hadn't any chance. If you kindly block those simulteneous transactions, it will be very greatful for me. Please take this complain seriously and please proceed with necessary procedures, and also please let me know if you are getting this complain and taking any possible solution in behalf of me.

                                  Dear sir, i have mailed so many times for the reverse of my failed transaction (Order no:[protected]) but no response from paytm.
                                  This is really not good.
                                  (Paytm cash transaction no 024705).
                                  I have written so many times to the ceo of paytm mr vijay shekhar sharma, but it seems they are not willing to help and refund of our money rs 2350.
                                  Now when i check my paytm account, this transaction is not there. I dont know who has deleted it. But for your reference i m attaching my bank statement. Kindly help us.

                                      I have got paytm cash rs 5000 paytm cash txn id [protected] on[protected]:13:45 pm. and after that i widhraw that amount in my account
                                      Paytm cash txn id [protected] on[protected]:38:45 pm. from then it is continuously saying that the amount status is pending. i haven't received that amount in my account yet. and when i decided to lodge a complain against it and then i got to know that there is no customer care for paytm wallet. the only way of communication is through email only. and that way is also not satisfactory as they are not replying in time and there replies are not satisfactory.in every of their reply they keep on telling that it will take 72 hours. so i kindly request you to look into this matter of mine and take proper steps so that i can get the money as soon as possible.
