I ordered shutterbugs from paytm costing rupees 102. The money was deducted from the account on that very day and they said that the order will we shipped to you on july 28 but i did not receive it. On 28th july i received the message that (We have initiated a refund to your bank/paytm account).
This company is a crap. They use the money for some days and on the date when we are going to receive the order they cancel it and refund our money back. First they give very exiciting offers and when on the date of delivery they cancel it. I hope my complaint will be looked forward. I ordered one more product of rupees 98 and i hope i will get it. In case i did not get it, i will complain again regarding that. My mobile no. Is [protected].

My name is jangam kesavapani, i down online shopping in paytm of product call mate powerpank, i received product in time, but they sent duplicate product, taken return approval from paytm group and my self returned through dtdc courier, product delivered to merchant, but they do not make my money refund.
I complained several time to paytm customer care and but do not responding my request.

I had booked ticket from yatra in the month of april (14- apr-2016) and done payment of 5062 inr through paytm gateway. later flight tickets got cancelled and till date i have not received refund from paytm.
I have sent mail on their registerred mail id - [protected]@paytm.com. for same issue they raised 2 tickets but no solution (ticket no. 03833952 &[protected] and on top of that keep on asking same details again and again.

Fraud transactions were done using my wallet on paytm. Payment was made to askmebazaar.com for airtel recharge.

There is no track in my order history for these recharges, and i didn't get any notification on the registered mobile or email id.

Some unknown numbers were recharged through my account and i lost over rs.1450/-. So definitely there is some thing wrong under the roof. I escalated the request and they forwarded it to their cybercell. But i didn't get any genuine reason from them.

I booked the vr box with bluetooth remote from paytm on 15.07.2016 in consultation with the paytm customer care before buying the product as i was having doubt whether the package is with bluetooth remote and the package was delivered to me on 22.07.2016. But is to mention that only vr box is there inside the package and there is no bluetooth remote. It is to mention that the customer care executive have confirmed that the vr box is supplied with bluetooth after which i have placed the order. (Call recording available with me but not able to attach). The deal of vr box +bluetooth remote was mentioned on the listing but package content was mentioned only as vr box. That is why i enquired customer care with specific item code before placing the order to avoid confusion to save my as well as paytm's time and placed the order on confirmation by paytm's executive. The same combo deals were available at ebay at still lesser prices but i ordered from paytm only for the trust and my past experience with paytm. But nowadays it seems that paytm is not taking care of the customer's interest and trying to push of the goods by any manner.
I raised several requests for product return as per paytm's policy with ticket nos: 04756241, 04832062,[protected]Have the mail correspondance but too huge couldnt attach here) but they have closed the case without any resolution arbirarily, saying that they have given the link of service centre by way of resolution. But the truth is they have provided just a mob number to contact with and who is not responding and that is not a electrical good to be serviced with and there are no service centres for the item i purchased anywhere in my state. Therefore i hereby request you to intervene in this matter for the justice to common public.

I placed an order (order number: [protected]) for a htc phone and received an open seal and incomplete product (no earphones) from paytm.
I logged a ticket (ticket:[protected] for this instantly and even after 5 days and more than 15 emails, i've not received a solution for this. i've submitted all details and pictures as asked by the customer service agents.

I've requested for a full refund and also mentioned that i'll be on a business trip for two weeks, but still no one is taking it into consideration.

Please help to return the product immediately.

Because this is a cheating company taking by the payment for my side for the job offer. Now they are asking for extra payment from my side to give a job. I was ordering food from swiggy and while paying i choosed patym. I was having 294 in my wallet so it asked me to pay rs 6 as my order bill was 300.
So i paid rs 6 throgh hdfc net banking but transaction failed and i got sms that 300 has been added to your wallet but in the app and also on website it doesnot reflect. It showing rs 0 balance. I also got an email of successful transaction but it was not. Transaction id is [protected]. Please look into it as sson as possible and add my money back in my wallet i. E rs 300.

Dear sir, i would like to inform you that we make transaction through paytm for aircel mobile recharge amount 198 date on 27/07/2016. But recharge not received still. My bank transaction id is 030207. Pls check the issue and resolve.

We all know about earning paytm money through referrals and stuff. Here's what i have experienced, i have referred this app called highway delite and got considerable amount of money (More than i referred) i was keep on getting messages that the money has been added to your paytm wallet for a while and i checked my wallet and the money was credited for all the messages that i have received. So, i was showing this to my friends and i tried logging into my wallet and i got the message that my account was temporarily locked. I sent paytm customer care an email and its been three days. I'm still waiting for the reply email to know the answers. I use paytm wallet for every needs. Now, i couldn't travel uber because of this. I couldn't buy things. It would be really bad if paytm becomes a bank. I heard, paytm is going to be a bank soon. Are you serious? If they don't have time to explain the customer what's been really happening, i don't think they will be a very good bank and serve people in a better way. Here's the paytm ticket number: 04872592.

I had said many times this month to upgrade my wallet. But they say we will collect the document today but no one has come till now. I am requesting from 10th July and today is 28 July. No one has the respect of costumer. They don't know how the customer are valuable to them. If they don't want then they can say me. But they are just postponing the date of collecting the documents.

Hie on 19 july 2016 at 3.44 pm i did a recharge online through paytm and the money got deducted from my account the recharge was successful but i did not got the balance and as i called to tata customer service they said it's not their fault as they it's paytm whos responsible for this and i want to money back which was deducted kindly do the needful

I had bought a laptop from Paytm vide order no. [protected] on[protected].
This laptop has gone faulty & on contacting DELL the warranty of this laptop has expired. They say to contact seller to update the warranty. The contact no provide on invoice is of Paytm. Kindly help to get the warranty on the laptop.

I have paid my mobile bill through Paytm but the payment is not made to the company till now I want to get back the amount in my Paytm account

I ordered microsoft lumia 650 phone from paytm online. But the product i recieved is damaged. When i gave the return request online, the agent who came to recieve the damaged product did not take it. He said that the imei number of the phone is mismatched. The imei number on the invoice and the box of the phone is same but on the mobile phone it is different. He told me that he will send this complain to paytm and paytm will contact me regarding the problem. But no one called me. And there is no such contact number to get in contact with paytm cce directly. I want the new product and iam not even a bit satisfied with paytm.
