you have cancelled my return of goods without even talking to me.this is a serious matter
1. i have received this order in part qty, the qty shown on the received packed clearly shows 2 nos but only one piece was in the packet.
2. i have not opened the packet yet because it is clearly shows only one no is there in the packet.
3. Your seller have cheated me by sending only one no but on the invoice placed outside the material is clearly shows two nos and the invoice is for two nos.
4. I request you to please depute your representative immediately, otherwise i am moving to consumer court for justice.

      I was paying my Electricity bill Rs 330/-
      against CA No.[protected] Paytm Transaction failed id 974704 And My order number is [protected] through Punjab National bank debit card .

      Initially it show transactions Failed. Few minutes later I got message from bank that cut off from my account Total Rs.330/-. So please take strong action against it.

        I logged a complaint regarding unauthorized transaction of money from my wallet to uber dated:- 29/07/16 ticket no:[protected] where i clearly mentioned that amount of Rs 275 was deducted from my paytm wallet without my approval on 29/07/16 and i also stated that i haven't booked any cab through uber on that day nor there was any pending transaction. it has been almost been a week and i still haven't gotten any reply

          My money transfer to bank is pending

          My money transfer to a bank is still pending from last 3 days ...i had used paytm service of transfering money to my sbi bank account and from still last three days its still showing pending only and the amount is extremly high and is very urgent to reach my bank account ...and the paytm care is not responding on my issue by mail also ... it has harresed me a lot ...if anyone knows solution to these problem then please help me its very urgent...

          I ordered for flip top aquasafe 1000ml set of 4 tupperware water bottle but the product i received is a wrong product. i want to return the product which i received. I put up a complaint against this also but there is no response from paytm still. it is taking a much long time to resolve my issue. And there should be a customer service number where we can talk with the representatives and explained about our issue.

            I ordered 3 items in a single order. out of which only 2 were delivered on 4-aug-2016. But the status of my 3 order was updated to "delivered" on 3-aug-2016.
            After inquiring them they made lame excuses. Also amount have been deducted from my account.When i called customer care then they never replied to me. Also on 3-Aug-2016 morning i received message that my order is out for delivery. But whole day i didnt received call from the courier boy. But in evening i got message that my ordered was delivered. I even inquire the delivery address but no order was Delivered.

                    I tried to pay my mts postpaid bill of rs. 805 through online portal on early hours of 04.08.16 as i have done many times in the last months.

                    First i tried with my axis credit card and the transaction failed. As it was the last day for payment, i tried once again, but the transaction failed again.

                    I then tried to pay through axis net banking bur again the transaction failed.

                    In total, rs.1610 was debited form my credit card and rs.805 from my bank account and still my bill was not paid.

                    Whatever may be the technical issues, customers should not suffer for them as i have in this instance. There may be delayed response form bank server or whatever. You must place strict protocols in place so that such incidents are avoided.

                    Please look unto the matter and take stringent action and initiate refund process for the amounts as mentioned.

                      I received my panasonic p-55 novo phone but the IEMI number in my invoice is diffrent from my phone IEMI and i complaint about this matter to paytm service but they had cancelled my request and said this is not a phone that i provide to me...they fraud to me they post me phone which have different IMEI number in phone and bill. Phone and bill IMEI number doesn't match to each other ...plz solved early as possible. ...

                      Some times ago i found 4% commition on recharge last month it decrease and being 2% n now from 1st August 2016 it is being only 1%

                        On 30th july i make a payment of ₹1200 of car fuel by the payTm app. The cash back prevailing that time on car fuel is 10% and it is valid till 31st july. According to your notification we can avail it 2 times. And i made my 2nd payment of car fuel on 30th july. But till now i didn't recieve any cash back of that payment. Please make my cash back as soon as possible.

                            I jasmine kochhar from pitampura Delhi got trapped by a fraudster on a fraud call.
                            He debited 18, 000 from my account by using my debit card.He made transactions on various aaps like Mpesa, vodafone bill desk, payU and also on paytm.
                            I would like to request u to help me in this case by providing all the information of transactions to paytm through my debit card.
                            This case happened on 3rd august and my debit card is of state bank of India.
                            The transactions to paytm has been made 2 times.

                                    I have paid my Mahanagar Gas Bill of Rs. 548/ on 23/5/2016 through Paytm. The same was not received by Mahanagar Gas . They charged me penalty in my next bill in the month of July 2016.My saving account is debited on 18/5/2016 & credited to Paytm.As per Mahangar Gas Customer Manager's advice, please look into the matter & credit my saving account alongwith penalty of Rs. 121/ charged by MGA.
