I have purchased Enerz Fitbit Pro band. But the product I have received is totally duplicate. And this merchant is making fool to the customers. The product which I have received there is no way mentioned its Enerz company product. Nothing is mentioned on box, user manual and on band. It's just like a local duplicate product. I f we buy something, the company name or the product no. should be there. Correct. How we are going to claim the warrant in future? How we know the company name? Second, the product cost is mentioned as 2399/- and after discount it's 780/- but actually if you see the actual cost is 700/- This clearly states that this merchant is looting customers on PayTM name. Also, there is no return policy. That means the customer is fooled easily. And being a so reputed website, you are allowing these kind of fraud merchants on your forum to befool customers? We as customers do place the orders keeping the website name and reputation in mind. but if this kind of cheating is happening on your website that means we are fool to trust PayTM. I want immediately solution to this problem, strict action against this merchant and my money back for this. Otherwise I will escalate this matter to my bank and to other social media websites. This merchant is just making fool.

I have cancel the water park tickets and ask to refund the money as i have mistakenly booked the tickets, they ask to place a complain and did not turn up. Its more than 10 days now as i placed the complain on 20/07/2016 at 3.34 pm.
Whenever i call to customer agent they just ask to wait 24 hrs.
No proper help or satisfactory reply has been given from there side.
Sum of 10434.16 they should pay, everyday i have to call them they ask to wait 24 hrs.
Like that 10 days have passed.
Please help me to get my money, am a student who do job and study as well.
Please.

There was an offer that pay through paytm wallet u get 10% cash back so i paid 231 amount on 31 july 2016 through paytm wallet for filling petrol at mailkaarjun petrol pump at hyderabad but i have not received cash back yet

When I have given correct name of account how this fund got transferred without double verification.

Order no. - [protected]. I recharged my delhi metro card for rs 100. After few hours i received the message saying that my recharge was successful. But however when i used my card the balance was zero. Kindly recharge my card or repay my money. I hv recharged my mobile no. A hundred times but never had any isdue. Please resolve this problem as my experience with paytm is really good and i dont want it to be reined.

This is all issue i wrote to paytm, they are not responding & solving my issue by crediting my cashback amount in my paytm wallet. Kindly read :

Cashback amounts not credited till yet in my paytm wallet used to add money in paytm wallet using promo code add on 29/07/2016. Rs. 4 cashback also missing of add money to paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] of date 31/07/2016. Already complained with paytm ticket no. 04999159. Call me on my mobile no. [protected] regarding this issue a. S. A. P. I contacted ur customer care @[protected] but they are saying, they are market place dept. These issues are handled by other dept. Kindly call me very urgently.

New issue faced on 31/07/2016 : have also not got cashback of rs. 4 for add money to paytm wallet using promo code add for rs. 403 bearing transaction id [protected]. That means total rs. 4 of this transaction + rs. 148 pending of add money to paytm wallet transactions done on 29/07/2016 which means total due = rs. 152 now!!!

I am esteedmed & heavy paytm customer who does transactions more. As it is today 31/07/2016 & i am again complanting after 48hours (Committed waiting time by paytm) it had already been more than 24 hrs to 48 hours (Waiting time given by paytm) as of date 29 july, 2016. The transactions of add money to paytm wallet took place between 10:35 pm to 11:31 pm on 29/07/2016. My paytm wallet balance had not been updated worth rs. 148. Kindly give me paytm wallet balance a. S. A. P. As i am waiting to do do another transactions also. Already compalined with ticket no. 04999159. On 29/07/2016, i had used promo code add to add money to paytm wallet on many wallet add money transactions. The confirmation came as promo code add applied. Success. Cashabck amount will be credited in your accountt within 24 hours. Already many hours had been passed but my total cashback amount of rs. 148 on all add money to paytm wallet transactions done on 29/07/2106 had not been credited in my paytm wallet till yet. Mujhe mera amount Rs.14800/- abhi tk refund nhi hua hai 3 december 2015 ko mere account se Rs.14800/- 2 baar deduct hue the mujhe sirf ek hi baar ka amount Rs.14800/- refund hua hai meine kaafi complaint register kri hai lekin abhi tk koi response nhi aaya kyunki mere bank wale keh rhe hai ki amount deduct hua hai or paytm wale keh rha hai ki amount unke pass nhi pahuncha kyunki transaction failed ho gai thi mujhe smjh nhi aa rha hai ki amount kiske pass gya hai or amount refund kaun krega

I request for the refund of money

Order no [protected].. I have placed order on 30 july and till now order is not delivered.. I complained to them on 18 july they told like will solve in 3 to 4 days but till now order not delivered.. And after complaining they have updated tracking details like it was delivered on 11 july and i got the mail saying your product delivered on 18 july.. Whenever i mail to them they will tell like we will solve in 1 to 2 days.. Pathetic customer care.. I have asked for refund but still no response..

I made a recharge of rs 500 for my postpaid vodafone bill.
Recharge failed and the amount was returned to my paytm wallet. I requested to refund my money back to my s.B.I savings account.
Paytm agreed to refund me the amount within 7 working days.
11 days have passed and i hav'nt received even a single paisa.
They are even not replying to my emails.
Plz look forward to my complaints. It is very hard to earn money, but paytm takes it easy.
Very much dissatisfied from the company.
I will no longer

Neither ill purchase any thing.

I have payed my mobile bill on 25.07.16 and it failed via paytm and rs.480 was neither credited in my bank or on my wallet.

Even i am unable to generate the ticket as it shows money already send to your wallet.

It has been more than expected time no cashback has been credited to my wallet.
Me and my family selected this offer as it was financially great
We would have been goin somewhere else if this would have been not there.
I have a great faith on paytm but if this is not happening will not find it comfortable.

I have booked bus ticket on paytm from vapi to deesa in rajdhani travels..on the journey day.. i got the call from the travels that they have transferred my ticket from rajdhani travels to bk travels.. i have to wait for 2 hours more at the vapi stop to catch this bus.. moreover this bus was going upto palanpur only.. they even didn't inform me about this fact..causing a great inconvenience to me n my family.. i have to spend extra Rs. 1000 for cab from palanpur to deesa journey.. i request consumers complaint forum to resolve my issue by adequate amount of compensation..

I had booked a Vistara Airline ticket from paytm today ( 30/7/2016) and minutes later applied for a cancellation of the same ticket due to change of plans. It's clearly mentioned as REFUNDABLE on the invoice. Paytm called me for cancellation confirmation and told me the refundable amount is only Rs. 250 whereas the actual payment I made was Rs. 6514.When I spoke to Vistara, they said the ticket was non- refundable.

Now, Paytm...

I had transfered rs 2900 to a bank account and money was deducted from my account but the payment is still pending, i have made many complaints to company but they are not responding. the customer care numbers are not responding.
company is not listening to the customer complaints, strict actions should be taken on this account.

I request you to kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Sir, I have 2151 paytm cash my paytm wallet. my wallet number [protected] and register emil [protected]@gmail.com. but now it showing 19 paytm cash.. so where is my cash sir?
