I upgraded my wallet before 2 months. Agent came and collect my formalty. After that i got the messege too that my paytm wallet has been upgraded. But when i transfer money in wallet. Money not transfer in wallet more than 5000. Please check and satisfy me soon. Other wise unfortunatly i deactivate my paytm account and i'll not use in future so please do some quick action and solve my problem. Thank you

Hello sir, due to the misunderstanding the wrong dth no ([protected]) has been recharged.instead of the new dth no. i. e ([protected]). of tata sky.

Even i mail to the paytm but no response i get. i only wants that either they refunds the amount or recharged the dth no.

Sir, is all about the 7 days ago but still the no conformation that i had received from the company. even the toll-free no. is also not in working in which the direct contact to be made with respective executives.

Hence, you are requested plz take actions towards this issues. hope your's team take the preventive action towards my issues/problems

Dear sir. My login id of paytm are [protected] and i completed the order of pay bill of electricity o[censored]ppcl your paytm say that ur order was completed but the electric bill was not submitted successfully to uppcl and today is the last date for submitting so kindly plz help me give me information as soon as possible my order was of 1081 rs.. Its very high cost u know and i am from poor family..

Paytm is such a bull company i transfer payment of rs 1000 and my order no is [protected] still didn't get money back in my account wen i lodge complaint on very next day some fool guy called me and ask me abt my otp he has requested otp from his cell fone n told me to share paytism such is big fraud company i want my money to be back as soon as possible

I ordered 2 items in a single order from same seller, order no [protected] on 9:29 pm, jul 11 2016.

On 17th july, i received single package from courier.

Invoice over & inner of the package containing 2 items i was ordered.

But when i opened the package, i found only one item.

Immediately i tried to contact paytm phone support, but they don't have an option to talk with support staff and not even an option to give complaint about the undelivered order.

I disappointed and sent complaint via paytm contact. Ticket no. Is 04542006.

I received reply as:
Please share the images of the product, invoice and the packaging (Inner/outer). Also, please confirm whether the packaging was sealed or open when the product was delivered.

I was sent pics taken by my phone and sent many times.

But still i am receiving same messages requesting images. Today received response as:

Please share the images and invoice of the product in pdf format. We'll check and do needful asap.

Today 23rd. I was raised ticket on 17th.

How can i give a proof to show that i received a partial order?

Not received a single call from paytm asking about the ticket and not fixing my problem.

The above is the complaints raised for the issue for product against the order
Why no one is responding/resolving this issue from paytm?
Paytm customer care is also irresponsible with my concern.

I have been calling the customer care for the past one month, all they say is wait for few more days when the order status is still laying idle after getting money from my side.

If paytm cannot process two wheeler orders why have a partnership with suzuki?
It is better to close this e-commerce site and save the indian consumers

I payed my electric bill through paytm application yesterday 22/7/2016 in morning at 12:30 pm. but still my bill is pending. i had also confirm from the near electric city bill office, they said i did not pay any bill. so could u tell me why its not paying bill. other vise i will take you high level through media.

Sir I have recharge my airtel mob. No [protected] at rs 80 from paytm service but recharge was failed and deduct money my bank account please refund my balance in my bank account I'd no . [protected]

I order red tap shoe from paytm with order number: [protected]. On their website the status is product is delivered but its not delivered to me. When i mailed customer care the reply was same that they checked with delivery partner and the product was delivered to me only. This is really disgusting as i paid for this order already and without delivering the order they are saying that the order is deliverd to me. They are simply cheating me. Please help to take serious action on them

I have purchased/ordered laptop having product name asus a555la-xx1756d laptop (core i3 (4th gen)/4 gb/1 tb hdd/15.6' hd led/dos/hdmi) 2 year asus on-site warranty (red) against the order [protected] but paytm sent me the laptop having name asus a555la-xx1560d (a555l), s/no-g1nocv[protected] which has issues.

I have recieved, bill from vendor (neel enterprises) and the bill from paytm. the bill from vendor was inside the packet.

It's been a long time i have been callig and mailing paytm but not action.

I had purchased a air freshner + free key chain from paytm site. But i received only key chain. Immediately i told them about this.In reply they suggest me to fill & submit a form which they send me in my mail. But till now i am not received that. And put a return request.Initially they told me okay! No problem sir we will solve it. Now they are saying time is out. You have to replay in 48 hours. So we can not do anything.

Dear all, it is extremely frustrating to deal with an organisation like paytm, you people had flashed sultan movie weekend promo on your home screen informing your customers to buy 2 get 2 free, however when i entered the code i was able to see the offer, later after making payment, i was told theater never confirmed my order and my booked seats showed greyed out, when i went back and changed seats the final payment was done & the promo code disappeared, please take stern action on this kind of cheating, also u either refund my cash back or cancel my booking... This item was ordered by me, but received a very bad quality damaged product. I applied for return which was approved 8-9 days back, but there is no confirmation on phone / email about the item when it will be picked, it seems that the paytm is not bothered about it.
My money is stuck and i am trapped if it takes a month to return the product. I had a very bad experience with paytm service.
Kindly help me coordinating these rascals.

I paid Vodafone bill 500 rs.. but it failed due to some reason, but amount has deducted from ICICI bank, i mailed 4 times no reply from them and not refund as well.

there is no number so that i can talk to executive. please do the needful

I have ordered a laptop bag on july 4, 2016 from paytm.com but i did not receive my product and they mail me that your product has been delivered. I mailed to company but they are not doing anything and said that problem has been resolved. Kindly see the attachment.

As it was mentioned in my order 5 packs of vip frenchie "elite" rn 85cms, i have received "4 packs" out of 5 accordingly. And another 1 pack is "vip frenchie 85cms" (Not the "elite") which i had ordered. The latter pack (Vip frenchie) is of larger size comparably, and inferior quality. I was out of town thus came to know about it later. It was my first order through paytym and i had to be disappointed.
