On 13 july i hve done a recharge of 50rs on my cell num its a prepaid vodafone but its said sucessfully done and it has been deducted frm my account bank of baroda bt recharge amount is not cme at my num. Aftr complainng they told me they are going to refund d amount in 7 days bt it not come in my account yet...

I have to pay a d2h recharge on 11th july 2016.

The transaction got sucessful also amt. deducted from my bank a/c. but d2h rechagre amount will not added in my d2h account
No proper response from paytm side even repeated complaint in their website.

I have no idea why they got so silence in this matter.

Amount has been deducted from credit card, but after that transaction has been failed message is showing. and recharge is not done successfully.
Please resolve the issue asap....

Paytm is not giving any extra offers and it increases the item cost by 40% and giving 20% and 30% discounts on the particular items, even though its original cost is same and giving no discount on that item. And it is also not giving particular category coupon codes. It is showing fake coupon codes and if any code if you apply it will show like it is expired/this coupon code not applicable/not valid....

I placed two order on jabong for which my transaction got failed for rs 1448 each so total amount of rs 2896 was deducted from my bank account through paytm wallet. i got refund from jabong but the anount of rs2896 is still their in my paytm wallet. on 16 july i logged a complaint to transfer my fund to my bank account as this is the refund of failed payment. i only got one reply from paytm team that they are working on...

I want to return my product which i bought it from paytm, they are saying that product pickup is not possible. so u only send product into the seller place. it is not possible from my side. because when i am buying this product they dint mention this point. if they take return its well and good. or else they have to return my money as soon as possible....

I am trying to book a ticket on 21st july, 2016 through irctc website, due to some coach/berth issue its not allow me to complete the booking, and transaction was cancelled by irctc. But 672 rupees debited from paytm wallet ([protected]), but yet not get my money back. Please solve this issue....

transacted on 07/02/2016, but still the payment is not credited to my ICICI Bank Account.

I have placed the order for 2 bean bag refills on july-11th. Without delivering the order, order status was changed to 'delivered' in paytm website. So i had given the complaint on july-15th in paytm customer care. Everyday they were telling that 'we will resolve the issue in next 24 hours', but no one is looking into it and there is no update even today (July-20th). I had given the delivery address to "hyderabad", when i called to paytm...

My name is sunil. I belong to mohali, punjab.20 days ago, i purchased 2 pairs of shoes from paytm. I returned both pairs due to quality issue. After 3 days i got refund in my paytm wallet. I put request for transfer this money to my bank account, but 15 days gone still i don't get money in bank account nd it is also deduct from paytm wallet. I sent so many mails regarding this issue, but no body take any action. I am not able to talk on customer...

My Account hacked 3 days back. Someone changed the mobile number but email is mine. Given several mails to them but respond was negative. Since my registered no has been changed so I cant able to contact them over phone. I massaged them in their FB page but even their they have blocked me.

It seems that the hackers r not outsider but its PayTM itself....

The lady on call (after 5-10 mins of explanation) convinced me for sharing the kotak card details (for refunding kotak reward points). the transaction kotak card failed as it was identified to be fraud.

So she asked for my sbi card details to put the money of sbi card. i did refuse to give that details....

First time payment deduct from my bank account and status shown failed in order and after failuare of recharge i call in your customer care no.
