I am trying to book a ticket on 21st july, 2016 through irctc website, due to some coach/berth issue its not allow me to complete the booking, and transaction was cancelled by irctc. But 672 rupees debited from paytm wallet ([protected]), but yet not get my money back. Please solve this issue.

Seller would ship any product from scrap, irrespective of the order placed. and most of time damaged product is delivered.

    It has been understand that Rs1643 is debited from my Paytm/wallet account
    transacted on 07/02/2016, but still the payment is not credited to my ICICI Bank Account.

    Below is the transaction details which shows the transfer is success but I still have not received the amount.

      I have placed the order for 2 bean bag refills on july-11th. Without delivering the order, order status was changed to 'delivered' in paytm website. So i had given the complaint on july-15th in paytm customer care. Everyday they were telling that 'we will resolve the issue in next 24 hours', but no one is looking into it and there is no update even today (July-20th). I had given the delivery address to "hyderabad", when i called to paytm customer care, customer care call receiver told that 'by mistake order was delivered to kolhapur, maharastra. So we will looking into it in next 24 hours'. But there is no one is updating from paytm even after 6 days of giving the complaint. Request you to look into my issue and get my money refunded.

          My name is sunil. I belong to mohali, punjab.20 days ago, i purchased 2 pairs of shoes from paytm. I returned both pairs due to quality issue. After 3 days i got refund in my paytm wallet. I put request for transfer this money to my bank account, but 15 days gone still i don't get money in bank account nd it is also deduct from paytm wallet. I sent so many mails regarding this issue, but no body take any action. I am not able to talk on customer care no. Only ivr is talking continousely. Kindly revert

            My Account hacked 3 days back. Someone changed the mobile number but email is mine. Given several mails to them but respond was negative. Since my registered no has been changed so I cant able to contact them over phone. I massaged them in their FB page but even their they have blocked me.

            It seems that the hackers r not outsider but its PayTM itself.

                I have received call from numbers [protected], [protected]

                Emp nmae naina kshyap, emp id :kmb000213

                The lady on call (after 5-10 mins of explanation) convinced me for sharing the kotak card details (for refunding kotak reward points). the transaction kotak card failed as it was identified to be fraud.

                So she asked for my sbi card details to put the money of sbi card. i did refuse to give that details. but again with lot of validation she confirmed me he authencity, like stupid i gave her the further details of sbi about 3 transaction of about 4997, 4999, 4999 where done. i was also asked to share otp which again shared. as i was in hurry i didnt look at it much and shared details. but sbi didnt had that security to block tranasaction like kotak card.

                I received call from kotak helpline asking if there was this transaction from paytm executed on kotak card and they confirmed me it was fake call.

                I immd contacted sbi and blocked my card. they told me that transaction are now done cannot do any thing. i have to wait till the transaction is confirmed by merchants. only after that i can raise dispute.

                My complaints are :
                1. sbi card has no strict security poilicy like kotak. my transaction was stopped and also i received call from kotak for this fake transaction.
                2. how do i get hold of this paytm?

                  Today i recharge for my idea mobile no.[protected] of rs 199 wide order no. [protected] at 20 jul '16 10:11 am. First time payment deduct from my bank account and status shown failed in order and after failuare of recharge i call in your customer care no. And know that recharge is failed and money is refund in your paytm wallet. After this massage i do my same recharge again wide order no. [protected] at 20 jul '16 3:59 pm forrs 199 on same no.

                  I really very upsate after received massage from pay tm that both recharge on my same mobile no. And same scheme.

                  I talked to idea for this quety but idea do not take any action. I am your custemer from long time and can't face any problem till today.

                  Please help me in this regard and refund my any one recharge from idea celluler.

                      Dear sir / madam,

                      At the opening, i would say, i am embarrassed as well as shamed that i am a customer of paytm.

                      Here is the embarrassing & my harrassed story:
                      My wedding anniversary was on the 22/06/2016 and my wife wanted a tablet as a gift which i promised her that i will give her.

                      For her, i placed an order for "iball slide brace x1 10.1 inch tablet" on 17/06/2016 and the seller, othree systems and solutions pvt ltd sent me the tablet on[protected] itself and i received it 3-4 days later [file attached: invoice_[protected]. pdf]. i opened the tablet box and it contained a cracked tablet of the same make. i used your paytm website to return the product and the address to which it should be shipped [file attached: ship_add#1] the label on the paytm bill also mentioned the same address. so i was damn sure that it would reach to the seller.

                      However, just as a precaution, i called your paytm customer care on[protected] and she sent me an email giving the address where i have to send the broken tablet and the list of the couriers related to paytm. [file attached: ship_add#2] it was the same address, by the way, and i sent it to the same address via "ondot courier" (awb no[protected].

                      I had to pacify my wife who was really angry because i had broken my promise on our wedding anniversary.

                      When i checked the status of the delivery on the ondot courier website, it says that the shipment is being returned to its origin. [file: awb_[protected]]. i called up the courier boy at mumbai and he told me that the shipping address is wrong. i told him to read out the address on the box, which he did and the address was correct as sent by your customer care, which is given below. the address on the tablet box, invoice and your pathetic customer care sent me is :
                      Othree systems & solutions pvt. ltd. 9/358, ganesh bhavan, lamington road, grant road east, grant road, mumbai, maharashtra 400007

                      Again i called customer care on[protected] and this guy sends me a different address.[file attached: ship_add#3]
                      The address he sent me is :
                      Shop no-101, first floor, mhada building, tribhuvan road, lamington road, mumbai-400004
                      City - mumbai, state - maharashtra, pin code - 400004

                      Despite the adress being the same 3 times now it is a different address which means that i have to pay the courier charges again if the tablet is returned to me and your customer care told me that paytm will pay me rs. 200 as courier charges.

                      Again, as you can see, there is no shop name on it. what should i write there. it contains only shop number. pathetic people you are. we should award you with a phd degree in "customer harassment" with a thesis title "how to harrass & confuse customers in the right manner".

                      Every time i email "[protected]@paytm.com", i get the same old email saying thea the resolution will happen in 24 - 48 hours and nothing happens.

                      I called "on-dot" couriers and they told me that the status was "delivered". your customer care executive provides me with a wrong address and "on-dot" couriers, surprisingly, delivers it.

                      I, again called customer care on 13/07/2016, and your pathetic customer care executive told me that i have to send it to the new address that he provided again. i told him that the tablet was delivered and i cannot send it again. he tells me that the address was wrong and surprisingly i had to talk to him in hindi to make him understand the problem. again no solution was given, he simply told me that i had to send it to that address only.

                      The situation is now that, because of paytm, i have my wife who is angry at me, i have lost rs. 16489 and no tablet with me, as well as i have harrassed by your customer care so many times that i have lost my trust in paytm. this entire episode, i am uploading in facebook and twitter so that others can share it and get to know the true nature of paytm, what it does to its customers.

                      Please answer the following point to point. my questions are
                      1. how can paytm be so careless with regards to its customers?
                      2. why should i lose money for paytm customer-care's carelessness?
                      3. i have already got cashback of 1319 for it. now again i have to shell out extra money to purchase the same item once again because i trusted paytm to send me a good product and i used my cashback for other related products.
                      4. how long do you plan to harrass your customers like this with your pathetic customer care?
                      5. i will go to "consumer's court" with this compliant. i will also file a harrassment case with against paytm if i am either not refunded or sent a new good tablet for which i have already paid for.
                      6. why should i trust paytm again?
                      7. who pays for my spoiled wedding anniversary and mental torture?
                      8. i think paytm will learn a lesson if i file a case against paytm with human rights commission. i will definitely do it.
                      9. since the incident, already 480 hours has elapsed since the incident. why havent you responded within 48 hours as mentioned in the email. i have all your committed proofs which i'm enclosing as well as submit to human rights commission.
                      10. who pays for the courier charges & long telephone calls that i made to customer care?

                      Oj july 18th, i get an email that my return request is cancelled which means that rs. 16489.00 goes down the drain.

                      I am waiting for a response and a solution for the 10 points mentioned above from your end which is 24 hours at most. i would not like to listen to "sorry" from paytm again.

                      I am filing an rti case against you today.

                      No thanks.

                          I paid 4 electricty bill payment through credit card on date-11/7/2016 time-12.28 pm through paytm online bill payment but 1 of them of an amount rs. 520/- showing payment confirmation awaited, but paytm debit money from my credit card account, when i raised complaint about this matter no responce recieved from paytm side. I called in hdfc customer service they give me the referance no. (018269) of my transection number.

                              I have made payment on tikona broadband site using paytm gateway on 12th of july. Transaction was shown as failed from tikona web portal and i have made 2nd attempt which was eventually successful.

                              However, my bank account was debited twice for 575 rs. I have contacted multiple times paytm for check status of that 2nd failed transaction.

                              I am not getting any reply of ticket raised and there is not system for keeping track of ticket. I am not getting any reference of my raised ticket on my registered number.

                              I am more irritated because they have removed that transaction of 575 on the 2nd of transaction made from transaction history.
                              Meri problem ye hai ki me jab apni id opan karta hun to jo opt ata hai wo mere mob no par jata hai to me chahata hun ki wo opt mere mail par aaye q ki jo mera mob no. hai wo kho gaya hai or mujhe opt ka pata nahi chal raha hai agar aap opt mere mail par bheje he to me use kar sakta hun or me new no. add karna chahata hun

                                When i purchase 2 tshirts o[censored]cb it was offered 50% cash back at that time and it was 270 rs and 330 rs total of 600rs and order id - [protected] but now paytm denied me cashback saying promo code was not applied but i have screen shots of applying promo codes and without applying promo codes how can their site will show promo codes amount.. kindly have a look at my attachments

                                  Hi i was paying through paytm wallet for airline value added services for my air ticket from spicejet but the amount is deducted from my paytm wallet showing success but in my ticket the services din't added i spoke to the airline customer care they said they din't receive any amount please help me out as my money is alredy deducted from my credit card and paytm wallet account .

                                    Its been more than a month now i have not received my refund yet. i have followed up near about 30 times but they dont reply and whenever they do they dont give me any status they provide ARN number which bank refuses. bank had been asking for transaction id and mode of payment but they dont provide me that bcoz they have not refunded my money i dont understand how do i claim it now.
                                    Recharge was not completed and amount debited from paytm wallet recharge is pending 48hrs.. please give my money back otherwise i will complain in consumer forum

Transaction failed and ticket dint get booked, but no refund is done. I have raised multiple complaints to paytm customer care but there is no response absolutely. I am waiting for the refund of rs 5282/- for last 10 days. Please help in resolving.
