At the opening, i would say, i am embarrassed as well as shamed that i am a customer of paytm.

Here is the embarrassing & my harrassed story:
My wedding anniversary was on the 22/06/2016 and my wife wanted a tablet as a gift which i promised her that i will give her.

For her, i placed an order for "iball slide brace x1 10.1 inch tablet" on 17/06/2016 and the seller, othree...

My paytm account was hacked yesterday by someone whose mobile no. is[protected] and [protected] . they changed my registered no[protected] to [protected]and now they are making susspicious paymentto susspecious bank accounts i tried to contact paytm but they didnt pick up the phone
please do the needfull...

I paid 4 electricty bill payment through credit card on date-11/7/2016 time-12.28 pm through paytm online bill payment but 1 of them of an amount rs. 520/- showing payment confirmation awaited, but paytm debit money from my credit card account, when i raised complaint about this matter no responce recieved from paytm side. I called in hdfc customer service they give me the referance no. (018269) of my transection number....

My recharge not proceed but

I have made payment on tikona broadband site using paytm gateway on 12th of july. Transaction was shown as failed from tikona web portal and i have made 2nd attempt which was eventually successful.

However, my bank account was debited twice for 575 rs. I have contacted multiple times paytm for check status of that 2nd failed transaction.

I am not getting any reply of ticket raised...

When i purchase 2 tshirts o[censored]cb it was offered 50% cash back at that time and it was 270 rs and 330 rs total of 600rs and order id - [protected] but now paytm denied me cashback saying promo code was not applied but i have screen shots of applying promo codes and without applying promo codes how can their site will show promo codes amount.. kindly have a look at my attachments...

Hi i was paying through paytm wallet for airline value added services for my air ticket from spicejet but the amount is deducted from my paytm wallet showing success but in my ticket the services din't added i spoke to the airline customer care they said they din't receive any amount please help me out as my money is alredy deducted from my credit card and paytm wallet account ....

Its been more than a month now i have not received my refund yet. i have followed up near about 30 times but they dont reply and whenever they do they dont give me any status they provide ARN number which bank refuses. bank had been asking for transaction id and mode of payment but they dont provide me that bcoz they have not refunded my money i dont understand how do i claim it now....

Transaction failed and ticket dint get booked, but no refund is done. I have raised multiple complaints to paytm customer care but there is no response absolutely. I am waiting for the refund of rs 5282/- for last 10 days....

Wrong payment has made by me through online and i am keep on complaining to pay tm and i am not getting any reply since 13th july, i was trapped by 2 unknown persons while dealing with jobs, com paid services team these guys contacted me for refund of my amount and asked me to come online and after filling all details through their link via paytm gateway, without any receipt from paytm gateway my amount was debited from my axis bank credit...

Hello, my complain is i have deposited 3100 inr into my paytm wallet then after when i need, i have transferred it to my bank account. The status is still pending, its almost 3 days going to over, nobody replying me yet where i have sent lots of mail on this to paytm.

Where is the seal of trust.
This is trully fraud service
No trust on that....

I have paid my cesc bill through debit card on 14.7.16. The amount was debited from my account instantly on the same day. But till date (18.7.16) cesc has not yet received the amount.In paytm portal the following status is showing
"payment confirmation awaited".
Bank also said that the amount was debited on the same day (14.7.16). The consumer complain section is also disable in paytm portal. As a result i am unable to lodge...

I have tried to payment an electricity bill of CESC Ltd., Kolkata amounting to Rs.1440/- on 15.07.2016 through PayTM. The amount has been debited to my savings bank account but the same has not been credited to CESC Ltd., Kolkata. Kindly make necessary arrangement to credit the amount to CESC Ltd., Kolkata.
