Wrong payment has made by me through online and i am keep on complaining to pay tm and i am not getting any reply since 13th july, i was trapped by 2 unknown persons while dealing with jobs, com paid services team these guys contacted me for refund of my amount and asked me to come online and after filling all details through their link via paytm gateway, without any receipt from paytm gateway my amount was debited from my axis bank credit card, so i need your help in this regard to proceed further, your help in this regard will be very much soliciated

      Hello, my complain is i have deposited 3100 inr into my paytm wallet then after when i need, i have transferred it to my bank account. The status is still pending, its almost 3 days going to over, nobody replying me yet where i have sent lots of mail on this to paytm.

      Where is the seal of trust.
      This is trully fraud service
      No trust on that.

        I have train ticket book on May25 2016 by makemytrip and payment through paytm amount Rs475. Train ticket canceld book ID NR[protected] makemytrip above amount refunded date on 26May2016. Still date not refunded my paytm wallet. i have many complaints register. To paytm customer care through mail. Tickets #0284367, 03075517, 0284267, 04098618, 03886987.

          Txn. No. 01559697 dtd. 30.04.2016 with reminder on 03.05.2016
          This is regarding payment of rs.2669.50 made towards delhi jalboard bill which got rejected. I had sought refund to bank (Sbi) by clicking on the requisite button in your site. Regret no response till date. Sbi has already slapped a fine of rs.500/- for delayed
          Ban payment as no refund of rs.2669.50 has been recd. By them.
          Please refund my money immediately, else i will be constrained to report the matter to rbi and other agencies to enforce compliance.
          Also the refund of rs.500.00 towards late fee be paid to me immediately.
          Your helpline/customer care does not have the provision to talk to anyone for support.

            Dear sir /madam,

            My paytm registers mobile number is [protected] and my name is sunil prakash chavan.
            Regarding my wallet transaction ld [protected], i have not received any credit in my bank account, very pathetic service by paytm and very poor response on customer care, i have booked the flight ticket a month ago after several complains n after 22 days i got the money refund in my paytm wallet but when i tried to send the money in my bank it showed as a technical error and after that it was showing the money transfered to the bank but when i checked with the bank people they are saying there is no such transaction happened, i raised the compain on paytm care but as usual no response from them, it complete harassment and i have given the indication that i will be going to file legal complain against paytm, but no response, i am totally fed up with the follow ups with these peoples, the total amount for credit is rs. 6066/-. I am attaching herewith the snapshot of the complain for your reference.

            I am hoping a positive and prompt revert from you.

                I have paid my cesc bill through debit card on 14.7.16. The amount was debited from my account instantly on the same day. But till date (18.7.16) cesc has not yet received the amount.In paytm portal the following status is showing
                "payment confirmation awaited".
                Bank also said that the amount was debited on the same day (14.7.16). The consumer complain section is also disable in paytm portal. As a result i am unable to lodge a complain in paytm portal.

                Please help.
                Poor service provided by paytm.
                Paytm customer care number never connected. when i am calling, i don't know what is the reason.
                i want customer care support today''s.
                Call me as soon. I am trying to contact u past two days. I have a complaint on my recharge.

                  I have tried to payment an electricity bill of CESC Ltd., Kolkata amounting to Rs.1440/- on 15.07.2016 through PayTM. The amount has been debited to my savings bank account but the same has not been credited to CESC Ltd., Kolkata. Kindly make necessary arrangement to credit the amount to CESC Ltd., Kolkata.

                      I m using paytm from last week. i had booked ticket through paytm but operation was failed. but my money is debited from my a/c. after it you have refunded my money in my paytm wallet but when i have tried to resend in my bank a/c. it was not credited in my bank a/c . please check it and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        I am trying to book movie tickets for a particular movie. I selected the seat and applied promo code as "movie". But it shows the error as shown in the attachment. Please see the attachment. But i have tried with different logins. Its showing the same error. Also if i use the same id in pc it works, but through mobile app its not working.

                        Also, if i use the same login in my friend's phone movie code is working. I thought it was phone fault then i checked with other promo codes like "moviethree" its working... So there is a problem only in "movie" promo code...

                        I have already raised a complaint before 10 days... Still no one finding an solution. Also i asked them to call me since there is no ways to contact your customer care, but no one called me.

                        I dont know whom and where to complaint... Also i cant find any paytm store in chennai to visit directly.

                        Hope u understand my problem...

                                    1 boutique locker jewellery box and another flip jeweller vanity pouch 12 pcs with.
                                    When i received a parcel i found only boutique locker jewellery box, flip jeweller vanity pouch 12 pcs with.
                                    Since from a 4 days im kept on complaining about incomplete order delivery but no satisfactory action taken by paytm.

                                    rakesh sharma's manager sanjeeb talked to me that i will get back my money and nitin told that u have to submit money for this.and yet i didnt get my money it was transffered by yesterday 6.23 pm and at 6.30 is their closing time.

So many times i sent mails to customer care, but they are telling wait up to 14-16 days. Not giving the answer properly.

                                        I had ordered a puma ferrari mens wallet (purse) costs (429) and also i had paid the cash through net banking. the product delivered date was sent as 14th july. as my phone was switched off on thursday 14-july-16 i was not able to receive calls. as the deliver person called me but my phone was switched off i did not receive the product and also i didnot receive the amount for my wallet also. please let us know whats the situation. whether i will receive a product or else will i get my cash to my wallet. please do the needfull.
