The issue was closed by paytm si very customer insensitive manner.. (order # [protected].)
But had i ordered cashew which caused me food poisoning
This was a 1+1 deal, where i had opened only first packet as cashews were bad and expired and bad smelling..
Buy as paytm unethically refused to take back order and refund money..
I had throw first packet of cashew d'nature;

I had even openly abused paytm ceo (vijay shekhar sharma); but paytm behaved like a typical cheap uttar pradesh shopkeeper and refused to refund me..

That si when for any eatable or any other product i decided i will never ever cause a risk to my health by ordering from paytm and instead choose more ethical sites like flipkart and amazon (i am also copying to flipkart and amazon and also blogging this online to criticize paytm and tell people why i stopped shopping from paytm online);

However today after 2 months when i opened teh second pack, i found cashews in teh new second pack absolutely fine and realized that first pack sold by paytm in (1+1) deal was expired or had moisture which spoilt cashews and caused me food poisoning.

So paytm must be having unhygienic or unclean area in their warehouse..

Shame on paytm.

My order no is [protected] booked on 06 /july /2016. I dont know how to contact with you regarding my issue. Today (16-july-16) i received one mail stating your issue has been closed as duplicate. I cant understand what they trying to convey. Please send a message clearly, whether u resend my order or its over. I[censored] not resend give me courier details. Thats very useful for me to trace it. O'r refund my amount.

I have sent 1000 rupees in one of my friends paytm i'd ([protected]). i have got confirmation from paytm via message. but the person is telling she is not received the money.

On 8th july 2016, a fraud transaction happened through my paytm account and rs 5000 were deducted. there was intimation via sms/email received for the same. after sending multiple requests to paytm care and cybercell no response was received.

I ordered 1) bike tyre oid - [protected] on 06.07.16 and 2) spanner - oid [protected] on 07.07.16, of which only spanner was delivered. When contacted paytm, many a time, they replied the items have been delivered, the complaints are closed considering duplicates. Replu received is attached herewith. The tyre costing rs.1344.00 has not been received till moment. Please help me out.

I have made payments twice to my airtel mobile number for rs. 99 each by order no [protected], [protected] on dated 15th july 2016.
Both the amounts were not credited to airtel number and not even return to my paytm wallet account no [protected] till date.

1. On 12.07.2016, i recharged my m no. [protected] [mtnl delhi] with rs. 4/ [rupees four only] on trial-basis vide the order no. [protected] via paytm and the amount was deducted from the wallet but my mobile was not recharged till today.
2. On 16.07.2016, i paid phone-bill in the sum of rs. 235/ for my another m no. [protected] vide order no. [protected] and there was an offer of cashback upto rs. 300/ bearing promocode: grab300. But when i paid the bill, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
3. Similarly on 29.06.2016, i paid the electricity-bills in the sums of rs. 300/ & rs. 770/ vide order no. [protected] & no. [protected] respectively and there was an offer of cashback upto rs. 200/ bearing promocode: bses200. But when i paid the bills, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
4. Similarly on 17.06.2016, i paid the bill in the sums of rs. 225/ for my another m no. [protected] vide order no.[protected] and there was also an offer of cashback. But when i paid the bill, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
Kindly ensure soon returning of the paid amount rs. 4/ on 12.07.2016 for the mobile phone and the amounts of promocodes for the paid bills and immediately provision of entering the promocodes of the offer while making recharge and payments of the billsunder intimation to me via my email address [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks.

I am getting message from dishtv about disconnection reminder which falls on 19th july 2016.
Please look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount to my dishtv account urgently.

Hi team,

This is in regards to the bus ticket booked from paytm website through srs travels. Ticket got cancelled and got a email that i will get the refund back to my wallet, even after calling the customer care but i am not getting any resolution as the amount is not refunded. I am not getting any response from customer care and they neglect to take my issue from the day i placed the request and i spoke to the agent named rahul from paytm market place but even he is negligent disclosing any details instead asking me to wait and it has been a week i raised the complaint.

I wanted to recharge my number, so i selected amount and provided number in app, but afterall i didn't got recharge and i lost my wallet amount and didn't get recharge on my number. So, i want my money back. Its really annoying, it was very urgent and important at all. I want that some action must takes place against this habit. The internet services are for our goodness, but this is intolerative.

I have ordered 2 products in paytm online retailer. It's been 2 weeks but i have not received my product. I raised a customer complaint but i got an attachment telling it's delivered to some guy named ritu. When we call the number specified in the sheet, some unknown guy is speaking who does not in our apartment itself. There is no customer care number available to speak to any executive. I ordered two pairs of sparx sandals in paytm e-commerce website. it was a prepaid order. actually i received only one pair of sandals only (after opening the package). the delivery person is refused to take the product back. i lodged a complaint in their website. their response is we had checked with seller and delivery agency and there is no problem from ourside
