There were 2 transactions done second one got successfully done and credited to miranda house while first one could not get credited into their account. This was the reason we had done twice payment against order id 58252

Try and understand the issue first before reverting customers concern.

Request revert the said amount at the earliest

Its been more than month i am chasing to return my product but no action has been taken till now. More than 10 times i have given return request but no one has done anything regarding my issue. When i received a parcel i found only hair serum, loreal paris white perfect day & night cream missing.
Since from a week im kept on complaining about incomplete order delivery but no satisfactory action taken by paytm....

I have tried to pay a cesc bill on 13th july 2016.
Amt rs.1820.
The transaction got failed but amt. Deducted from my bank a/c. And also no refund added to the wallet or bank a/c.
No response from paytm side even repeated complaint in their website.

Even i submit my bank details to them. As email attachment also upload if jpeg format.br...

By mistake wrong Tata sky DTH Recharge no[protected].But this no. airtel mobile no.so please refund 300 on my paytm wallet...

On 14.07.2016 (9.52 a. m.) i made a payment of rs. 2357/- favouring uppcl toward electricity bill of id no.[protected]. paytm portal says that the payment failed but the banker (icici bank) has sent a sms that the payment of rs. 2357/- has been made. the bank also reflected it in the statement (statement enclosed). kindly resolve the issue immediately....

I made payment on yatra.com through paytm wallet. the booking was not successful so yatra reversed back the money to paytm.
I raised a request to paytm to transfer the money back to my account, giving the bank details. but no reply from paytm. called its customer care thrice, but was given a reply that, on call customer services doesn't handles these refund requests only you have to mail.
And was told by customer care to reply...

I paid bsnl broadband bill as 916 rs on[protected] and the amount deducted from my account. i contact to bsnl office, they told that they are having no interlink with paytim, till now they didn't receive the money also. now am registering a complaint that as early as possible you must credited back the amount to my account. yours faithfully. thanking you...

Flight tickets booked yesterday via paytm wallet yet receive PNR numbers and ticket details in registered mail and mobile.
On 13/07/2016 booked air ticket from chennai to visakhapatnam via paytm mobile wallet for 12.08.2016 and return on 16.08.2016....

I need to raise the complaint based on the booking which done on july 2016.in my travel experience this is the one of the worst which i have experience. they have changed the seats and travelling buses at last moment without any information. it is like a raw one. i cant expect such a third class travels were linked with paytm
