    I ordered 1) bike tyre oid - [protected] on 06.07.16 and 2) spanner - oid [protected] on 07.07.16, of which only spanner was delivered. When contacted paytm, many a time, they replied the items have been delivered, the complaints are closed considering duplicates. Replu received is attached herewith. The tyre costing rs.1344.00 has not been received till moment. Please help me out.

        1. On 12.07.2016, i recharged my m no. [protected] [mtnl delhi] with rs. 4/ [rupees four only] on trial-basis vide the order no. [protected] via paytm and the amount was deducted from the wallet but my mobile was not recharged till today.
        2. On 16.07.2016, i paid phone-bill in the sum of rs. 235/ for my another m no. [protected] vide order no. [protected] and there was an offer of cashback upto rs. 300/ bearing promocode: grab300. But when i paid the bill, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
        3. Similarly on 29.06.2016, i paid the electricity-bills in the sums of rs. 300/ & rs. 770/ vide order no. [protected] & no. [protected] respectively and there was an offer of cashback upto rs. 200/ bearing promocode: bses200. But when i paid the bills, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
        4. Similarly on 17.06.2016, i paid the bill in the sums of rs. 225/ for my another m no. [protected] vide order no.[protected] and there was also an offer of cashback. But when i paid the bill, no option of entering the promocode was there and the amount was straightway paid and deducted from the wallet.
        Kindly ensure soon returning of the paid amount rs. 4/ on 12.07.2016 for the mobile phone and the amounts of promocodes for the paid bills and immediately provision of entering the promocodes of the offer while making recharge and payments of the billsunder intimation to me via my email address [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks.

          Both the amounts were not credited to dish tv account no [protected] till date.
          I am getting message from dishtv about disconnection reminder which falls on 19th july 2016.
          Please look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount to my dishtv account urgently.

            Hi team,

            This is in regards to the bus ticket booked from paytm website through srs travels. Ticket got cancelled and got a email that i will get the refund back to my wallet, even after calling the customer care but i am not getting any resolution as the amount is not refunded. I am not getting any response from customer care and they neglect to take my issue from the day i placed the request and i spoke to the agent named rahul from paytm market place but even he is negligent disclosing any details instead asking me to wait and it has been a week i raised the complaint.

              I wanted to recharge my number, so i selected amount and provided number in app, but afterall i didn't got recharge and i lost my wallet amount and didn't get recharge on my number. So, i want my money back. Its really annoying, it was very urgent and important at all. I want that some action must takes place against this habit. The internet services are for our goodness, but this is intolerative.

                    There were 2 transactions done second one got successfully done and credited to miranda house while first one could not get credited into their account. This was the reason we had done twice payment against order id 58252

                    Try and understand the issue first before reverting customers concern.

                    Request revert the said amount at the earliest

                        I have ordered 2 products in paytm online retailer. It's been 2 weeks but i have not received my product. I raised a customer complaint but i got an attachment telling it's delivered to some guy named ritu. When we call the number specified in the sheet, some unknown guy is speaking who does not in our apartment itself. There is no customer care number available to speak to any executive. I want my money back at any cost. All the trust has gone.

                                  When i recharged it i didn't see the operater's name and mistakenly recharged on idea's operater. And the idea recharge was a successful!

                                      I have tried to pay a cesc bill on 13th july 2016.
                                      Amt rs.1820.
                                      The transaction got failed but amt. Deducted from my bank a/c. And also no refund added to the wallet or bank a/c.
                                      No response from paytm side even repeated complaint in their website.

                                      Even i submit my bank details to them. As email attachment also upload if jpeg format.

                                      I have also attached the screen shot for your reference.

                                      I have no idea why they got so silence in this matter.

                                      But i thing is sure i will never use paytm in future. And also advise all not to use it.

                                      cesc bill amounting to Rs.1440/- has been paid through paytm on 15.07.2016 at 01.46 PM. The amount has been debited to my savings bank account. But the amount has not been credited to cesc Ltd., Kolkata. Kindly make necessary arrangement to credit the said amount to cesc Ltd., Kolkata.

                                      Kindly let me know how the problem was resolved as I am also facing the same problem with CESC bill payment through PayTM.

                                      I have paid the CESC LT Bill for Customer ID [protected] for the month of July, 2016 amounting Rs. 25940(Net) on 11th August, 2016 via PayTM mobile app.

                                      My bank account was debited by Rs. 25710 (PayTM Order ID [protected]), PayTM Receipt Number is [protected].

                                      The CESC payment receipt was not generated and the bill is still showing as pending in the CESC website.

                                      I contacted PayTM customer support and they have informed that the credit to CESC might take 2-3 days to process. So this leaves me with uncertainties on whether the payment is successful or not.

                                      I strongly suggest everyone to never use PayTM for CESC bill payments. The CESC website should be used instead as there will be no hassles like this.
