On 14.07.2016 (9.52 a. m.) i made a payment of rs. 2357/- favouring uppcl toward electricity bill of id no.[protected]. paytm portal says that the payment failed but the banker (icici bank) has sent a sms that the payment of rs. 2357/- has been made. the bank also reflected it in the statement (statement enclosed). kindly resolve the issue immediately.

    I order a product order id is [protected] but was not satisfied with the product so i asked for return and they processed it and also got my refund for the product on my paytm wallet so i transferred the amount from paytm wallet to bank account on 11 june but i have not received my amount in bank i have continuously mailed them but never got a response from paytm. Paytm has always said they have processed the refund but they have not even provided me transaction id and mode of payment i followed up to my bank as well they say there is no such payment
    I send 208 rupees to my idbi bank account but yet not be send it is sstill pending so please send my money immediately please

          I made payment on yatra.com through paytm wallet. the booking was not successful so yatra reversed back the money to paytm.
          I raised a request to paytm to transfer the money back to my account, giving the bank details. but no reply from paytm. called its customer care thrice, but was given a reply that, on call customer services doesn't handles these refund requests only you have to mail.
          And was told by customer care to reply back on mails. i replied on the mail chain, but paytm has not replied yet.
          Please refer to the attached snapshot of request raised towards paytm.

          Why does paytm on call customer care doesn't handles refund related to wallet payments? and customer is left with the only option to mail or raise a request to you, to which you don't reply

              Flight tickets booked yesterday via paytm wallet yet receive PNR numbers and ticket details in registered mail and mobile.
              On 13/07/2016 booked air ticket from chennai to visakhapatnam via paytm mobile wallet for 12.08.2016 and return on 16.08.2016.

                  I need to raise the complaint based on the booking which done on july 2016.in my travel experience this is the one of the worst which i have experience. they have changed the seats and travelling buses at last moment without any information. it is like a raw one. i cant expect such a third class travels were linked with paytm

                    I was told that he has submitted my documents online also and and would be submitting hard copy by yesterday evening.

                          I was checking my citibank monthly statement and i noticed approximately 10 purchases, which were not made by me. These payments were made through paytm (However, using my credit card). This is a case of fraud and unauthorized usage of credit card. 1 of these transactions is mentioned below:

                          Rs 5, 000.00 was spent on your credit card 4386xxxxxxxx3929 on 06-jul-16 at paytm mobile solutio.

                          It seems somebody has been making these payments through their wallet, but recharging their wallet through my credit card (Citibank rewards credit card).

                          I have written numerous times to paytm, requesting them for information about this. All these requests have been unanswered.
                          I have tried to call paytm on numerous numbers[protected],[protected] and also on regional office numbers of chennai, mumbai etc. Each and every call does not connect me to any customer care executive.

                          This incident has led me to a loss of close to rs.40, 000/- and it clearly shows what a big cheater paytm actually is.Instead of co-operating with me in order to resolve my issue, there is absolutely no response from paytm's end.

                          I have no option but to register a police complaint!
                          I demand an answer to this, who is mis-using my credit card for paytm transactions and with which vendor are these payments associated?
                          Paytm-please look into this issue at the earliest-your security is now questionable and reputation is at stake

                            Dear paytm dept, with reference to the above data kindly act as soon as possible and revert me my money back to my account as i was trapped by fake calls (recd on the name of click jobs refund section) cell phone no is-[protected] through your paytm gateway, surprisingly my amount was deducted with out any receipt from your paytm gateway, so kindly look into the matter seriously and refund my amount by all means for which i will be very much thank full to you in this regard, hope you will do in favor of me. first time i came across this type of fake payment through the india's biggest paytm gateway.
