    Hi,

    Due to some problem i made a wrong recharge. I wanted to make a recharge of rs 205/- bt i made a recharge of rs 139/-
    As soon as i paid and realised i mail it to paytm about the recharge mistakenly made.
    Paytm has confirmed that i made the recharge of 139 and its successful but i email the situation that i want to make a change in recharge but they are not considering it instead they are saying to contact airtel.
    And airtel has no policy to change the 3rd party recharge.

    Pls help as i am ready to pay the difference to get the right recharge.

    not yet resolved, just delete it. i don't want anything from paytm. its worst site ever.
    I booked Sultan movie ticket on 6.7.16 for 10.20am on 7.7.16 (audi 3). Offer display that 25% cashback but no cashback received me till now.

      Sir not reacharge my paytm wallet but money is debeted from my bank account bank officer said me wait 24 hr your wallet is reacharge but after 24 hr my paytm wallet is not reacharge and not add the money in my bank account. Sir please help me in this situation i am not faith on paytm this not right you deduct the my money and i am not satisfied by yor componey.

          Today i call on paytm customer care number... at one hour regular i m on call but call is not connected.. my 289 rupees stuck on 11th july 2016 when i transfered this money to bank its shows pending i disnt get satisfactory responce on email when i complain on paytm.. even i disnt get email back now my money 333 rupees stuck again shows pending now fed up of this paytm website again and again same problem dont know how same problem. occur to me. i want that my money got back immediate bcz i need this money.. very urgent thanking u sir..

              I had purchased the bike (mahindra gusto) from rehana motors after getting confirmation from an authorized executive that i would get rs.5000 cash back when i place an order with paytm.com.


              I was totally new to paytm.com and i do hardly unaware of how it works. this was the first time that i used the patytm.com service for cashback of rs.5000 on my bike purchase. that was the reason i took help from an authorized person at rehana motors to create an account with paytm.com and place an order ([protected]).


              Prior to placing the order itself, i had paid the full amount payable in cash to the vendor and the vehicle got delivered on the same day (30th april 2016). i was in the view that the vendor would pay for the order placed with paytm.com thereafter.


              Later i learnt that my order had failed (when i contacted the customer care after around 4 weeks after the order has been placed) due to some weird reason. but i did not receive any notification regarding the failure neither to my mobile or my email.


              I understand that the personnel at rehana motors had done something wrong while tampering with my account.


              I also know that there is a remedy for any issue. you simply can not say that because of a silly mistake (missing promo code), i am denied cashback. despite having access to every record of every transaction done with the website, you did never notified me of any failure with order placement.


              I have every document to provide you as evidence in support of my case.


              Please help me in getting back of my hard-earned money.

                        I have got a frad call from the no [protected] possesing him as a Irctc employee and he said about my failed transaction in Irctc. He asked my debit card no and also linked phone no. Then he call me and answer him otp which is come to my mobile I told the otp then I saw Rs 4990 amount debit from my debit card and credited in PayTm Mobile Solutions account. I have the Txn no 100887 and the Pos no [protected] which is booked by the frad caller My debit card no is[protected].Please verify the above matter and take necessary action

                        I send my bank statement from 11 th July to 15 th July for this transaction to paytm care. There is clearly shown on the statement that around 3 30 pm Rs 4990 amount debited from my account. It was credited in Paytam Mobile Solutions Noida. With the txn no 100887. But there is no responce from paytm care.

                        They will send a email to me. In that email they showed the amoujt Rs 4990 was credited in Axis Bank IFSC Code of the branch UTI 80000696 the name Himanshu Cus Id[protected]. He has no email.
                        They debited money from State Bank and deposited in Axis Bank. That is Paytm

                          I had ordered samsung mc28h5025vk 28 l convection microwave oven order id #[protected] on 26.06.2016 from paytm. on 28.06.16, i rec a message that order has been cancelled by the seller. on 29.06.16 i receive an email that money has been refunded to my bank and it can take 7 working days to get the money in my account. it has been 13 days but still the money has not been credited to my account

                            I bought 1."basement bazaar hookah package" (rs. 579) and 2. "mya assorted hookah" (rs. 799) from paytm (order id - [protected]) on 29 june 2016 in the same package and from the same seller.
                            The products when received were found defective and some of the items were missing. so, i initiated the return on the same day.
                            The reverse pick up was done on 30th june by ecom express with reverse pickup order number [protected]. i had returned the complete package containing both the products.
                            The refund against only one of the products i. e."mya assorted hookah" was added to my paytm account (rs.799) where as no refund against the "basement bazaar hookah package" (rs. 579) has not been added to my account despite writing so many mails to paytm for last 10 days.

                            Paytm does not connect me directly to a customer care representative rather traps me in the recorded telephone support. even my mails are getting a system generated replies stating different excuses every time.

                            Kindly refund my remaining amount of rs.599 or call me on[protected] for any clarification.

                            I want to reset my mobile number. and i have requested all my otp bymistake
                            I have added amount of 100 to paytm wallet, my balance was 488 rs and it become 489. They just added 1 rupee instead of 100. I am calling help line number but they do no give option to talk with customer care representative. I sent an email but query is unresolved. They just write back with unrelated things.
                            I was done a bsnl recharge of 26 rupees in which plan given that full talk time for four days but I have not got any talk time and rupees . I will complain in costumer care if you are not seriously solved my problem .

The transaction was success and amount got deducted from my account but the bill payment not done. Please transfer my amount back.
