I have ordered "sony micro sd card 16 gb class 10 memory card with adapter" with order number [protected]. I haven't received the product till now. On 16th may, my order item status changes to delivered. I have raised a complain related to this with complain number "02278781". I got a online receipt from you displaying my false signature. Its almost 10 days now raising this concern. This time it was just memory card. I am worried if i would have ordered some costly item. I will think twice before ordering anything from paytm

    Hi All,
    I have placed an order on first cry on[protected] through paytm wallet payment and on the screen it says order has been completed. Later after few minutes I have received an email saying order has been cancelled and amount 1071.70 (description - OS PAYTM ref no - pg-[protected]) has been deducted from my bank account.
    When I contacted first cry they said we haven't received the payment and we cancelled the order. For good they registered my complaint and they get back to me today saying we haven't received your payment for further clarification you can contact paytm. When I check with my bank they are saying if the not gone through then the amount will be revert back to you and they keeping me calm down. Who the hell have my money? After seeing reference, as per my understanding Paytm has my money please deduct that amount to card immediately within 24 to 48 hours.

      I booked a bus ticket through Paytm with RSR Travels on May 16th 2016 and my money was also debited in the amount of Rs.912.04. But the Travels didn't allow me to board the bus stating that this ticket booking is a double entry and they don't have any gateway with Paytm for bus ticket booking and advised not to book tickets using paytm. They also added that they never get any issues when tickets are booked using Redbus application. I am tried of explaining this issue to Paytm care but they are still giving same answer stating I have completed the journey and they are not taking any steps to check with the Travels whether I boarded the bus or not.
      My order id [protected]. Paytm is money pluckers from innocent customers.

        On 24-April-2016 I have transferred Rs.6000/- to Paytm Wallet from Axis Bank credit card.

        But after a month still month the amount is not deposited in Paytm Wallet.
        Axis Bank have confirmed that amount was transferred to Paytm.

        I have written twice/thrice to customer care of Paytm.
        This is my ticket no is 02523191, which i received on logging complain on Paytm website.

        Please refund the amount ASAP.
        paytm deducted money from my bank a/c but the amount is still not reflecting in my paytm wallet nor it its deposited back to my bank account it's been more than 15 days now.. my order

              We have paid post paid bills from paytm dated 23.05.16. Amount are debited to my accounts but not received to idea they still showing as outstanding balance.

              Post paid bills payment details as per below.

                Money has been removed from my account but transaction is not done... Please do something about it im contacting since yesterday morning and i have done other transactions from the same bank and it is complete but the one in paytm is not done so please help
                Order number - ([protected])... I called the bank they said the transaction was confirmed so what in the helll is the problem... The same problem has been reported by many people still u dont take any measures to find solution...

                      There is a one problem from my site. I m using this app from 10 month, every recharge i received 5% cash back but right now there is no cash back on mobile recharge this offer applicable only for new user. I think this is my last recharge i don't want to use pytm in future.

                        I booked a ticket through paytm gateway on 10.05.2016. The transaction reference is inb avenues india pvt. Ltd, ref. No.[protected]ig0bypxlf2, for rs. 490.00 and the transaction id is: [protected]. When i contacted the technical people in cc avenues through live chat they told that the transaction was successful and the money is with paytm. But the ticket is not booked. Till now (24/5/2016) the amount is not refunded to my account. My e-mail id is: [protected]@yahoo.Co.In and mobile no. [protected]. Kindly do the needful for refunding the amount immediately

                              I had placed an order of "panasonic er206kk trimmer for men (Black)" which has shown for the amont of 34 rs. On 21st may 2016 around 08:45:46 am. Order id is [protected]. My payment was approved by paytm and they sent a confirmation for the same, the expected delivery date was 25th to 28th may 2016 i dont know why but they cancelled my order saying it was an system error. If they cannot provides discounts then why do they give offers this is very disappointing from paytm. I have the screenshot of their listing for 34rs. And also have confirmation mail & messege this is not something which happend due to the fault of customer, it is the fault of paytm i just want that product in same price.                                   I bought 50" led from the paytm site. They told me that they are giving discount of 40% on the mrp of the led which on the site at that time was 71, 99o/- but when i received the product, mrp was 59, 990/- rs. They are frauding with the costumers by showing them incorrect mrp and on that they are giving huge discount. Kindly stop them and protect the consumers' fate.

                                    Without sending the ordered product.. They just changed status as returned and refunded the amount.. Which gave me a loss of 1670rs.

                                    Frauding the customer with less price... And finally without sending the product they are cheating us..


                                    Because of this i lost almost money and paytm people got profited...


                                    Please do a need ful and punish the paytm founders...

                                      I ordered for lino perros women handbag on april 03, 2016. The product was delivered on april 11, 2016 at my address. The product was damaged and i asked for return on the following day on april 12, 2016. They assured me a pick up within 3 to 4 days. Even after repeated reminders till date they did not pick up the product. The following snapshots will help to show their negligence and irresponsibility to take back or refund the damaged product they delivered.
