Paytm account lock without any info and showing Error Like "Oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs" if you can by any product, when i asked to Costumer care person " why happend?" they says your account will activated but after that they are no any action taken .
i was 10-14 times mail and called but always got same response

19/5/2016 i have cancel bus ticket.. Then today (22/5/2016) refunded money.

Then show option in transfer to bank then i click to transfer to bank... But not received payment for my bank account.

Remove balance for paytm wallet.

Please solve this query. Please

Any no idea in your side then call me any time bit solve my problem.

I ordered panasonic er206kk trimmer for men black at paytm with order no.[protected] on 21st of may, 2016 at 10:03 a. M and after successfully placing the product order i was waiting to receive my order. But suddenly the same evening they sent me a msg that your order is cancelled by the seller and your payment is refunded.

I don't want the payment back, i just want that product, how could they do this to their customers. They are fooling us and killing our precious time just to get hits on the website. It's very inconvenient! U can refund the money, but not the precious time. Totally destroyed my plans and faith on these websites. They are ruining the point of online shopping. I want the product!

Paytm had done fraud. It claimed debit from my bank account and credit card, as i had shared them with paytm while making transactions in past.

My account is registered with no [protected] with paytm.

I warn readers to never share your credit card and bank details with paytm.

Paytm is up based unethical and fraud organisation.

Paytm has received multiple notices from rbi for anti money laundering aml transactions.

I paid a electricity bill of rs 7238 which after sometime got failed but the amount was deducted from account and due to it paytm added amount in wallet instead of bank account from where money deducted. when I clicked on transfer to bank money was deducted from wallet but still I didn't got in my bank account. The transaction was done on 18 may 2016. After lot of tries paytm still not giving any satisfactory answer.

After one day of ordering this product i am getting a message paytm seller (Geo sales) has cancelled your product. No any mail i received no any reason they has mentioned why cancel.

Yesterday they are selling this product in 34 inr. So that i have ordered and all other sites are showing this trimmer price around 1500. Only paytm selling 34 inr. I need this product paytm with the same price in which i have ordered. If they have some mistake in showing why they accept the order, this is not a customer fault if a customer has ordered you needs to be provide that one and you can't cancelled anyone of the customer product. If you want to say this product is out of stock i want to say this product is showing now on your site paytm in 1475 inr. I request you to arrange this product for me.

Otherwise stop this sites here because you can't make fool to us.

Initially they published the offer in their official site showing panasonic er206kk trimmer for men - offer price rs34/- were as actual price of the product is rs1600/-
Looking at the offer price i had booked the trimmer 4 no’s - paying total amount of rs136/- with order number [protected] and i was waiting for my order to receive it.

Later in the evening i received the mail saying the offer was by mistake and they are refunding the amount already paid.

This is second time i am bluffed with these kind of offer.
No idea how many of the consumers are bluffed like me all over india.

Today morning! I placed an oder for a trimmer at paytm site, price of the same was mentioned to be as rs.34/-. But, in the evening i received a message saying that "order has been cancelled". I tried to contact paytm but did not get a satisfactory response. Such an act is unacceptable, as it causes inconvenience in terms of both time and diverts attention towards such nuisance which hampers other tasks. Please look into the same. Today (21/05/2016) morning ive seen an offer on patym app and i found an add which says "panasonic trimmer for a cost of rupees 34.00" i found it intresting and placed an order asap and ive got a conformation email stating order has been placed.

After couple of hours after this, i have received another mail stating order has been cancelled, as seller is wont be able to deliver the product and the amount has been refunded to my paytm wallet.

My question is when seller is not accepting the order, why did paytm display the order and put it on sale, i am i looking like a fool here??? What if i buy a product on paytm and find it for a cheaper price on other website if i ask to return my money back will they do it.??? Wtf is dis paytm is doing with customers.

Next thing when i call up the customer care they say sir the seller didnt accept the order. Wtf is paytm doing in between before selling the product to customer they have to make an agreement on price and sell it right?? I found the reason to be silly.

I want the consumer forum to take a legal action and get back to me if in case further info

I want paytm to agree with the deal and send me the product.

The confimation message has come from paytm but the amount has not been recharged in airtel prepaid. Kindly rectify the defect and see thatthe amount rs.500/- has been used for prepaid. Kindly rectify it at the earliest

The price on their website was 34rs per piece, so i ordered 4 trimmers. I also did payment via paytm wallet and they showed that your order is placed. After few hours they notified me that they have canceled the order due to some technical issue and refunded my mone 34*4=136rs. But i want that product to be delivered as they are just scamming with the people and creating fake prices for their publicity. They don't understand the value of time of the customers and just create this fake prices and then cancel order and then refund. Just doing time pass with customers for publicity of their website that we get lowest price on their website. I want the paytm to respond all 27 thousand people who have ordered this item and deliver it.

I have ordered a trimmer from paytm and ordered it successful but after some time they cancle my order and tell me there was technical problem they refunded my money but i want the product plz help when i placed the they confirms that the order will deliver but after some time they cancel what the hell is this they treat all the coustmers like this.. sir plz sure that i want my product not my money back
