Hi,

Today (21/05/2016) morning ive seen an offer on patym app and i found an add which says "panasonic trimmer for a cost of rupees 34.00" i found it intresting and placed an order asap and ive got a conformation email stating order has been placed.

After couple of hours after this, i have received another mail stating order has been cancelled, as seller is wont be able to deliver the product and the amount...

They sell panasonic trimmer @34 rupees
I just told them is it real or fake they and they cancelled my order i don't want to cancel my own order
I want trimmer at 34 rupees as they say
I hope your website help me
I first time shop on paytm they are duplicate they don't have respect about their consumer
I don't know why they say trimmer at 34 rupees if they don't want sell that price so y doing fake advertising...

Paytm give trimmer at 34 rs i booked but after some time they cancel it .they done it for publicity .my all friends booked this and all of the orders get cancelled .paytm provide fake deals for their promotion .kindly look in this matter and provide us our trimmer.they are promoting their app like this plz help us this is not a game ...they refund our money but i want the product.

Yesterday ! i placed an oder for a trimmer at paytm site, price of the same was mentioned to be as Rs.34/-. But, today morning i received a message saying that "order has been cancelled". I tried to contact paytm but did not get a satisfactory response. Such an act is unacceptable, as it causes inconvenience in terms of both time and diverts attention towards such nuisance which hampers other tasks. Please look into the same.
