I m facing the problem from 8 days. I have send request to upgrade the limit. No one coming to pick my documents. I send many mails but not giving full response, they only give ticket no. I have 4 ticket no. I have call customer care no.. No one available there. And today close the complaint without solving.

    Dear sir/madam
    I am from andhrapradesh state, narasaraopet. I have booked the ticket with 1600 rupees from mysore to chilakaluripet on 19/05/16 thru paytm. Here is dc transaction no [protected], oder id number [protected].
    Unfortunately i have missed my bus because i met a small accident and also i tried to catch my bus and i informed this incident to bus driver and i requested to him to wait for 30 mins. But the bus driver hasn’t wait for 30 minutes. I make a call to bus driver mobile number several times to reach the bus, but they did not wait anyway.
    I am 21 years old girl, these days we don’t know what will happen to our mothers and sisters at outside incase if someone will kidnap me or someone will kill me, who is the responsibility?
    As a girl i requested to stop the bus for few minutes. Sir i dont want my money back that all i want to take action to bus service. Because that day my situation is very critical even i don’t have money to go back to my college.
    Note: we are adjusting if the bus will get trouble while journey and if the bus will be came late to boarding point and also we are waiting for the bus and adjusting. Why they don’t wait at least 30 mins for women?
    Please have a look into it for my kind request. Anticipating and awaiting for your positive response as soon as earlier.

      This is for the information of all that the advertisements on paytm are fraudulent. Yesterday, i tried to place an order for 4 female panties. The cost of one female panty is 39 + 29 as shipping charges. The company will not be sending me four parcels in case i order for four panties. The cost of shipping comes down if the quantity is more. But the merchant charges x 4 times. I contacted paytm customercare but of no help. I told them pointblank that this practice is not permissible and by way of these ads, the paytm is allowing the merchant to charge more than the advertised price. Paytm is not ready to listen.In this way, the paytm is not working in the best interest of the customers but is working for the merchants.

        Respected sir/ mam,
        My name is lokesh chawla. I made payment for an electricity bill through paytm on 16 may 2016 worth rs.710. I had rs.15 as wallet balance in my paytm account and remaining rs.695 i paid through my bank account through netbanking (South indian bank). After i made the payment for the electricity bill, i checked the order history in my paytm account and i saw that the status as "payment is still awaited". The order id is "[protected]". My paytm id is [protected]@gmail.com. My mobile number is [protected]. I contacted paytm through email and told them the whole story (There are no phone numbers provided on paytm website, so email is the only option). I got a reply, that in some cases bank holds the payment for 2-3 days. So, i replied ok, i'll wait for another 2 days. After 2 days, i checked the order history and it displayed that transation has been failed. I contacted paytm again and told them that the transaction has been failed. I got a reply that in case your transaction is failed, and the balance has been deducted from your bank account, the same will be reflected in your bank account within 3 days. Even after 3 days, the balance was not reflected in my bank account. So, i contacted them again. They replied that it takes 3-10 days, to reflect the balance into your bank account. Now, the case is, it has been more than 10 days, but still the balance has not been credited/reflected into my bank account. Paytm has now even deleted that order id from order history.

        I am enclosing the particular files related to the above mentioned case.

        So, i request you to look into the matter and help me to get the money back into my bank account i. E rs.695.

            I have order for power bank ambrane on dated 28/5/2016 at night through eBay and payment done through paytm via bank of Baroda mobile banking at that time 632.06 RS debited from my acc[protected] and transaction ID generated and transaction failed shows the snap shot of payment also attached herewith so I request you to refund the said amount in my AC.

              Dear sir. I had paid 6 cesc bills at 2days ago. Money has been deducted from my paytm account but cesc says bill not paid.
              My paid invoice number is 211092, invoice date is 28/05/2016.

              When I contact at paytm customer service, they told me due to some technical issues it can take some time. But till now I am not getting any types of solutions or support.
              Paytm fraud me. Paytm has not exactly any customer care number. They only like to reply only on email.. This is too much . Please help me regarding on this.

                Transactions done on 30-Apr-2016 by Paytm wallet with details Paytm order #[protected], Paytm wallet transaction id :[protected] for Airtel Postpaid Mobile [protected] Bill Payment has been cancelled by the operator .Airtel has cancelled the transactions done by Paytm & charged 79 Rs. to me .So, i request you to please credit 79 Rs. into my Paytm wallet

                  I thought Paytm was really "seal of trust and they cared" until May 13th 2016!

                  I recharged my phone with amount of Rs.250(fortunately not a huge amount!) and my Paytm order(No [protected]) summery said that the recahrge was successful.Money got deducted from my bank account but my phone was never recharged!

                  I waited for "5-7 Business days"(as they say) to either get my recharge or get the refund, but neither of it happened.

                  And then the chasing saga began! I drop an email(the only way they would like to talk to you since there is no toll free number of theirs!They said on of the numbers was toll free but it costed me ISD rates!) to paytm, they blamed my phone operator.
                  When I called up my phone operator, they blamed my bank service and when I chased up my bank service, they blamed Paytm!

                  Paytm was kind enough to reply to my initial mails but then they really got busy and couldn't afford wasting time on me(and god knows how many others!) and stopped replying to my mails.

                  I don't know whose mistake is it, but if the recharge is done from Paytm, I will approach ONLY Paytm for my solution.I can't keep chasing phone operator, bank service, vegetable seller, traffic police, college principle etc to know where is my money gone.

                  I don't have hopes of getting my money back but just wanna see for the one last time if Paytm really cares!

                  PS:Am never going to use Paytm ever again.I know Paytm would not care for loosing single customer like me!hah!

                    i have bill payment through paytm to BSNL landline bill pay i have 2 transaction 1) is Rs.665- and 2) is 1129 in month of feb.2016 then one transaction success of Rs.1129 but Rs.665 is success in paytm but not transfer to BSNL then i have call to BSNL refund my payment but the are is talk with us i have not received any transaction of Rs.665 through paytm then i have send Email to BSNL and paytm with attach bank statement and all details in last 3 moth i have send Email around 10 to 11 mail but only one answer in BSNL i have not Revived payment so please you are short out my query and please refund my payment as well as soon if you are not response proper then i have help with GRAHAK SURAKSHA and CYBER CRIME also so you help me refund my payment to BSNL
                    i have attach with here file of HDFC bank statement this statement showing my payment you are collect so please find and process my refund payment.

                        I have recharge 3 times of 350. One time it was success and 2 times rupees has deducted from account to failure recharge.. And due to failure recharge i couldn't get back my money... So refund my rupees in my account. It is sowing transferred to bank... Refunded to your paytm wallet... Bt i haven't get my money back... This problem has completed 3days... And there is sowing it will be back 4 working days.. Kindly solve this problem i'll be regarded.

                          I made a recharge early morning at 12.16 am of order no. [protected] of airtel mobile number [protected] of Rs 249 via using net banking.. That was for internet recharge of 1gb for 3g Speed.. It shows it is successful..But i did not get my internet recharge..The same amount has been deducted from my bank account..
                          Kindly help me to understand the current status regarding my query.What is the obstacle and why i am not getting internet recharge even after getting the message regarding submitting the amount...

                            I have Order Panasonic ER206KK Trimmer For Men (Black) product from Paytm.com and they did fraud with us

                            They were giving us a cheap deal of 34 Rs. when i ordered it it was successful and after 1 day it has been automatically refund with our paytm wallet.
                            I am really disappointed with this and need an action from consumer forum.
                            Why they are advertising these deal in market.

                              A few days ago I had bought a 'Smittens' chocolate Rs-80/70 gm from a local shop. There was Rs-40 free paytm cash on the pack with a promotional scratch code. I used the promotional code on the paytm site to recharge my paytm wallet. However, it said that the code has already been used. I feel that it was a deliberate attempt to cheat consumers. They promised free mobile recharge but did not abide by it

                                I have been following up your support team since 1 month regarding updation of mobile number.
                                Complaint no 1-ticket # 01745842

                                I lost my mobile and got new number, due to secure login, system will send the otp to my old number, due to this issue i am unable to even login with email id to your portal.
                                Even i am not able to talk to customer care due to my new number has not yet registered.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I was booking train ticket through Paytm wallet. Due to some problem the ticket was not booked but amount Rs. 703.21/- was deducted from my wallet.

                                    In IRCTC it is showing money refunded to paytm wallet but the same is not reflecting in my paytm wallet..

                                    My train ticket booking transaction ID is [protected]. My paytm wallet transaction ID is [protected]. I even received Rs. 9 as promo offer without the tickets was booked...

                                    Kindly check and refund my money as soon as possible..

                                      I bought laurals men's watch from paytm throw courier but when i open the packing then watches some parts are opened & the paytm order no. Is [protected].
