I have Order Panasonic ER206KK Trimmer For Men (Black) product from Paytm.com and they did fraud with us

They were giving us a cheap deal of 34 Rs. when i ordered it it was successful and after 1 day it has been automatically refund with our paytm wallet.
I am really disappointed with this and need an action from consumer forum.
Why they are advertising these deal in market....

A few days ago I had bought a 'Smittens' chocolate Rs-80/70 gm from a local shop. There was Rs-40 free paytm cash on the pack with a promotional scratch code. I used the promotional code on the paytm site to recharge my paytm wallet. However, it said that the code has already been used. I feel that it was a deliberate attempt to cheat consumers. They promised free mobile recharge but did not abide by it...

I have been following up your support team since 1 month regarding updation of mobile number.

I lost my mobile and got new number, due to secure login, system will send the otp to my old number, due to this issue i am unable to even login with email id to your portal.
Even i am not able to talk to customer care due to my new number...

Can't login to my account with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected]. Everytime an otp verification comes but I have lost access to that particular mobile number. I have tried to contact paytm through email. But they are not responding. It's very disappointing service from paytm. I have unused wallet balance of at least 200 & I can't use that...

Dear Sir,

I was booking train ticket through Paytm wallet. Due to some problem the ticket was not booked but amount Rs. 703.21/- was deducted from my wallet.

In IRCTC it is showing money refunded to paytm wallet but the same is not reflecting in my paytm wallet..

My train ticket booking transaction ID is [protected]. My paytm wallet transaction ID is [protected]. I even received Rs. 9 as promo...

I bought laurals men's watch from paytm throw courier but when i open the packing then watches some parts are opened & the paytm order no. Is [protected]. Kindly refund my money or send me another watch..rply me urgent.. I'm also not satisfied with paytm because it's my 1st shopping from paytm & not good& customer care also don't pick the call.

Sir, i buy a lenovo laptop in paytm i paid money through online ₹ 32589, after i ordered the laptop it's take much time to delivered, so i cancel the item, item is returned to origin center but my money is not refunded to me.. it's take more than 16 day's time but my money is not given.. I recharged my dth tatasky (Id-[protected]) rs. 100.00 on 23/5/2016 at 18:08 by indian bank, tilak nagar, new delhi-18, vai paytm. Rs. 100.00 withdraw my a/c at same time. Bank sent msg about it (Msg copy included). But my dth not recharged till today (27/5/2016). Plz. Check it & refund my amount as early as possible. My detail follow:-

This the first time, I used Paytm for mobile recharge and it was really disappointing.

I recharged my mobile On 23.05.2016 by 222 Rupees it was deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the recharge.

Repeatedly trying it was continously failing.

I want my amount back to my bank account as soon as possible if your transaction to recharge fails then how can you debit the amount from my bank...

on 12 th may i paid bescom bill of rs.489/- thr paytm. (rs.200/-from my paytm wallett and rs.289/- from my credit card)

I had raised request for change mobile number on 9th may 2016 and I have reference no for this. On 12th may, I added money to wallet.
I have updated mobile number and old mobile no is not active and not with me.

Paytm has the policy that they have only mobile number verification although email is present in account. So, i have raised 9 tickets for reset password because paytm allows either reset OTP to mobile or reset...

I have ordered Two FILA Shoes from Paytm on 18 feb. 2016 and i have received that shoes on 21 feb. 2016.
In these three month, i used to wear this shoes only for office purpose.
