I have duly filled my google forms asking my detail info about my college and all and paytm promised to give 500 cashback on it . but its been a week since i have fiolled the form but i havent received the cashback
I have even raised the complain 2 times but still thee is no response

I haven't received my cashback from Rewardr app.Its been 2 days of waiting.
So i conplain the App Developer of Rewardr app but they response that the cashback has been send in my paytm wallet but i dont get my cashback of 99.5rs.So i try to complaint the paytm customer service but they don't reply or message can't be send.So please check my issue.

      Ticket #[protected]: — sent an email for refund of rs. 436. Called and informed them multiple time.In the email they say that they will refund but its been a month already nothing is happening. Complained again day before yesterday with complaint number 02597703 # complaint number tanuj sharma. He said i should get a reply within 24 hrs but looks like nothing is happening. This has been a really horrible experience seeing so many people are facing the same issue. Wish there was a way to sue the company.

        I booked a bus for my father in law on 31st may at 1:15pm. But due to health concern he could not travel. I tried to cancel the ticket. The link in website and in their app was not working. As per the terms and conditions for bus ticket cancellation i have tried to cancel the bus ticket. From 9:45am today (Ie more than 3hrs before travel time). I tried in both website and in the app as well. I believe that they can check that error from their end too from the error logs. But the cancel ticket link was not working then ive raised a ticket finally at 10:16 am which is still 1mins past for that 3hrs before travel time. (Travel time is 1:15 pm). The problem is at paytm end where the cancel ticket link was not working. So i requested them to refund the 75 percent of amount in my paytm account. But they have taken the ticket timing as 10:16 am and refused to refund the amount. One clever customer care guy named ankit that for cancellation we have to call the customer care then why the hell they have the cancel link in their website and app. I booked the ticket online not by calling the customer care. Paytm is clearly cheating the customer and refusing the do the refund due to their mistakes in their web or app.

          On 29/5/16 i recharged my delhi metro card for rs 100/- and money was deducted from my account but never reflected on my metro card and now neither they are recharging my card nor refunding my amount despite of writing several emails no reply has came and unreachable on phone they seems cheaters and fraudsters stay away from them if you don't want to loose your money.

            When i tried tracking my product its showed me "delivery failed on 30 may 16 reason : - cid - consignee not available", where as i did not received any phone nor any msg regarding this. Then i called paytm customer care where a female assured me that my product will be delivered within 42 hr - 72 hr, now when i tried tracking again its shows me "available for rto due to - orc - customer rejected - cancelled by customer" and "rto in-transit".

            From day i booked this product i did not received a single message about the product, i kept tracking it from app or web, what kind of service is this, and top of it now it shows i rejected the product and its way back to warehouse. How is it possible, now paytm will return me the money and again i have to sit and do all the process of booking it all again, im really not feel to sit and do all this bull.

              I had ordered food on 10th may 2016 which i had to cancel following the hotel manager's request. On verifying with paytm, paytm assured me tor return a total paid amount in the online order in coming 7 days. But still i haven't got any cashback or any amount refilled in my paytm account. For worsening my first experience with paytm, their customer care contact no. Is always busy or i have some problem connecting to them. When should i expect my money back?

                I recharged my phone with amount of rs.249 (Data pack) and my paytm order (No [protected]) summery said that the recahrge was successful. Money got deducted from my bank account but my phone was never recharged!

                I called customer care of paytm and in that process they tell to press 9 for talking to customer care operators but when i pressed key 9 its saying "invalid input". Tried 10 times same thing faced.

                  I had 5 paytm coupens and added rs.30 to paytm wallet using promo code on 14-may-2016. All 5 codes were verified successfully stating amount will be credited to wallet in 24 hours. But, till now i have not received the amount rs 150 in my wallet.

                  Therefore, i logged a case with paytm care on may 21.

                  My ticket no is 02430212. Post which i have received one more mail asking for few more information and i have sent the requested information on may 23, 2016. Still, i didn't get a response and the voucher is valid only for 15 days. Its been more than 10 days, i didn't get my wallet amount and coupen will expire in few days from today.

                  Is this the response you give to your customer. Very poor service by paytm. Why the heck you market your wallets, when you cannot add money to wallets even after proper code was applied.

                  Please respond to my ticket number 02430212.

                    I have paid Rs 4510 thru paytm as my electricity bill for april 2016 thru cesc kolkata 's online payment website promoting paytm as payment gateway;my bank a/c shows debit of same amount but cesc kolkata saya they haven't received it last date of payment 1st june;i have contacted both paytm & cesc thru mail but to no avail;neither has the payment been made to cesc nor has it been returned to my a/c; is paytm indulging in fraudelent & unethical business practices in skimming money of[censored]nsuspecting customers of various companies ? can anything be done about it?

                    I paid Rs4510 on 26/5/16 towards my electricity bill to cesc, kolkata thru their online payment website;my cesc customer id :[protected]; my indian bank a/c was debited by Rs4510 for PAYTM-[protected]/paytm/thru net banking-ref:[protected]/05/[protected]Indian Bank;
                    i had complained to paytm (ticket no:[protected] but havenot got any response till now: cesc hasnot yet received my payment nor has it been returned to my a/c then where has my money gone?

                      I have purchased an item from paytm but received an used product. So I have returned it on last thursday. They told me that they will refund the money in my bank account. But I did not received any amount till now. They send me many mails stating that they already transferred the amount into my bank but bank will process the amount after 3-10 days. But they did not provide me any transaction id of refund back to my bank. I have asked my bank too and they also asked me about the transaction id of this refund from paytm to my bank.
                      I have mailed them again and again but they either not respond to my mails or send me same mails which consists about money refund stories and policy.They are not at all concerned about any kind of customer. This is awful. I want the transaction id of the refund because they are continuously telling me that it is refunded back to my bank. I have returned their product on 19th May 2016.

                          Hi,
                          on 30th April 2016, i paid my postpaid mobile bill of Rs. 202 with the order id [protected]. i rececived the successful recharge message but amount is not dedcuted for the the airtel number, when i verified with airtel operation they mentioned that credit note is not provided by airtel. hence we have rejected your bill payment. so raised concern to paytm many times but they are asking me to check with airtel people, when i contacted airtel they are asking me to check with the paytm and they are telling that "because of non availablity of credit note they did the refund of 202 to paytm" so i request you to do the need ful on the same asap.

                          other wise airtel is charging me the extra penalty for the same

                            Hello,

                            I have done the recharge and take part in contest.

                            Which was predict and win in that they do not mention that how they select the winner i have exactly predict.

                            then i have raise the question try to many many time contact with them and ask for the transparency.

                            I have talked with one of executive and said to me that your name is not in the list but we are ready to give you 100 Rs which was given to 1000 customer.

                            I have denied because i have already got that 100 rs because they said that you are in the list so both the thing is contradict.

                            i have completely catch them after that i have done many many mail but no reply from them.

                            Paytm launch many offer but there is no transparency.

                            I have read complaints on this forum and come to know that this platform able to judge the situation.
                            Should i officially compliant againsta Paytm?

                                  I m facing the problem from 8 days. I have send request to upgrade the limit. No one coming to pick my documents. I send many mails but not giving full response, they only give ticket no. I have 4 ticket no. I have call customer care no.. No one available there. And today close the complaint without solving.

                                    I am from andhrapradesh state, narasaraopet. I have booked the ticket with 1600 rupees from mysore to chilakaluripet on 19/05/16 thru paytm. Here is dc transaction no [protected], oder id number [protected].
                                    Unfortunately i have missed my bus because i met a small accident and also i tried to catch my bus and i informed this incident to bus driver and i requested to him to wait for 30 mins. But the bus driver hasn’t wait for 30 minutes. I make a call to bus driver mobile number several times to reach the bus, but they did not wait anyway.
                                    I am 21 years old girl, these days we don’t know what will happen to our mothers and sisters at outside incase if someone will kidnap me or someone will kill me, who is the responsibility?
                                    As a girl i requested to stop the bus for few minutes. Sir i dont want my money back that all i want to take action to bus service. Because that day my situation is very critical even i don’t have money to go back to my college.
                                    Note: we are adjusting if the bus will get trouble while journey and if the bus will be came late to boarding point and also we are waiting for the bus and adjusting. Why they don’t wait at least 30 mins for women?
                                    Please have a look into it for my kind request. Anticipating and awaiting for your positive response as soon as earlier.

                                      This is for the information of all that the advertisements on paytm are fraudulent. Yesterday, i tried to place an order for 4 female panties. The cost of one female panty is 39 + 29 as shipping charges. The company will not be sending me four parcels in case i order for four panties. The cost of shipping comes down if the quantity is more. But the merchant charges x 4 times. I contacted paytm customercare but of no help. I told them pointblank that this practice is not permissible and by way of these ads, the paytm is allowing the merchant to charge more than the advertised price. Paytm is not ready to listen.In this way, the paytm is not working in the best interest of the customers but is working for the merchants.

                                        Respected sir/ mam,
                                        My name is lokesh chawla. I made payment for an electricity bill through paytm on 16 may 2016 worth rs.710. I had rs.15 as wallet balance in my paytm account and remaining rs.695 i paid through my bank account through netbanking (South indian bank). After i made the payment for the electricity bill, i checked the order history in my paytm account and i saw that the status as "payment is still awaited". The order id is "[protected]". My paytm id is [protected]@gmail.com. My mobile number is [protected]. I contacted paytm through email and told them the whole story (There are no phone numbers provided on paytm website, so email is the only option). I got a reply, that in some cases bank holds the payment for 2-3 days. So, i replied ok, i'll wait for another 2 days. After 2 days, i checked the order history and it displayed that transation has been failed. I contacted paytm again and told them that the transaction has been failed. I got a reply that in case your transaction is failed, and the balance has been deducted from your bank account, the same will be reflected in your bank account within 3 days. Even after 3 days, the balance was not reflected in my bank account. So, i contacted them again. They replied that it takes 3-10 days, to reflect the balance into your bank account. Now, the case is, it has been more than 10 days, but still the balance has not been credited/reflected into my bank account. Paytm has now even deleted that order id from order history.

                                        I am enclosing the particular files related to the above mentioned case.

                                        So, i request you to look into the matter and help me to get the money back into my bank account i. E rs.695.
