      I have contacted Airtel regarding the same, and the response I got from them is I should contact Paytm. I did my recharge through Paytm and hence I do not wish to use the operator reference number provided by you and contact them, I believe it is your responsibility to do the same. I request you to pay back the recharge amount on my wallet or complete the recharge done.

      The toll free number provided by you does not work when I dial from Airtel mobile, provide me the correct toll free number of Paytm.

        I booked a ticket through paytm gateway on 10.05.2016. The transaction reference is inb avenues india pvt. Ltd, ref. No.[protected]ig0bypxlf2, for rs. 490.00 and the transaction id is: [protected]. When i contacted the technical people in cc avenues through live chat they told that the transaction was successful and the money is with paytm. But the ticket is not booked. Till now the amount is not refunded to my account. Please do the needful to refund the amount to my account immediately. My e-mail id is: [protected]@yahoo.Co.In and mobile no. [protected]

          Trying to upload photos of products but it shows that invalid

          We are trying to upload photos of our products but when we trying to upload this photos it shows that it is invalid.

          What type of files you prefer?

          We wish to enter our products at the earliest and we are already submitted all the details to Paytm except uploading signature and logo because it shows the same difficulty to enter into it. Little doubts in our mind and we wish to talk in your customer care.

          We r received mails from your side and no one yet tried to contact us in our mobile to clear our doubts in entering the product listing in paytm site.

            In January 2016, my PayTM account was blocked and whenever i try to purchase something or pay any bills, i am getting this message every time "Oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs".
            On top of it, PayTM customer care is pathetic, they never offer any solution rather they tell that your account is blocked which i know and that is the reason i am contacting them. I want a solution from them so i can use my account rather than knowing the status quo.
            If PayTM is not able to offer it's service to people without any discrimination then they should shut this website. PayTM is behaving arbitrarily in letting people use their website and making other feel embarrassed.
            This incident of PayTM is making me feel insulted and i want this company to be shut for this arbitrary behavior or offer it's services to everyone. An image of error is also being attached for proof.

            I have a bad experience of paytm
            I transfer 787 Rs. In my bank account from paytm wallet but in bank account it's not reflected after 10 days. Many time i contact to paytm.com/care but it's not gave respond. I hate you paytm. And also bank doesn't response me. I complaints on my sbi bank but it's not solved after many days.

                I Perches a kenstar air cooler through paytm, iam not satisfied about this product because i observed a loud sound at the time o[censored]sing a coller, hence i request u pls, replace with new one.

                  I am extremely upset with the horrible service provided by paytm. I have 1350rs at stake but have not received any recharge to my number.You guys should stop dis fraudulent business of cheating people.You'll have provided a customer care number dat apparently is suppose to provide 24×7 assistance but noone ever picks up.Ofcourse what will you answer when you guys are the culprits.If you'll do have any sort of work ethics please do get back to me or you will have just another unhappy customer like i dont know how many more.
                  I had two failed recharges on 24th april, 2016 on paytm against order id [protected] and [protected]. Total amount being rs. 502. They are saying that the money has been refunded to my wallet, but when i check the wallet balance or statement, i cant see the money refunded. Therefore, it is my humble request to kindly look after this matter.

                    Refer order number: [protected] and complaint ticket no 01993070. Issue not yet resolved. Such a pain to work with paytm. No one is there to assit on call too. Their automated calls are for fooling people. Cashback once missed is missed for ever despite the correct transaction. Plz save from paytm.
                    They promise to revert in 24 hours on automated mails. No reply in days. Such a fake company.

                      22 april 2016 i ordered a poduct through paytm. But it gets ordered twice with different shopping order numbers of #[protected] and #[protected]. Money also deducted twice from my account.. But both the orders payment are got failed.. I received the cashback of 746 rupees which was for one shopping order. But i didn't receive the another 746 rupees yet for another shopping order.. Please take send back my another 746 rs to my account. I already waited for 25 days for this.. Still no response from paytm side... Please take some action against paytm.. Please help me to get my money back... Paytm also removed these shopping orders details from my paytm account...

                        In past 15 days i have placed order twice from paytm. My cousin is visiting to get this laptop. When i place the order money is being deducted and i am getting the confirmation. After 5-6 days i do get the notification for cancellation. And same thing happened twice. I called Paytm before placing the order to check product is in stock.

                        God knows whats happening.

                        ××worst experience evee ××× will never go for paytm.

                          I booked 2 tickets on 4 may 16 for travel from pune to washim for travel date 5 may 16 with rs 914 ticket no. Oimndx. With heena travels.
                          On 5 may 2016- in noon i got call from operator heena travels saying that bus is cancelled. I asked about the refund, he said it will happen in 24 hr.
                          I called paytm customer care for confirmation but that was useless they even didn't had number for operator and could not confirm it. As travel was important i had to book other 2 tickets from pune to washim at higher cost with other operator from paytm.
                          Then i raised ticket to paytm for cancellation of bus and refund.
                          They replied and asked for phone no. From which i got the call.
                          I submitted that to them.
                          Then since last 5 days i send 4 mails to customer care but no reply from them about any updates on refund.
                          I am requesting for refund from paytm.

                          I have received call yesterday appx. Around 12.40 pm saying that 'you are having reservation for sunita raut and pooja raut but due to technical reason bus is cancelled.'
                          I asked about refund.. They said it will be done after 24 hr.
                          I received call from '+[protected]' number.
                          Don't you have contact details for operator for whom you reserve tickets?

                          I raised ticket after talking to paytm customer care team.
                          As they were not able to confirm if bus is cancelled or not. So i have to buy other pair of tickets yesterday urgently.
                          Please check for my orders i have another 2 tickets for washim yesterday only.

                              I made a payment of 104 rupees to purchase mosquito killer but after that paytm started to show that my pin code 110092 is not in delivery zone but why it was showing neat before i made the payment i want my money back as soon as possible my account is with mail id abhi.[protected]@gmail.com the offer of that killer machine was providing 92% discount but paytm is cheating i checke it twice and it was showing that delivery can be done on this pincode 110092 so i strictly want refund of my 104 rupees

                                I paid ebay through paytm and later returned the products to ebay ;
                                E bay refunded the amount in my paytm wallet;

                                It has been 3 months but despite my multiple requests paytm si not refunding the money back to my card or account;

                                I will suggest all the readers to never use paytm ; it is another fraud and money minting in ethical organisation from criminal; state o[censored]p (India)

I got the massage from credit card bank that rs 410 was spent on your credit card on 06-may-16 at paytm. The massage has been shown on paytm that it is pending we will inform you one done via email or massage but i didn't get any massage from paytm. Can you please help me on this.

Atleast do something to make customers comfortable. Hire people who can speak in customer mother language. Not everyone can speak english and make sure they are showing some manners to customers.

                                        I received a message from paytm that rs 75 had been added in my paytm wallet on account of to grab the cashback offer for depositing online payment of electricity bill for rs 500 or more and my paytm wallet updated to rs 75 at that time the sms shows but in real there is no rs credited in my paytm wallet yet for that transaction and more than a month gone. So, please credit my wallet rs 75 (Cashback offer dated[protected] immediately.
                                        To prove this i am submitting the photo of the sms sent by paytm.
