I did 3 times recharge for my airtel mobile from Paytm on 26th april, 95rs net booster it shows Payment failed. The recharge has been unsuccessful, but the transaction amount have been detected from my Indian bank, the total amount of 285 rs still does not have been refund to my account. Some time this issue reminds same whenever i do recharge through Paytm.Kindly look into this, try to refund the amount ASAP. This are the order number, [protected], [protected], [protected].

Please refer to the order no. [protected] this is a recharge made to my idea mobile.the status still shows as processing . But a sum of 200 rupees had been debited from my bank account.lt would be a pleacure if i could get the amount credited to my account or my Paytm account.

Please refer to the Order No. [protected]. This ia a recharge made to my Airtel mobile. The status still shows as processing. But a sum of 220 rupees had been debited from my bank account. It would br a pleasure if I could get the amount creditted to my account or my paytm account.

Expecting a response at the earliest.

Dear sir,
I placed an online order to buy some goods from patanjali ayurved for rs. 507=00 and payment through paytm wallet.
Rs. 507=00 debited from my paytm wallet but the transaction failed & so the amount could not be paid to patanjali ayurved . My purchase order could not be matured.
I wrote several emails to paytm on id: [protected]@ paytm.com to refund rs 507=00 in my wallet, but i could not get refund/proper reply from paytm.
I filled an online complaint at consumercomplaints.In & as soon as the complaint was registered, i received a phone call from [protected]@paytm.com . The person calling said that he is rahul mishra (Mobile no.[protected]) director refund at paytm and he is refunding my money. He asked my icici bank account id to transfer rs. 500=00.
In next one hour, he confused me in talks and instead of transferring rs 500=00, he withdrawm rs. 12000=00 from my icici bank account. This fraud transaction was done in the name arjun bharadwaj, through imps vide transanction ref. No.[protected] &[protected], in added new payee a/c [protected] in the name of arjun bharadwaj.
Probably, these culprits hacked my bank account as well as the site of paytm.
I observed the fraud & contacted icici bank site/informed the whole story and requested to block my account for this fake transaction, also i sent emails to icici bank to stop the transaction but they were late in taking action & i received message of transferring rs. 12000=00 from my account in above mentioned account no. [protected], in the name of arjun bharadwaj.
Paytm did not respond my several emails. If the paytm and icici bank, cooperated in this issue to take quick action, i would have been saved from fraud.
I have mentioned all facts & figure to reach these culprits, if serious immediate action is taken.
Now, i request all the agencies to take serious immediate action against culprits so that i may get my money back and such people can be arrested to safe other innocent public.

i want this to be resolved quick..having worst experience first time with PAYTM service

I recharged my phone with net pack worth rs.255 around 7:20 am today. I got the message that rs.255 has been credited from my account, but the status of the recharge in my paytm account came as FAILED.

So I request u to either recharge my phone or debit back the respective amount back to my account.
I hope that u have all of my account details. If anything missing, pls contact me.

If this doesn't happen, then unwillingly, I need to approach the consumer court.

My account was on paytm and amount in wallet was538 rs My I'd was Mamta.[protected]@gmail.com when I use paytm wallet generally for recharge then it always automatic login and I used recharge but on 29/04/2016 when I was. Recharging it automatic logged out and asking for username and password actually I forgot the password On that time paytm blocked my userid so I want to unblock my user I'd and want to reset my password using otp on registered mobile no. So please order to paytm for unblock my I'd because I have538 rs balance in wallet

And ask reason that we have dose self orders and when i ask for details they dosen't provide anything else, when i had ask for provide proper details or propar reason but there is no proper response from there side.

They just ask me for pay an pannelty of 7 lakh whithin one month.
But why i will pay an pannelty without my foult,
They have hold my all payment ofan amount of rs-11 lakh, and if i am asking for provide me a proof then replay from there side is to come at noida for sattelment

Transaction ref no. IG0BWVXJS7 of 57 es . I was done recharge of 99 so 57 rs deducted from my account n 42 from wallet.but due to internet connection problem recharge was not done. 42 rs refunded after 2hrs but 57 rs not refunded till now.

I have an account in PayTM wallet. I ordered goods from "Patanjali Ayurveda". The details of order are below:

Of rs 155 for 5oomb 3g recharge .Unfortunately not done by paytm, and still not credit this amount to my account.
And after next day on 28th april same recharge repeatedly done .But unfortunates only balance come of 250mb.

Hi everybody,

Please don't buy any products from paytm which is cheating.

I bought a new iphone 6 s plus and it was mentioned like 8000 cash back and after the mobile got delivered my cash back of 8000 was shown in my account.

All of sudden my order history and cash back disappeared from account and now this people say that i have not brought any phone.

Thank god atleast my phone got delivered and after i show my statement of my order on my bak history, they have blocked my email id and when i email them delivery failed.

This is real and i have will sue those guys.

I have paid a payment o[censored]ttar pradesh power corporation limited from paytm site using indian bank internet banking on 27th apirl 15. After 2 days, i got reminder message from uttar pradesh power corporation limited to pay payment which was already deducted from indian bank.

But after opening the packet, I have seen that it is a wrong product they have delivered.
