        I recharged my phone with net pack worth rs.255 around 7:20 am today. I got the message that rs.255 has been credited from my account, but the status of the recharge in my paytm account came as FAILED.

        So I request u to either recharge my phone or debit back the respective amount back to my account.
        I hope that u have all of my account details. If anything missing, pls contact me.

        If this doesn't happen, then unwillingly, I need to approach the consumer court.

            My account was on paytm and amount in wallet was538 rs My I'd was Mamta.[protected]@gmail.com when I use paytm wallet generally for recharge then it always automatic login and I used recharge but on 29/04/2016 when I was. Recharging it automatic logged out and asking for username and password actually I forgot the password On that time paytm blocked my userid so I want to unblock my user I'd and want to reset my password using otp on registered mobile no. So please order to paytm for unblock my I'd because I have538 rs balance in wallet

              Paytm has blocked my seller accoun-88238
              And ask reason that we have dose self orders and when i ask for details they dosen't provide anything else, when i had ask for provide proper details or propar reason but there is no proper response from there side.

              They just ask me for pay an pannelty of 7 lakh whithin one month.
              But why i will pay an pannelty without my foult,
              They have hold my all payment ofan amount of rs-11 lakh, and if i am asking for provide me a proof then replay from there side is to come at noida for sattelment
              Please do needfull
              I recharge my delhi metro card with 100 rupees on 10 april 2016 .
              my recharge is not done and balance is deducted from my account .
              there is not refund of money.
              please solve my problem otherwise i will take a legal action against you

                  Transaction ref no. IG0BWVXJS7 of 57 es . I was done recharge of 99 so 57 rs deducted from my account n 42 from wallet.but due to internet connection problem recharge was not done. 42 rs refunded after 2hrs but 57 rs not refunded till now.

                  I have received damaged or incomplete order [protected]. or replace it.
                  Find attachments.

                  PayTM is not replying that where Rs 57 is gone & are harassing me & now the PayTM site is blocked for me & emails are bouncing back.

                      I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place today on 28th april, 2016 at 5:58 pm using my debit card. I got call from the no:[protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from sbi main branch no much knowledge about the internet banking process. As a result i was easily duped and gave my otp number and he purchased rs 4999.00 at 5:54 pm + rs 9999.00 at 5:58 pm + rs 4999.00 at 6:02 pm + rs 4888.00 at 6:10 pm = rs 24885.00 from paytm using my card.                             Hi everybody,

                            Please don't buy any products from paytm which is cheating.

                            I bought a new iphone 6 s plus and it was mentioned like 8000 cash back and after the mobile got delivered my cash back of 8000 was shown in my account.

                            All of sudden my order history and cash back disappeared from account and now this people say that i have not brought any phone.

                            Thank god atleast my phone got delivered and after i show my statement of my order on my bak history, they have blocked my email id and when i email them delivery failed.

                            This is real and i have will sue those guys.

                                I have ordered an "S RL Cotton Blue Bath Towel (Item no # [protected])" on 20-APR-2016 and payed online. They have delivered the product on 28-APR-2016 as they mentioned before. But after opening the packet, I have seen that it is a wrong product they have delivered. I have ordered premium quality blue bathing towel, instead of it, they have delivered a cheap quality green towel. Even there is no tag regarding either the company or any other details. Now I want that pickup this product and refund my money back.

                                  I ordered Videocon Octa Core Z55 Dash (Black & Gold) For RS 5650 on April 6th but got a White phone.It was not as per the specification, apart from that the main reason for return was that the phone also seemed to be used and there are a number of message and calls on 22, 23, 24 of february .from the messages on the phone i understand that it is a returned product from flipkart.

                                  Even though they are required to sell 100% new product then send me a used phone and I returned it via bluedart as they told they have no pickup services here. Even though Paytm would refund only Rs 200. As there were no other options I sent it for Rs 400. Bearing a 200Rs loss.I send them the courier reciept and the photographs of the phone as a proof.And after a few days the shipment was delivered and it was signed by them as per the tracking information. But after a few days Paytm rejected my return without any reason and they accepted that phone.I have send them a no of messages and I have the required proofs.
                                  The seller was crazzykart and now I am at a loss of 6050 Rs without a phone . I dont know what to do. When I send them Email google says that the Email was rejected.
                                  I had the worst experience from paytm
                                  What should I do??

                                    This issue is dated 07th march 2016, when i tried to book movie tickets for "jai gangajal" by using cinepolis app.
                                    The payment was made using paytm wallet.
                                    The transaction was stuck somewhere and it resulted in some error condition.
                                    Meanwhile the amount as charged from my paytm wallet.
                                    I have presumed that as happens in all online transactions, i would automatically get my refund back in my wallet.
                                    But after waiting for more than a week i have not received any such information.
                                    I have then written several mails to [protected]@paytm.com, but they have maintained that i must contact cinepolis customer care for the resolution of this issue.
                                    I have therefore raised this issue with you.
                                    I would like to request the processing of refund asap.
                                    We feel that Paytm service is very Bad, paytm Representative have no that knowledge that can convince the client

                                        I have paid a payment of tata docomo from paytm site using icici credit card on 24th sep 15. After 4-5 days, i got reminder message from docomo to pay payment which was already deducted from icici credit card. I raised lot many sr with paytm and icici credit card but nobody is taking responsibility. Both r saying we are clear from their end.
                                        From icici bank credit card customer care for sr[protected], i was asked to forward me valid proof to produce to paytm guys.
                                        Finally after lot many sr's with icici, i got proof on 27th apr 16.

                                        But paytm team saying they did not received a transaction money of rs. 513 on 24th sep 15 with authorization id 258758.

                                        I have already raised a request with paytm and they refused that they have received any amount from icici credit card.

                                        I told them that i will launch a complaint against them in consumer court but received no response from paytm team. One of the worst customer care i seen. Attached are valid proof received from icici bank.
