I used paytm to purchase pizza on 10th Feb, 2016. Due to some issues, I never got confirmation, but at the same time my paytm money got debited. I called Dominos, they confirmed that the payment was not received or no order was registered and asked me to coordinate with Paytm. Paytm not even bothering to get to the root cause of this, sent me the below email

I tried to call domino’s again. Since domino’s has no customer care, the person taking pizza booking orders told me there is no order and asked me to get in touch with paytm.

As per our records the transaction was successful from our end. In case if you have not received the desired service, kindly contact the merchant and ask them to provide an email conformation regarding the transaction of Rs 582.

Both Paytm & Dominos are asking me to contact each other, where as I am spending time and energy to get this sorted out. I am not even sure whom to contact in Dominos except the pizza guys!!!
