13 Feb 2016 was booking a free ride with uber. Message pooped on screen: low balance, add Rs. 200.00. Being in hurry paid through my credit card. Later, the ride turned out a free one.

I want:
An immediate and full refund of my Rs. 200.00.
After that,
Removal of my name/details rom your customer list.

Please acknowledge this mail, and specify how/how long will it take for the refund and removal of my name from your customer list.

After my payment, it was status pending and after sometime it showed as transaction failed.
I fully trust paytm to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I paid My BSNL land line bill through PAYTM but amount not credited to concerned account where as same amount is debited frm my PAYTM wallet.Even after my repeated mails, PAYTM is not responding. The BSNL PORTAL is still showing the unpaid bill amount..

On 24 of Jan I recharged my paytm wallet with 1950 RS and money got deducted from my bank account but my paytm wallet didn’t recharged. Despite several mails to paytm customer care, they have not refunded my money yet. Even I’ve forwarded the bank statement to them on their request. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Few minutes before, I am looking for a speaker and added it on bag but some how at time of payment, I cancelled my order and some amount in my wallet was deducted.

I havemail them tat by mistakely I have order the coupon but I want to cancel the order n I have paid 500 rs on tat coupon..I dnt want to buy..nd plzz pay back my money back into my paytm account but they r nt responding..nor the call center picking up the calls.

I Paid my bsnl landline bill through paytm on 8/2/2016 the amount was debited from my account but my bsnl bill is still unpaid. My order no. on transaction receipt is [protected] I contacted paytm through mail about 50 times and every time they say that the transaction is successful what should I do if the transaction is successful then why my bsnl account is still showing as pending

Poor service. I havent received my cashback amount evenafter mailing my complaints. Tollfree number is just for name sake. Paytm are fooling customers. Its been 3days i havent received my cashback amount.

I ordered a product from Paytm.com with id :[protected] because of size issue I requested for return service, they accepted the request to return.As pick up service was not available they told me to courier it. I couriered it to the mentioned address.Now they are telling that my request to return has been rejected and not returning my money back .

I am Ranjit, one of the disappointed users of Pay TM app. Initially they promoted that we can transfer money from wallet account to Bank Acc through this app. As I had to make a credit card payment, I wanted some money from my wallet account to Bank Acc. So when i opted for transfer my transaction failed number of times. Then I had mailed them regarding this concern. They told me that this would get solved within 48 hrs. But they have to do so. So I have sent them a reminder and again they asked me to wait for another 48 hrs. This cycle repeated for one more time again. So ultimately when i have told them That I would proceed Legally, then a lady(Neetu) called me up and requested me for another 48 hrs. Now it is more than a week and they are not even responding to my mails.
It is because of them I had to pay additional interest towards my card payment.
Pay TM is such a FRAUDULENT company.

I used paytm to purchase pizza on 10th Feb, 2016. Due to some issues, I never got confirmation, but at the same time my paytm money got debited. I called Dominos, they confirmed that the payment was not received or no order was registered and asked me to coordinate with Paytm. Paytm not even bothering to get to the root cause of this, sent me the below email

I tried to call domino’s again. Since domino’s has no customer care, the person taking pizza booking orders told me there is no order and asked me to get in touch with paytm.

Both Paytm & Dominos are asking me to contact each other, where as I am spending time and energy to get this sorted out. I am not even sure whom to contact in Dominos except the pizza guys!!!

Please beware, I am not sure how these wallets works, If it was any bank with credit card involved, the payments gets credited back to bank account in 3 days. Be very careful in using these services.
