My transaction number Txn ID [protected] is not reflecting into my bank account for more than 1 week. can you check and update me ASAP.

can you call my registered mobile [protected] asap . i need the money asap.

couldnt talk with customer care number at all. if it is not done or i didnt receive any call from your customer care shortly i need to look for legal actions....

This is the second time i raise a complaint about the same issue

One of my transaction is failed on 12-th february 2016 (252 rs)
And i got that amont in my paytm wallet as a refund
And i try to transfer that amount to my bank account by clicking one of your option in paytm app
At that time my cash is gone from my paytm wallet
But till now i didn't receive that amount in my bank account

Yesterday i have placed a erder 5s I confirm order by u but u cancel my order ... I m a long tym ur Costmer i miss good deal...

I have gone through the recharge process on paytm and at the end of process before conformation I cancelled the order. But the think is without conformation paytm team deduct the money from my account. So I need my money back. Give me a easy way to go through....

My product is not delivered yet. first of all your shipment was late. after 3 or 4 time complaining to you, you shipped. But you were not delivering. and i again contacted to you people but there were not good response. my complaint was 7-8 ties. but there were not good response. when i tried for cancel the order, you immediately updated my account that my order is shipped on 17 feb, 2016 and delivered on 15 feb, 2106. you updated on 17 feb....

Today at 3pm I received an helmet.As soon as I paid amount I opened and seen the helmet.It was damaged.Helmet visor was broken.I got vexed. I am not satisfied with the way they delivered.Either change my product else take the product back....

Before 3 days i have booked a airticket for 400 cashback./but i didnt received
after that from last 3 days continously sending mails to paytm but they are not giving any answer. they havnt any direct contact no or any channel where customer make contact for their problem its tottaly doinating makreting...

Plz send viled paytm costmer care no..mera bank account total neal kardiya frod he sare pase account se nikal liye har baar alag alag call ate he isme se sahi kon he kuch pata chale?..1400 rs lene the ulta mere bank account se 4990 nikal liye muje mere pase wapish karo nah I to me consumer me cash karta hu ...itni bakwas n slow service na koi costumer care ka thikana nah he...

Yesterday, I had make a order in Pepper Tap order number #2387567 & amount paid by paytm wallet transaction number #[protected] against amount was #616.25

Please look into this & resolve ASAP

I purchased Microsoft lumia 535 via Paytm After few month i get some problems in device I Visited Microsoft Care.
They told me that your product is out of warranty because vendor paytm sold you a USED/OLD device.
I requested a lot of time to Paytm But they always make fun of me and not resolved my problem. I paid for New device and they sold me used and already activated device. Please help me to replace the DEVICE.

Have added Rs. 468 to my paytm wallet on 12th Feb 16, amount got debited from HSBC a/c.

No of phone call had been done to customer support.
there is no positive response from customer support even head office phone number not picked.
I've already drop thrice time mail to customer support but no positive response from them.

I have paid my bsnl landline bill but it is showing unpaid yet on bsnl portal and no confirmation receipt and message received by me from bsnl....

I was supppse to get revert within 48 hrs.I have been waiting from past 4 days but not received any revert.

Firstly, revert and process with my refund ASAP.

Secondly, check authenticity of site before tie-ups....

I recently recharged an Airtel mobile number twice, each recharge worth ₹20. ₹40 were deducted from my payTM wallet but the number was credited with the benefits of just a single recharge. So kindly pay attention to my request and avail the benefits of the other recharge too or update my payTM wallet again by crediting ₹20 again to it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have paid I my BSES electricity bill from PAYTM by using Credit card on 14 Feb. 2016.

The amount 483 Rs. has been deducted from my account as per bank statement & bank already reconfirm on 18th Feb.2016 but paytm is reporting that they'd not received the amount from bank.

The Transaction ID is 513508 & is credited to One97 Communication Ltd.

I recharged on the site twice, once of Rs 50 and today of Rs 30 but have not received the balance and amount has been deducted from my SBI account both the time....
