(1) i've done recharge for rs 49, order no. [protected]
My balance is still 0.00. I did not get talktime of 49 rupees.
though it says that order is successful

(2) I've done recharge for rs 103, order no. [protected]
I'm supposed to get 300MB of data. But my data balance is 0.00

Please tell me what is going on!???
customer care called me and put the blame on Airtel.
did not even refund my money.

    I have ordered a gadget pricing Rs. 62, 175.00 /-
    and i got defective product. So, i asked for return on the same day.
    At first they created problem in reverse pickup and later i couriered the product and seller picked the return on feb 5th, 2016. But until now, i didn't got my refund back.

          There was a offer from PayTM that i can purchase apple iPhone 5S at rs.2370 and I've ordered it on 18 Feb 2016 at 3:31 pm. But later i got a message from PayTM that my ordered has been cancelled and I've not cancelled it. They must not take my order if they can't give the delivery.when I complaint to payTM they just ignored my request by saying sorry for the inconvenience. My order no. is #[protected] and there should be penalty to PayTM for this and I must get the iphone5s which I've ordered. My name is karishma chugh and my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.help me to get this please. A person who got a offer same as me from amazon company and you helped him to get that order and he received his product as well as with penalty from amazon. So with this hope i am here please help me!

                My transaction number Txn ID [protected] is not reflecting into my bank account for more than 1 week. can you check and update me ASAP.

                can you call my registered mobile [protected] asap . i need the money asap.

                couldnt talk with customer care number at all. if it is not done or i didnt receive any call from your customer care shortly i need to look for legal actions.

                  This is the second time i raise a complaint about the same issue

                  One of my transaction is failed on 12-th february 2016 (252 rs)
                  And i got that amont in my paytm wallet as a refund
                  And i try to transfer that amount to my bank account by clicking one of your option in paytm app
                  At that time my cash is gone from my paytm wallet
                  But till now i didn't receive that amount in my bank account

                  What happend to my money ?
                  Where it is gone ?
                  When should i got my cash back ?
                  Why don't you take this issue as a important one ?
                  When should i get my cash back ?

                  Please answer my questions
                  And please refund my amount in my paytm wallet or my bank account.

                        My product is not delivered yet. first of all your shipment was late. after 3 or 4 time complaining to you, you shipped. But you were not delivering. and i again contacted to you people but there were not good response. my complaint was 7-8 ties. but there were not good response. when i tried for cancel the order, you immediately updated my account that my order is shipped on 17 feb, 2016 and delivered on 15 feb, 2106. you updated on 17 feb. till today, i have not my order. you updated that y order is delivered. i want y product. and i a trying to contact to you for my complain but there is not direct contact to resolve the problem.
                        please try to resolve my problem and deliver the y product.

                          Today at 3pm I received an helmet.As soon as I paid amount I opened and seen the helmet.It was damaged.Helmet visor was broken.I got vexed. I am not satisfied with the way they delivered.Either change my product else take the product back.

                                    I purchased Microsoft lumia 535 via Paytm After few month i get some problems in device I Visited Microsoft Care.
                                    They told me that your product is out of warranty because vendor paytm sold you a USED/OLD device.
                                    I requested a lot of time to Paytm But they always make fun of me and not resolved my problem. I paid for New device and they sold me used and already activated device. Please help me to replace the DEVICE.

                                        Have added Rs. 468 to my paytm wallet on 12th Feb 16, amount got debited from HSBC a/c.
                                        Got an Email and SMS also stating that Rs. 468 has been added to my Paytm wallet.
                                        But no balance is reflecting in my wallet and inspite of helping me out the team is denying and neither responding, even me following up several times.
                                        I have all the request history made by me but format is not attachable.
                                        Today the status of my request is showing as resolved without any solution.

                                        Please help in this as company is really a fraud one and a big time cheat.
