    Hi, I have made mobile bill payment through my bank 150 rupees and 100 from my payt wallet. I had done total payment 250 rupees but it was fail .and I have put option 150 rupees trasfer to my bank account. But still date it's not coming to my account or paytm account also .

      I have purchased handsfree from paytm (order id [protected])but they are not working they have approved return request but shipping person have't came to receive product and he told me by mistake he has cancelled return request now none of paytm or shipping company response me. i have called them 10 time but not getting response.

But on 23rd i have got mail that "Order cancelled - Item cancelled from your Paytm Order # [protected] " and amount has been refunded to paytm wallet.
                  Paytm team replied that amount will be credited to your account within 3 - 10 working days, but that duration has completed, still amount not credited to my bank account

We ordered “hero octane dtb alloy 21 speed adult bicycle-red (Size-26t)” on 3rd jan 2016 and we received the product on 07th jan 2016 around 6 pm. Unfortunately, we delivered with a wrong product. From that day onwards am follow-up with paytm customer care service and requested to arrange a return pickup for the product, but nothing works/positive from your end (Till now there are 57 chain emails, but still keep on postponing) this is highly unethical and unprofessional. Quick attention on this matter is very much appreciated.
