I HAVE PAID THE BILL THROUGH PAYTM, problem with paytm, i have my BSNL post paid (FOR [protected])bill Rs.372 on 6/2/2016, still it shows pending from BSNL site, sent so many complaints to paytm, paytm sending message as, it is already credited to BSNL and reference no.as [protected].
same way i paid my land line(FOR[protected] bill Rs.1183, that status also says pending only. pay tm sending message as, it is already credited to BSNL and reference no.as[protected]QFHZX.
BSNL CUSTOMER CARE IS INFORMING PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED, paytm customer care is informing it is already credited,
Please provide me the solutions, else provide me the refund of the same amount. I am sending the complaint using PAYTM care for last 8 days. But nothing is resolving the issue. CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE are not matured enough to resolve the issue
But as of now I have not received the amount in my bank account.

Can you please help me as when I get my amount of Rs 130 in my bank account
