    The Wallet Upgrade is initiatded on 17th Jan 2016 and still the customer care says simply that they need to get the Hard copies, I have handed over hard copies on 19th Jan 2016. Customer care responce is always a generic one and they never check the case in detail.

      I did BSNL online recharge with my Dhanalaxmi bank account but the process was failed and refund to my wallet i moved the amount (198/-) to my account back But the amount not credited yet . i contacted with bank and registered complainted in paytm site but no positive response from both.As a consumer i not wish to leave this case please help me

      But as of now I have not received the amount in my bank account.

      Can you please help me as when I get my amount of Rs 130 in my bank account

        Do not buy any product from PayTM as its refund policy is tedious.

        Buy a rabbit Toy Car for my baby as it was defective product since last 1 month trying to get my money back but till date no resolution Order No- [protected].

        We have 35+ mails exchange for the same and always they will make u chutia with their **** excuses mails.
        Who mark as resolved though still yet in progress..
        Since last one month you are sending mails and how y mark as resolved status..!!

        1. Within 10 mnts how the status of this complain shows resolved?
        2. Please mention the name and the resolution so that customer should know the details of the action taken..
        3. I will publish what you communicate in mails and how is refund policy is kind of mental harassment.

              Hello sir, i have recharge the 515 amount for my no airtel no on 13th feb @11:03pm after that its not showing any amount in my number.
              i tried to request or raise issue to paytm.but no luck they don't reply me they not call me.

              if this kind of service provide by paytm i am sure no one will use paytm.

                I have recharged my airtel mob no [protected] with 115 rs. whose talk value was 115 for 28 days as per paytm plan . but I have not received talk value and another services is activated. you are requested to do need full and and add money in the mob no [protected] either cancel this recharge.

                  I have paid my bsnl landline and my order no on paytm-[protected].but bsnl custmer care said they not found their bill so what shall i do.my money will refunded me quickly.The operator has disconnected the phone connection saying that they have not received the payment. But all the time it has been said from the PAYTM customer care that the processing is successful.


                  PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION OR REFUND MY MONEY

                      Dear sir,
                      on 06.02.2016 i recharge my mobile of rs. 54 through paytm wallet.Recharge was successful but when i not received the service i call at aircel cusomer care and they told me that no rechagre was made on that day or any amount. After that i sent a e-mail to paytm they first reply me that my recharge was successful and they send me a transaction no.[protected]cc51d. Then i call once more time to aircel then they again told me that no rechagre was made. On 10.02.2016 paytm send me an e-mail and told me that my refund was made within 24-48 hrs. But till now they haven't sent my refund amount to my wallet. This is totally a fraudulent case from paytm. So please do the needful and oblige.

                          Someone has made the payment of Rs 3651.12 at Billdesk from my Paytm wallet today ie 16th Feb at 1:04 PM. I have not made this transaction and i havent received any OTP or message of paytm wallet deduction as well. Although i got the mail and thats how i get to know about my paytm wallet. Details are as below

                          I dont know how someone can use without OTP and no message has been received for this transaction. Both Billdesk and paytm has to see this.

                                I HAVE PAID THE BILL THROUGH PAYTM, problem with paytm, i have my BSNL post paid (FOR [protected])bill Rs.372 on 6/2/2016, still it shows pending from BSNL site, sent so many complaints to paytm, paytm sending message as, it is already credited to BSNL and reference no.as [protected].

                                same way i paid my land line(FOR[protected] bill Rs.1183, that status also says pending only. pay tm sending message as, it is already credited to BSNL and reference no.as[protected]QFHZX.

                                BSNL CUSTOMER CARE IS INFORMING PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED, paytm customer care is informing it is already credited,

                                Please provide me the solutions, else provide me the refund of the same amount. I am sending the complaint using PAYTM care for last 8 days. But nothing is resolving the issue. CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE are not matured enough to resolve the issue

                                    I Ordered a Xxl size blue color bean bag (as per description on site) from paytm on 1st Feb 2016 and after 8 days on 9th Feb and what I received is a much smaller size black colored bean bag. Till date I've complained more than 15 times on their site regarding the same issue without any Ray of hope from their side and to add up to it today when I called the customer care he told me that this product cannot be returned or exchanged and I will have to wait for their team (don't know which) to take up the matter.
