Order Number: - [protected] Dear Paytm where is my courier charges 100/- rs. for return product to seller, how much time you taken to solve this queries. already 1 month gone. how much time you take to give me my money what a worst thing is this..if you are not able to give money than why you give in written about you will get your courier charges ?? crap and fraud paytm. complained so many times and generate so many complain ticket but no response, all are cheater because of your kind of people our nation will not growing. scam, corruption and fraud paytm..

                  I have to mention one thing that I have placed "Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL (Black)" and wrong product [Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE500KL (Black)]delivred from your end only.Now I want the correct product which I ordered i.e "Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL (Black)" from your end with the same order or same amount of money e.i Rs 11079 back in bank account or same amount of the product in your portal.
                  This is full harassment. The customer care executive taken me for 1 hours call and not able to give me the solution.
                  Even they are saying that they will deliver the correct product or will refund the money in which I have purchased the item.

                    Sir on 06 feb 16 at 2306 hrs i made a recharge of 1000 rupees through my paytm account to the dishtv VC No-[protected] registered in named satparkash.But i didnot received the deducted amount against dish infra orderPTMTxn-1133797 and paytm txn id-[protected] in my dishtv account neither i received any confirmation mail or message.Frequent i made complaint both to the paytm customer care as well as dish tv customer care but i did nt receive any satisfactory reply neither both the companies are taking interest to resolve the issue

                      I did a bill payment for Rs 1200 of my Airtel postpaid connection on 9th Feb 2016 but the transaction was failed twice. Transferred back the amount of Rs. 2400 to my bank a/c from my wallet but still the amount has not been refunded. My order numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I request you to to look into the matter and refund the money at the earliest.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,
                            I have use option of paytm for bill payment of electric city of amt Rs 760 through credit card. The amt of Rs 760 deducted from my credit card on 12Jan-16 but payTm has not still credit that amt to spanco electricity company.
                            Now, i am facing problem spanco add pending balance amt to current bill of Rs 760, and i am trying many phone to PayTm but not get any response now i am totally fade up or irritated from this type of service by paytm.
                            So take against some strick action against paytm ..

                                  Starting from the beginning
                                  Am the regular customer of Paytm you look into my account for the same.
                                  My last order no[protected] that's I rejected at the time of delivery and after that I received a message from Paytm that your order has been successfully delivered instead rejected.
                                  This package coming via FedEx logistics.
                                  Then I called to FedEx customer care, they told me that your order is rejected and now it's on the way to return the seller.
                                  FedEx generate this package return tracking ID, that's snapshot is attached there for your reference.

                                  All details are clear but your cs team is neglecting for the same.
                                  They are telling me your package has been delivered.

                                  If you aren't busy then please call FedEx customer care and then they'll clear all misunderstanding.

                                  Snapshot is attached please see it .
                                  And update any necessary things are in my account.

                                  Am employee of Amazon.in and regular shopper of Paytm but this time Paytm cs team make me very disappointed .

                                  Your cs team needs to train educate about all logistics terms and conditions.

                                  I also applied online in Paytm for Team Lead profile.

                                  Look into my issue and take appropriate action on high priority basis please.

                                  No one is understanding my problem.
                                  So please resolve this.

                                    Hi,

                                    Today there were two transactions done in my account, which were never done by me. I reached out to Cybercell of Paytm and instead of investigating the fraud further, Paytm showed its incapability to do anything. How come Paytm not responsible for hacking of their user account and fraud transaction? What is the security and safety of our money lying with Paytm.

                                    Now I am going to camplain with Economic Offence Wings (EOW) against Paytm directors. Reaching out to you all for help. Pl contact and join me in this complaint, if you were also victim of such fraud at Paytm. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                        I ordered a pair of Formal shoes from Paytm (Seller : ligo intertrade pvt ltd) on Jan 13 2016. A shipping amount of 100 rs also was paid. The item was updated as shipped on Jan 16 and a tracking number was given. The tracking number never worked and I did not receive the product until today (Feb 10 2016). I am in touch with PayTm customer care since Jan 25 which was the promised delivery date. Everytime they offered a resolution within 48 hrs and they sent me that response at least 12 times now. In between I cancelled the item and demanded a refund and still no response.

                                        This is pure cheating and PLEASE stay away from this site and sellers.
