I HAVE PAID THE BILL THROUGH PAYTM, problem with paytm, i have my BSNL post paid (FOR [protected])bill Rs.372 on 6/2/2016, still it shows pending from BSNL site, sent so many complaints to paytm, paytm sending message as, it is already credited to BSNL and reference no.as [protected].

same way i paid my land line(FOR[protected] bill Rs.1183, that status also says pending only. pay tm sending message as, it is already credited to BSNL and reference no.as[protected]QFHZX.

BSNL CUSTOMER CARE IS INFORMING PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED, paytm customer care is informing it is already credited,

Please provide me the solutions, else provide me the refund of the same amount. I am sending the complaint using PAYTM care for last 8 days. But nothing is resolving the issue. CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE are not matured enough to resolve the issue

      I Ordered a Xxl size blue color bean bag (as per description on site) from paytm on 1st Feb 2016 and after 8 days on 9th Feb and what I received is a much smaller size black colored bean bag. Till date I've complained more than 15 times on their site regarding the same issue without any Ray of hope from their side and to add up to it today when I called the customer care he told me that this product cannot be returned or exchanged and I will have to wait for their team (don't know which) to take up the matter.

              Order no :[protected] i placed this order on 7th feb, till now i haven't got my product ..While tracking also status is not updated.. its been 8days now..
              If you are not able to deliver the product kindly update us asap .

              This happended 2nd time for me, last time I myself contacted the customer care and then came to knw it cant be delivered, then later they created the refund request

                I have recharged my Airtel no. Through paytm app yesterday . For 4 times but it show transaction failed . But for last 2 recharge my 318₹ has been deducted from acc . I waited that the money will be refunded in paytm wallet but till now I have not received the cash back in my paytm wallet

                  I had placed an order on 2nd Feb 2016 for flowers to be delivered on 14th Feb . 2016.I also had written two emails confirming the date and time of the delivery.I had also called the paytm customer on 12th Feb 2016 to confirm the same. However, The order was never delivered. I had called the customer care number and was told that The issue would take 24 to 48hrs as it has been escalated. It dint make any sense as I wanted the order to be delivered to my wife on 14th Feb 2016. However, Paytm and Ferns and Petals had failed to keep their promise. This is the first time I had shopped online and had a very bad experience with PAYTM. Also, I had a bad experience with the customer care executive Asad Razaa, a senior supervisor on 15th Feb 2016 who did not give me a proper chance to express my concern. I had to tell him to give me a chance to speak so that i can ask for a refund.

                  I am asking for a all my money to be refunded and also the mental tension i went through and the cost of all my calls with PAYTM. I require to be compensated.

                    Hi,
                    I bought Reebok Black And Blue Training Shoes Running Sports Shoes from www.paytm.com on 18 jan (order number is [protected]) after paying Rs 2699.
                    The sole of the shoes and paint has started coming out in 20-22 days, i have barely used it for 4-5 times.
                    When contacted www.paytm.com they said they cant return or change it with proper product as the 15 days of return time is lapsed. I am not sure what to do i this case as the product is of inferior quality and may not even last 2-3 months.
                    Please help me out with this.

                      I have paid the BSNL landline bill payment(Rs 2886) through PAYTM on Feb 8th 2016.

                      The operator has disconnected the phone connection saying that they have not received the payment. But all the time it has been said from the PAYTM customer care that the processing is successful.


                      Please provide me the solutions, else provide me the refund of the same amount. I am sending the complaint using PAYTM care for last 3 days. But nothing is resolving the issue.
                      Same here, I have paid my bill on[protected], and its still not credited to my account. Order Number: [protected]. Amount Rs. 948/-. BSNL Landline.
                      I am also facing the same issue. We should seriously take this issue to higher authority of Paytm.

                        I had paid My BSNL Landline bill payment through Paytm website and i had entered my land line number with std code as well as Customer id for Bill payments related information and recharged Rs560 on dated 8/2/16 vide order no- [protected] (Paytm) but still now my land bill stays un paid and as per the BSNL customer care the paytm didnot have authorisation for the Bsnl Land line bill payment.
                        So solve my problem.

                        The BSNL operator clearly informed saying that third party payments cannot be tracked and they have not received the payment. But all the time it has been said from the PAYTM customer care that the processing is successful.
                        BSNL operator clearly informed me saying that there is no MOU signed between Paytm and BSNL. Operator told to check with them where they are transferring the bill payment.

                        May be PAYTM IS CHEATING WITH US.

                          Team PAytm,

                          This is in respect to the above mail.I have always been a loyal customer of PAYTM, but this time I feel so regretted to shop with you guys.
                          I've ordered this room heater to gift it to someone, as they does not like it so i've filed the return within the time span.
                          Further i got a mail from the PAYTM team that we cannot provide the pick up service in my area.

                          Further I myself took the charge to deliver the product and went all the way from Rohini to the return address which was in some shady area of Mehrauli, but the seller refuses to accept it and mentioned that the article needs to be deliver to them by courier service only.
                          I had a word with one of your executive to pick up the article from my place, which does'nt get appreciated as well.

                          Later I tried contacting the courier services.Some of the local courier companies refuses to deliver, BLUE DART is charging Rs 2600/- to deliver the same. But as per your refund policy, PAYTM will only reimburse Rs 200/-, which is not acceptable for me.

                          So, either pay me complete charges for courier or provide me the pick up service at my place. I mean this is like forcing your customer to not return the product even if is of no use to them.

                          I would really appreciate the fast action over it.

                            I had tried to recharge 6 times for my mobile no [protected] bsnl net pack of rs 98 but after deducting 98 rs 2 times means 196 rs was deducted and recharge not done.pls refund my money.

                                        Hi order no:[protected].I have made payment on 6.02.2016 through paytm for my Bsnl landline.
                                        On 9.02.2016 i checked with operater and found that bill is not paid.Same day i rasied a ticket in paytm care
                                        and received a reply from paytm care stating

                                        (We got this reviewed with bsnl landline and they have confirmed that mobile number [protected] has
                                        been successfully recharged with INR. 845.Please find the details mentioned below: The operator reference
                                        number is: 116***********).

                                        But Let me confirm I have made a payment for my bsnl landline bill (ie a/c no [protected]) and not for mobile no [protected].
                                        On 11.02.2016 again i raised ticket for the same and received reply from paytm care as

                                        (Thank you for writing in to us. We already have received your query with reference number :00344512. We are working on it,
                                        Please allow us few moments.We will get back to you with an update for next 48 hours.)

                                        On 13.02.2016 again sent mail and got reply as

                                        (We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand that the Landline Bill Payment BSNL [protected] did not process but your
                                        bank account/card was charged.We have checked your account, the bill payment is now showing as successful in our system and was
                                        delivered on '[protected] at 19:54:04' .In case you have not received the recharge or you need any further assistance, please let us know.)

                                        I visited bsnl office with given reference no and verified with accounts department and found that my bill has not been paid.
                                        Till then i made made several requests but of no use.

                                        As you can see the differences from the replies sent by paytm none of them is macthing.If you check mob no [protected] and it is of tatadocomo.
                                        I never expect such a poor service from paytm.And the worst part is, no one contacted me and it is not clear whether they recharged mob no or
                                        bsnl landline.I saw lot of complaints in consumer forum regarding bsnl payments in this month.I still hope the issue will be resolved.
