I had tried to recharge 6 times for my mobile no [protected] bsnl net pack of rs 98 but after deducting 98 rs 2 times means 196 rs was deducted and recharge not done.pls refund my money....

This is to inform you that till date the refund of Rs. 93/- has not bean credited to my credit card and the telephone no on your website is also not working please refund my amount...

I ordered from food panda on 13 February 2016 amounting Rs600.The payment was deducted from my account through paytm but the order was unsuccessful.I mailed paytm for the same but no response yet.Please help me with this...

13 Feb 2016 was booking a free ride with uber. Message pooped on screen: low balance, add Rs. 200.00. Being in hurry paid through my credit card. Later, the ride turned out a free one.

After that,

I paid My BSNL land line bill through PAYTM but amount not credited to concerned account where as same amount is debited frm my PAYTM wallet.Even after my repeated mails, PAYTM is not responding. The BSNL PORTAL is still showing the unpaid bill amount..

On 24 of Jan I recharged my paytm wallet with 1950 RS and money got deducted from my bank account but my paytm wallet didn’t recharged. Despite several mails to paytm customer care, they have not refunded my money yet. Even I’ve forwarded the bank statement to them on their request. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

during the process on Dt.6.7.2013.Although the amount Rs390.00 was successful transferred (ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L) to Paytm Mobile Solution Pvt Ltd on date 6.7.2013 through my bank State Bank of Bikaner Jaipur.
