Team PAytm,
This is in respect to the above mail.I have always been a loyal customer of PAYTM, but this time I feel so regretted to shop with you guys.
I've ordered this room heater to gift it to someone, as they does not like it so i've filed the return within the time span.
Further i got a mail from the PAYTM team that we cannot provide the pick up service in my area.
Further I myself took the charge to deliver the product and went all the way from Rohini to the return address which was in some shady area of Mehrauli, but the seller refuses to accept it and mentioned that the article needs to be deliver to them by courier service only.
I had a word with one of your executive to pick up the article from my place, which does'nt get appreciated as well.
Later I tried contacting the courier services.Some of the local courier companies refuses to deliver, BLUE DART is charging Rs 2600/- to deliver the same. But as per your refund policy, PAYTM will only reimburse Rs 200/-, which is not acceptable for me.
So, either pay me complete charges for courier or provide me the pick up service at my place. I mean this is like forcing your customer to not return the product even if is of no use to them.
I would really appreciate the fast action over it.
