Hi Team,
Starting from the beginning
Am the regular customer of Paytm you look into my account for the same.
My last order no[protected] that's I rejected at the time of delivery and after that I received a message from Paytm that your order has been successfully delivered instead rejected.
This package coming via FedEx logistics.
Then I called to FedEx customer care, they told me that your order is rejected and now it's on the way to return the seller.
FedEx generate this package return tracking ID, that's snapshot is attached there for your reference.

All details are clear but your cs team is neglecting for the same.
They are telling me your package has been delivered.

If you aren't busy then please call FedEx customer care and then they'll clear all misunderstanding.

Snapshot is attached please see it .
And update any necessary things are in my account.

Am employee of Amazon.in and regular shopper of Paytm but this time Paytm cs team make me very disappointed .

Your cs team needs to train educate about all logistics terms and conditions.

I also applied online in Paytm for Team Lead profile.

Look into my issue and take appropriate action on high priority basis please.

No one is understanding my problem.
So please resolve this.
And please if possible call me at [protected]-54 actually I've lots of issues so please call me asap

Hi,

Today there were two transactions done in my account, which were never done by me. I reached out to Cybercell of Paytm and instead of investigating the fraud further, Paytm showed its incapability to do anything. How come Paytm not responsible for hacking of their user account and fraud transaction? What is the security and safety of our money lying with Paytm.

Now I am going to camplain with Economic Offence Wings (EOW) against Paytm directors. Reaching out to you all for help. Pl contact and join me in this complaint, if you were also victim of such fraud at Paytm. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

I ordered a pair of Formal shoes from Paytm (Seller : ligo intertrade pvt ltd) on Jan 13 2016. A shipping amount of 100 rs also was paid. The item was updated as shipped on Jan 16 and a tracking number was given. The tracking number never worked and I did not receive the product until today (Feb 10 2016). I am in touch with PayTm customer care since Jan 25 which was the promised delivery date. Everytime they offered a resolution within 48 hrs and they sent me that response at least 12 times now. In between I cancelled the item and demanded a refund and still no response.

This is pure cheating and PLEASE stay away from this site and sellers.

I ordered a smartphone in paytm.com on 04.02.2016 and due to some reason i cancelled it on 05.02.2016. after 5 days also i didn't got my refund back to my bank account

I have cancelled an order no. [protected] and payment was made by debit card. I received the message of refunded amount in my bank account but amount is not reflecting in my bank account. I have also complaint about this before but no response received.

I had booked a ticket from nagpur to ahmedabad for two person for date 26th december 2015 from paytm website.

Following are the details:
1.Journey date : 26th december 2015
2. Travels name: rajkamal travels
3. Paytm ticket ID : 0FK03K
4. Name of people travelling :
1.sangita karmakar
2.sonali karmakar
5. Ticket no.- 10207
6.status : confirmed booked

I am hereby attaching the screenshot of the ticket.

Issue- I was told by rajkamal travels that they have cancelled the bus and will refund my money on 24 th december 2015.
No matter how many times i called them on their number they did not pickup my phone.
Steps taken by me :

1) I tried calling on paytm helpline number, but all in vain.
As this bus was cancelled at their end, I expect the whole sum amount of Rs.4000 to be refunded immediately to my bank account.

2) I have also opened a case with paytm (Case No :[protected], where they mentioned they would refund my amount, but later on they denied doing so and have been very disrespectful about customer's patience, trust and money.

Please do the needful at the earliest possible.

Prompt action will be appreciated.

As my card was lost by 25th of jan 2016, it has been misused by withdrawing funds of about 19, 000 using paytm, so i have retrieved the reference numbers of those four transactions from my bank people.. so i kindly request you to get me the available details of the person who did those transaction using my card

Myself Ravinder Biswas, Last few days PayTM blocked my PayTM account
Paytm say's my a/c blocked due a fraud has been reported against my paytm account by Cyber Police but I didn't use any Fraud, I just recharge mobile phones only, Now I cant use my Paytm wallet Money,
If PayTm cant unblock my a/c then please return my paytm wallet money

Pay tm is trusted site for all customer, but how come they allow to seller the fake product to the valid customer

IF We tried to connect the Paytm there response is very poor
Compare to other website customer care is good immediate response from them

I have purchase apple iphone 6s 64 gb silver color from seller justcare-slp at rs 53769 on 6 feb .my order number is [protected]. on 06 feb i received a message from paytm that seller has confirm the order and shipment is ready to ship.
on 8 feb i called customer care to ask the actual status they told me to wait for 48 hr. then in evening i got a message that seller has cancel the order due to out of stock issue.

if order is ready to ship then how order can be cancelled. leave it.
when i called paytm customer care and ask for reason they informed stock is out of stock. i guide customer care people to see the same items with same seller is giving at 59600 that why seller has canceled the order . i requested him to raise a ticket against seller for fake remarks which is normal business rule.
I told more than 100 times to raise a ticket then after 1 hour your Sr. Floor supervisor ahmed Raja align to raise a ticket.
i wait my more than one hour to raise a ticket.
Paytm Customer care is not raising any ticket against seller.
When seller is giving fake remarks to customer .and customer is proving same to customer care team.
Tell me one more thing, In paytm ticket raising is punishable offense. is seller is giving too much money to paytm to not raise any ticket against seller .

i learned from paytm that they doesnot care about customer. they think customer is fool and if they want to treat like dog.
