    I purchased Microsoft lumia 535 via Paytm After few month i get some problems in device I Visited Microsoft Care.
    They told me that your product is out of warranty because vendor paytm sold you a USED/OLD device.
    I requested a lot of time to Paytm But they always make fun of me and not resolved my problem. I paid for New device and they sold me used and already activated device. Please help me to replace the DEVICE.
    Pls help

        Have added Rs. 468 to my paytm wallet on 12th Feb 16, amount got debited from HSBC a/c.
        Got an Email and SMS also stating that Rs. 468 has been added to my Paytm wallet.
        But no balance is reflecting in my wallet and inspite of helping me out the team is denying and neither responding, even me following up several times.
        I have all the request history made by me but format is not attachable.
        Today the status of my request is showing as resolved without any solution.

        Have copied all my requests as below.

        Please help in this as company is really a fraud one and a big time cheat.

          there is no positive response from customer support even head office phone number not picked.
          I've already drop thrice time mail to customer support but no positive response from them.

              Received ticket ID[protected] for my complaints done on 15 feb for money refund against transaction done through sendmygift.com.( refer pics)

              I was supppse to get revert within 48 hrs.I have been waiting from past 4 days but not received any revert.

              Firstly, revert and process with my refund ASAP.

              Secondly, check authenticity of site before tie-ups.

                I recently recharged an Airtel mobile number twice, each recharge worth ₹20. ₹40 were deducted from my payTM wallet but the number was credited with the benefits of just a single recharge. So kindly pay attention to my request and avail the benefits of the other recharge too or update my payTM wallet again by crediting ₹20 again to it.

                    I have paid I my BSES electricity bill from PAYTM by using Credit card on 14 Feb. 2016.

                    The amount 483 Rs. has been deducted from my account as per bank statement & bank already reconfirm on 18th Feb.2016 but paytm is reporting that they'd not received the amount from bank.

                    The Transaction ID is 513508 & is credited to One97 Communication Ltd.

                    Kindly are looking forward for your response.

                            For Order # [protected] - I ordered HP Pendrive from Paytm Website on 2nd Feb, 2016 . I didnt get my product but its showing as Delivered(6th Feb, 2016 -Saturday and I am not there in that time because i am on holiday) . What i need to do now?? They didnt call or message me when the time of delivering . Someone is signed and got my product (I think that) . I just ordered but still not get the product thats my end. I have informed the same to Paytm Care 5 times through Calls/Mails but they didnt care my queries . I want my product or need refund for that from paytm .

I dont know who is that "Seurity" . If they provide some Name or Id Proof or Mobile we can easily track that . Now how can i get the product ??? Kindly Help me to resolve this asap.

                              Vodafone mobile no [protected] was reportedly succesfully paid by paytm as reported in their mail dt 10/01/16 5.27pm to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. transaction receipt order no [protected].
                              vodaphone has now given me a printed account statement for no [protected], proving that amount is not received by them.
                              i have since paid the amount once again.
                              please credit rs 2058 back to my wallet.
                              i will wait for result befoe comments

                                I ordered a jacket but the product is very bad so decided to return. Next day i got a call from courier and i returned my product but they dint provide any receipt although i asked him.But i have returned many products without receipt only. after some time i got another call from one more person for return. and again one more call from one more person. When i contact paytm they are not ready to refund my money. I have provided all the phone numbers. I dont know why they shared my details to three people.

                                I got my money back :) They had refunded my amount but its late and after a big argument. Please beware of fraud couriers. we should get courier reverse slip always
                                why my refund not initiate in my wallet after succesful picked up my products.i send scan copy of picked up slip but afterthat money not initiate till.I also checked the data of my products in the Dehlivery Courier Office.Data shows picked up done.So sir plz send my refund immediately.I send a snap copy of my products details from Dehlivery Office .

                                  Paytm blocked my account and didn't bother to listen to my complaint for one month. After one month on logging the complaint again they say that they blocked my account temporarily due to some suspicious activity and it is enabled now. When I asked to provide details of suspicious activity and provide me contacts to escalate the matter, they simply replied that my account will be permanently blocked within 7 days. After that I have been asking them the details of what suspicious activity they claim with my account and provide contact details of escalation channels but they don't answer those questions. From various complaints on internet it can be seen that i am not the only victim of their harassment and fraudulent practices of blockig account on incorrect grounds. Looks like they are openely cheating genuine customers with lies and unethical practices.

                                      Sir i intened to use paytm wallet cash to pay online from jabong.com and i added 3463 as wallet money directly from my bank account.
                                      (photo 1) has been attached .
                                      now my plan was dropped and i wished to refund my money from wallet back to the bank, but at that time there was'nt any option available to refund to bank then i emailed my concern the this was the reply i got ( photo2)
                                      and was told that i can do it just by downloading app and enter bank details; but there was a 4% fee deduction from the wallet amount 3463 of about 144 rupees unjustified (photo3).
                                      I decided to call costumer care and had a conversation for 1.5 hours in which i talked to the manager and he kept stalling me afterwards for an hour and he clearly said that i have to pay online fee of 4% if I wish to refund the money to bank.
                                      he said this is the company policy that we charge this amount and no money is returned in full amount.
                                      sir I want to make clear that this money was 100% genuine (photo 4) bank money and not promotional money, neither did I used any promotional benefit form paytm.
                                      i only indented to use the online money to pay online to buy goods.
                                      there is also something fishy about the manner in which the added money is mentioned as an order with a delivery date etc in (photo 4 and 5).
                                      the manager then denied for DOA also and kept me stalling for an hour that i had to hang up the phone. in (photo6).
                                      sir i want you to pay attention towards the fact that when we start with the process of adding money to wallet, no such warning or information is provided to the user and this act of confesticating money has appeaerd to be ransom .
                                      i have proof that there was no measures to duly notify the terms and conditions while transacting with paytm wallet in ( photo 7, 8 & 9).

                                      the manager tried to trick me by triying to confuse the refund with ( paytm to other bank transfer service on demand) for which a fees of 4% is mendatory to be deducted.
                                      144 rupees for 3463 rupees is unfare .
                                      and people fall prey to this trick from paytm every time.

                                        I was paying my idea bill Rs 350/- through state bank of patiala debit card . Initially it show transactions declined and Few minutes later I got message from bank that u debited /- 350. And paytm app said that they will refund money . So please take strong action against it.
