Sir i intened to use paytm wallet cash to pay online from jabong.com and i added 3463 as wallet money directly from my bank account.

now my plan was dropped and i wished to refund my money from wallet back to the bank, but at that time there was'nt any option available to refund to bank then i emailed my concern the this was the reply i got ( photo2)
and was told that i can do it just by downloading app and enter bank details; but there was a 4% fee deduction from the wallet amount 3463 of about 144 rupees unjustified (photo3).
I decided to call costumer care and had a conversation for 1.5 hours in which i talked to the manager and he kept stalling me afterwards for an hour and he clearly said that i have to pay online fee of 4% if I wish to refund the money to bank.
he said this is the company policy that we charge this amount and no money is returned in full amount.
sir I want to make clear that this money was 100% genuine (photo 4) bank money and not promotional money, neither did I used any promotional benefit form paytm.
i only indented to use the online money to pay online to buy goods.
there is also something fishy about the manner in which the added money is mentioned as an order with a delivery date etc in (photo 4 and 5).
the manager then denied for DOA also and kept me stalling for an hour that i had to hang up the phone. in (photo6).
sir i want you to pay attention towards the fact that when we start with the process of adding money to wallet, no such warning or information is provided to the user and this act of confesticating money has appeaerd to be ransom .
i have proof that there was no measures to duly notify the terms and conditions while transacting with paytm wallet in ( photo 7, 8 & 9).
