    This is regarding my order on paytm with ID [protected]. Total amount INR 15012 paid at the time of placing the order & delivery address was my brother’s address in Udaipur. The order was placed to paytm on 21st Jan-2016 & expected delivery was 30th Jan-2016.

    After 2 days, when the item got shipped from seller, I got a tracking number (safe express).

    Day 7 after placing the order (on 28th Jan-2016): As 7 days were gone so I thought to check the status on safe express & the status of order was “Delivered.” I immediately called my brother asked him whether he has got the products or not & answer from him was “No.” I immediately rechecked status on safe express & on going through the details I got to know that it was showing items delivered to someone in Ahmedabad.

    I immediately called the paytm customer service. After waiting for 10 mins, I was connected with a customer service representative. I explained him the issue & after having discussion with him, he assured me that paytm will look on this issue & he will forward my issue to concerned team & I will get acknowledgment mail from paytm on this issue.


    Day 7 disaster continues:

    After 1 hour of my call with paytm customer service center, I got a mail from paytm stating that they cannot cancel my order as it is in transit. I got shocked when I saw this e-mail. My issue was that items got delivered to wrong address & they sent me the mail stating that my order can’t be cancelled. Are you serious??

    I immediately called paytm customer service again & after waiting for 10 minutes I was connected to a different customer service agent. I had heated discussion with that guy & I told him to connect me to his seniors. After waiting for 10 minutes, my call was connected to his senior Mr. Piyush Goyal. I explained him the issue again from zero. He assured that the issue will be forwarded to concerned team member & it will be resolved in next 24-48 hours.


    Day 8: When paytm crossed the all levels of poor customer service:
    On 29th Jan-2016, at 1:59 PM, I got a message, an email & a notification on my paytm app. All of the messages were stating that my items under order ID [protected] are delivered to the address in Udaipur. I was happy that paytm has solved the issue in no time.

    WOW…..But wait….

    I called my brother in Udaipur to get the confirmation on delivery of order & he again told me that he hasn’t received anything. I immediately checked status on safe express & it was the same, “items delivered to someone in Ahmedabad.”

    I called again the paytm customer service number. I was connected to a new agent & I had to explain everything to him again.
    Now I doubt if paytm will solve the issue or they will again send some wrong message or email to me.

    @PAYTM: Are you in business of harassing the customers or serving the customers? There are serious issues with the way you internally coordinate with each other.

    This is the worst experience I had with any of the e-commerce site in India.
    In past, I had minor issues with Amazon & Flipkart as well, but the manner in which amazon & flipkart has resolved the issue was pretty satisfactory & amazing.

    @Paytm –In the race of being different & better than amazon, flipkart & snapdeal, you are even not matching 50% of what customer service they are offering. Go & learn some lessons on customer service from amazon.in.

      On Jan 19, 2016 I placed a order for Butterfly Desire Juicer Mixer Grinder (Red & White/3 Jar) and we received a mail from Paytm that the seller Goel International has confirmed that the following items from your order # [protected] will be serviced by them. After sometime we received another mail saying order is ready to be shipped and you should have it soon. Finally after some more time they cancelled the order without any information or reason. But they have provided a coupon code for equivalent cashback amount and mentioned this coupon is for the unpleasant experience and have penalized the seller for this delay. So then I placed another order choosing another seller but the same thing happened with this seller too. We tried for one more time with another seller and again the same. Finally thought to give it last try but then Paytm has blocked my account saying something is wrong, try after 24 hours.

      On Jan 20, called customer care and explained the issue and they said things will be back to normal in 48-72 hours and I can place order that time. After many number of calls and escalations, they finally said that account has been blocked for suspicious reasons by the software as multiple orders are placed to same address.

      I have placed new order only when they cancelled old order, so how can they treat this as multiple orders being placed to same address? If they fulfill the delivery and still I order for same product then my account can be held and they can say suspicious.

      Finally they say because there are multiple accounts registered under same address as the reason for blocking my account. A simple example is everyone has got a phone and a family with 2 members has every right to have 2 individual accounts and can order per terms and conditions mentioned by Paytm. I have attached all the details in attachments.

      Even after giving required information, they never tried to help the customer.

      Please take necessary action on this company for the same.

            PayTM is notoriously known for super late deliveries and horrible customer care. I have used PayTM in the past and I only opt for PayTM when there is really good offer or promo. And I also warn other people about this. I have spent more than 50K on PayTM in past one year. I bought them only cos you guys had really good offers.
            Here's my personal experience. I bought furniture recently and its more than 72 hour and I havent received any update from them. Every time I contact customer care they ask for 24 hour to update on the same What kind of stupid policy is that? Why someone has to waste time Or is this your business model (wink wink)
            Let the customer buy are you hoping the seller screws the order and keep the money with you or refund to wallet Super Profit and how are you going to scale and compete with Amazon, if cannot provide update on anything and customer care is the most nonhelpful customer care dept in the country
            Also you guys have to be first in world to start a blog against customers and start an online witch hunt and include links to his social media profiles, exposing his identity. Here's one such instance. Do you even have privacy policy?

                I placed a order on 25th Jan, but till date there is no response from the paytm team. they keep on repeating that the product is shipped but are not providing the tracking number to track the product

                  I used paytym ti recharge my mobile, telenor connection, 53 Rs but my mobile is not recharged, i checked my account which shows reduction in my account, recharge my telenor connection or give my money back or i will go to consumer court

                    I ordered an ifb microwave 20 days back for 11500. They were not able to dispatch it even after 10 days. After lots of complains they finally cancel my order due to inability to deliver the microwave. Then they started there slow refund process. They have refunded half the amount in my wallet and half in my bank. Now tis 6013 rsare in my wallet. Which they are not sending it in my bank. I want to order the same product from some other website. But I don't money. There wallet is of no use. I even tried to send the moneyform wallet to my bank. But then their paytm wallet limit is receched. So I can't do anything. Plus they will charge extra 4 percent for sending money from waleet to bank. It is their mistke as they were unavle to deliver in even after 15 days. Please help.

                      I placed order no. [protected] on 13th January 2016.Seller(trendin) dispatched order on 15h from courier company named ajexpress on 15th Jan.But after 16th January there is no update on parcel's tracking ID.On 19th Jan I called up paytm to ask for order status but they said it will be delivered by 20th January. But it did not get deliver.I called up again on 21st Jan and they informed it will be delivered by EOD, even then it was not delivered.
                      I called them up on 23rd, dropped them lot of mails and created Tickets where they responded with a same reply, we will resolve it in 2-3 days and their 2-3 days were never over.
                      I called up courier company and they said they have lost the parcel somewhere and have informed trendin about same.I called trendin and they said they can not do anything since the order was placed through Paytm.I called paytm customer care again and again to get refund of my money but they never helped me infact they never even tried to help me.
                      Its been more than 2 weeks neither they are refunding my money nor they are delivering the product.Please help me and guide me how can I get my money back?I have spent more than 300INR in calling them and getting my problem solved.I demand a refund for that too.Please guide me what should I do?

                        ​I have placed order of laptop as on 17 October 2015 and my order was conformed by paytm and it was delivered on 23 october 2015 and when i got order and open it at that time i was that the inner box seal was not sealed and then i found that battery missing so that i have informed to paytm on the same day of delivery (chat with paytm is added in attached photo as a part of proof).

                        I informed to paytm about missing battery on 23 october 2015 and then they have excalated the issue to the concern and whenever i ask to shedule return at that time they told me that we have escalated your issue and we will be back within 72 hour( request you to check the attached chat images ).

                        ​E​very time they are saying that we escalated issue to the concern team but not giving me resollution.

                        ​I​ informed to paytm that if i will use laptop without battery for a long time then may be it will affect to my laptop so please either shedule return or ask me to purchase it from market but they didnt gave me any responce​. i have informed to paytm again and again more than 6th time but thenalso i didnt got any replay

                        so that i informed them that it is my last mail if i will not resollution then today i will purchase battery from market and you have to compansate me for that battery but i didnt got replay so that i have purchased battery from market and shared invoice with them to comp​ensate.

                        i informed to paytm regards to missing battery as on 23 october and they sheduled return on 25 november so you can imagine their resollution time and i cant be able to return my laptop because of i have already purchased battery from market because of they didnt gave me replay even after completing one month​.​ And also want to clear with you that they gave me replay after i writting on social website like twitter

                        so i request you to please do something for this and register complain against to paytm here i have cleared whole matter with perfact date and also i shared the chat which i done with paytm as proof ​.​

                        I hope that you will understand my situation and will register complain against to paytm​

                          I have order Genius Green Nicer And Dicer on 16th January 2016 with Order No.[protected] which got delivered on 24-JAN-2016. after receiving courier
                          it was sealed pack without any tempering to it when i opend and check product, i found out that there is missing one part of product, i have raised incomplete order complaint on paytm site with ticket no. 00277245
                          I have order Redmi 2 8 GB (White) Mobile 19th July 2016 with Order No.[protected] which got delivered on 24-JULY-2016. after receiving courier
                          it was sealed pack without any tempering to it when i opend and check product, i found out that there is missing Ear Phone Mobile, i have raised incomplete order complaint on paytm site with ticket no. 04835000, 04834960

                            PayTm has charges me Rs 680/- towards the mobile bill which they did not settle with my serice provider as my charge was not accepted by them. I immidadtelt paid my service provider thru a different mode and when i see my statement of credit card, paytm has charged me.

                            They do not even have customer care cell to register such complaints

                                  I have placed a prepaid order with order Id [protected], for an iphone 6 space grey, the company shipped me a used and faulty product, which I asked for exchange from the company after a day. The company after 5 days returned my payment by deducting 8, 000 rs. I mailed, called the company people, but they are not resolving my problem

                                    My paytm email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I had placed an order for havell celling fan 900 brown on 11.01.2016 vide order no. [protected]. Saidly i have to state that I have received a havell celling fan of 1200 white, which is useless for me. I asked paytm though email four times, but didnot received positve respose. Neither recall wrong product, nor credited my money in my account. The act of paytm authority is unlowful. Please do help in this matter.

                                      I had placed an order of 2 products but successfully they gave me one.and one more they could not but still one of the product was shoe which was not up my expectations hence I returned and was waiting for my cash back of both the product with Delivery charges also. Only one cash back that too deduction of 100₹. And for this I called 100s of customer care no's no response.

                                        I made a payment of INR 1841 on 05.01.2016 towards my Airtel 4G account using Paytm. I used the amount of INR 29 from my Paytm wallet and paid an amount of INR 1812 using my stan chart credit card. The payment went through and was confirmed by my bank through SMS and email. The recharge order number [protected] on Paytm was not through as they indicated that they have not received the payment from the bank and credited back the amount of INR 29 to my Paytm wallet. Repeated follow up through the website where I attached the proof of the refund not received only gave me different ticket numbers every time. Till date they have not refunded the amount. Paytm is the biggest fraud in the cyber crime area. People should understand that the discounts being given to you are being recovered by failing transactions and not refunding the money to individuals.
