Order no's [protected], [protected], [protected]. 1st of jan 2016. [protected], [protected] 29th and 31st jan. amount was deducted from my Axis bank account and the amount was not credited. kindly check and get back to us. This is happening quiet a few times. all these in the same month. wat is happening in paytm. The service has come down. if this the case we would like to stop this web.
The service has come down. We need a better person to avoid such in convince happening in paytm.com

      I recharged my idea no [protected], 4 times recharge is not successful and after that i got massage of recharge successful, but later from my bank 2 times balance will be deducted, not the pos no is last one, i dont get any success full recharge msg from paytm second time...
      given below here i am submitted my bank details and paytm detail
      and my deducted balance for which account with pos no ...

      all snapshot is with time ...
      recharge will be done on 1feb 2016 at 3:19 pm which one is success
      but before that all are failed, so if bank pay money then why this amount is not paid to in my wallet,

      Dear all here i want to discuss one issue with you some other person call on our given no in this complaint,
      i also received call here [protected] and that person say i am from paytm and all and say regarding to your complaint and after that change your paytm password request "like password forget" and the OTP come to your contact no .
      ask this, if you not given then they say one machine where you can speak, so donot do this, because they can get access of your pwd, and then put your cvv no ...in saved details ...

        This has happened with me for the third time that before recharge paytm shows wrong tariff and when we recharge with the amount mentioned on their site, once the money is deducted and they show no such plan actually existed.when complained they do not attend calls nor reply mails.I am attaching the screenshot of msg displayed before recharge but never received any balance or datapack from the same

          As i am facing many problems because of paytms fraud, i called cusromer care lot of times my issues are still not solved, and now when i am calling customer care from my registered paytm number simply its answer is "hi it seems the number you are calling is not registered on paytm" i am unable to connect to customer care also!!!

              Yeasterday paytm have deducted 999 rs from my account. On my inquiry, paytm have informed that the account may be hacked & transaction is via dominos site with paytm wallet. When the order placed at the time was 4.37 pm on date 31st january but between 4 to 5 pm i have not log in with paytm account and i have not receive any OTP on my registered number.How can anyone know my otp even when i have not receive OTP. Paytm have provided me the transaction number . I have not been given any confirmation message or order record from dominos. on inquiring to dominos, they have told there is no order with this transaction amount . This is a cheat or mistake by paytm.paytm not refunded my money for this fraud.i have many time calls & email paytm but they have not refunded my money.                 I received a message from paytm to add Rs1000 in paytm wallet and avail instant cashback of Rs 50. I did the same but didnt receive cashback. Also along with that i was assured a Gift voucher which i used after four days of receipt of the voucher and i got a message that voucher is expired. I also explained my grievances but i am not getting the solution.They are every time asking same question, need help in resolving the issue

                    This is w.r.t my cash back worth Rs 10, 000/- vide order # [protected] made on 5th Jan (Invoice attached).

                    I had immediately raised a wallet upgrade request (vide email notification received from paytm) for wallet upgrade per revised KYC norms.
                    Since no vendor turned up for document collection at my premise, even after repeated complaints (Ticket # :[protected] &[protected], I myself went to the One 97 communications/Paytm office at Eco Station, Sec V, Salt Lake, Kolkata on 23rd Jan, along with all requisite supporting documents (original + copies). The KYC form was duly filled-in, I furnished the original for verification and submitted the requisite copies to Paytm associate : Mr Sharad J Kumar.

                    Though I received an email notification that my paytm walet is upgraded (30th Jan) however, I am concerned now to see that even though almost a month has gone, I have not received the cash back and/or any communication from Paytm.

                    From my terrible experience with paytm I strongly suggest not to rely on Paytm for the sales gimmick of cashback.

                        On 9th jan we booked a Oyo room in goa through paytm and paid via net banking through an SBI account. However, due to poor conditions of the room we requested a change of lodgings from Oyo Rooms.

                        The next day, oyo room shifted us to a different hotel and informed us that they initiated a refund of ₹8, 396 which should take 7-10days. It's been more than 2 weeks now and the refund isn't to be seen anywhere, neither to the paytm wallet from which the booking was made nor to my bank account.

                        On speaking with Oyo Rooms executives, they informed us that they had initiated the refund on 10th January 2016 itself. Although the amount was sent in two parts, with respective refund IDs. Also, shockingly from their end the refund is successful, which means that the amount should have been visible in the paytm wallet but it's not.

                        On being asked to contact PayTM, we have been trying their customer support number, which doesn't seem to deal with so many issues as is it, and we even sent a mail to paytm.com/care. Sadly, the only response we got from PayTM was to ask for the order ID and amount. Then on, ie 28th January 2016 onwards, any mail that we've sent to paytm regarding our grievance has not been reverted to. I ve really lost the feeling of convinience, trust and security o[censored]sing the paytm gateway.


                        I AM GETTING THE FEELING THAT BOTH OYO ROOMS AND PAYTM HAVE CHEATED US WITH OUR REFUND.

                            I did a recharge from paytm with order details mentioned below. They have provided data services of 3G data not the talktime. It's just a sheer cheating they have done. Data services are of no use for me. They should cancel the transaction and refund my amount or provide the talktime.

                              I booked two tickets in paytm from tadepalligudem to Hyderabad and the boarding point shown in is tadepalligudem... I called to bus driver and asked how can I reach the bus.. He told me there is no boarding point in tadepalligudem.. I totally loss my money..I cancelled my ticket .. No return of money.. My suggestion is paytm is a waste online trading.. Don't use it.. Avoid that..
                              Let me share my experience with paytm bus booking.

                              I have to write this because back to back twice I have to suffer as I used paytm service.


                              1st query : Bus gets canceled without any prior information and We come to know just before 1 hour of departure time and that also when we called for bus number and spot for bus departure, that time it was known that bus got cancelled...I was with my family standing with luggage what a horrible situation...neither bus provider nor paytm were taking any action on this.

                              2nd query: Due to above cancellation we have no option then to re-book bus.

                              But again we have to face problem.
                              1) We were not boarded to the selected bus we booked via paytm application. When we argue with bus service provider he said if you want then go to this bus or cancel your tickets (provider: yaks transport, opposite gurudwara near manju ka tila, Delhi)

                              2) It was 9:30 PM, so we boarded to the bus, it was old khatara bus, which got stuck in the middle at around 70-80 KM before Mandi, due to some engine problem at midnight 3:30.

                              3) On contacting with bus operator he said if you have to then go to Manali at your experience. OR wait till bus gets repairs (estimated time required will be 7-8 hours as discussed with bus driver)

                              4) There was some noise comming from the beginning so we started asking questions to bus driver, Driver told that bus was kept in parking and not used since last 6 month.

                              5) We have to travel all the way to Manali with our own with public transport which was started at 7 onwards.

                              6) We have to pay 70/- per person to go to Mandi and 260/- per person from Mandi to Manali (total of 310/- per person) this caused delayed by 8 hours, instead of reaching Manali at 7:30 morning we reached at 3 pm.

                              And we got shocked to hear that the bus in which we came was no longer allows to use for Manali transport.

                              When I contact to paytm customer service, they said write us your queries.

                              You guys just think at the midnight 3:30 along with family and luggages if you get such response what will be your reaction...

                                  My order was shipped on 12th January.
                                  1. Firstly my KYC request was delayed by your team. I had applied for KYC at least 7-8 times but no one came to pick up the documents.
                                  2. Then finally my wallet was upgraded on 27th January
                                  3. Since then i have been following up with your team to process the cashback, every time i receive the same Template email.
                                  Is this how you treat a customer? That i have to beg for my own thing.

                                    I have refunded amount of Rs.1794 from my paytm wallet to my bank account on
                                    2nd January 2016. It has been nearly a month now and the amount is not yet credited to my account and when I raised this issue to the paytm customer team, they are just asking me to contact my bank giving me a RRN of transaction, but I verified with bank that there is no such transaction . I have consulted the team for more than 3 weeks now and they are unable to solve the matter and are just repeating the same process of asking my bank statement from the date of refund to till date and then giving me a RRN and asking me to verify with bank.I have contacted the bank four times now and I'm really upset regarding their negligence in this issue.
                                    I would kindly request you to take this matter as a higher priority one and take action accordingly.

                                        Hi,

                                        I m trying to make payment of my internet service provider - Tikona via paytm.

                                        I got unsuccessfull message from tikona stating payment not reveived but i check my HDFC statement it shows payment has been credited to paytm against transaction code - [protected].

                                        Kindly confirm when can i get by refund back.
