    I have ordered 2 bean bags from Paytm and got delivery of Only 1 Bean Bag on 29 Dec 15. Order number is [protected]. As per enquiry with Courier guy he said there is only 1 bean bag sent as a part of the order and I lodged a complain with Paytm on the same day Ticket number is[protected]. Initially I got a reply from team that product will be delivered in 4-5 working days but after I didn't got the product. I have been chasing up on email from that day and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Its been around 20 days now I have sent around 10-11 emails but they have stopped replying to my email altogether. Paytm do not have a customer care number and email is the only option which I am not getting any response now. Can you please help me to get hold of the company POCs as I am really frustrated with no response on my complain till date. Email is available for reference. Hoping best regards to get this turnaround !

    I received a email from Paytm team about refund being processed and today the refund has been credited in my PayTM wallet. email came from [email protected]

      Dear Pay TM Today I added Rs. 200 to my pay TM wallet to recharge my phone...but the amount was deducted from my bank account but not shown in my pay TM wallet but it was return their that your transaction is successful...later when i was not able too recharge as the amount was not seen in my pay tm wallet I tried to refund that amount to my bank by clicking the refund button...after that the status of transaction of Rs. 200 was seen as refunded but that amount did not reach to my bank account...i wrote to customer care about my complaint but i dint got any reply regarding this. I am attaching herewith the transaction detail showing the amount refunded.

        I used pay tm to recharge a mobile number [protected] using my debit card and the amt rs250 taken in to my account but still I didn't get recharge so plz refund my amount its urgent.           I Purchased a mobile but not received Paytm cash for this Order# [protected] and for yatra order #16334785-[protected] . ..I also did a lots of complaints mail to Paytm but they are asking for wait.Its already 5 Days passed away. Even My Paytm wallet is not upgraded, after submitting all documents. You have worst customer service. Please do needful.

            I was trying to pay my bill of Rs 250 on paytm website ad after completing all steps it says recharge fail.but it deduct Rs. 250 .00 from my BOI account. I done it two times.the 2'nd time I clicked 'Refund to your bank account' but it hasn't refunded to my account.The remaining ₹256.00 hadn't shown in my paytm wallet. So plz give me my money Rs.556.00 back

                I had ordered iPhone 6s plus 16gb silver from paytm. I was out of town and my father had received the package and signed the courier receipt without checking inside the box. However on opening the box on my arrival iphone was not there with only earpiece and catalogue inside it Paytm customer care is not receiving my call [protected]@gmail.com

                  I have ordered for a mobile phone (LAVA PIXEL V1) through PayTM by making an online payment from my bank on Jan 1st 2016 and received the order on 7th Jan 2016. This order was delivered at the reception of the guest house and not to the person as mentioned in the delivery address. This packet was neatly wrapped with PayTM cover. After opening the cover, we were able to see the LAVA mobile box packed with a thin plastic cover. After tearing the cover we could find that the SEAL of LAVA company is cut with a sharp instrument. Inside the box we found only 2 tile pieces wrapped neatly with celotape and placed in the mobile place. All the accessories of the mobile were also missing. On 9th Jan 2016 this was identified when the gift was opened on a very special day.. I stood in the very false position with my dearest one for whom I gave this gift. I raised the complaint with PayTM immediately. As a part of their investigation they took lot of time and asked me to fill disclaimer form, later asked me to revise it again with mentioning seller name "Areva Solutions PVT LTD" and not on PayTM name. Later, after many follow ups and i had gone through a mental pressure to make follow ups and draft emails and the time taken for them was from 9th till 16th to refund the money.. They did not refund the amount to my bank account, instead they transferred to PayTM wallet. I could not transfer the amount back to my bank from wallet. There are several restrictions to transfer amount to my account which are stated below : · 4% of the amount will be deducted & the rest will be transferred to your bank · A minimum balance of Rs. 2000 is required in your wallet to be able to transfer money to a bank account. · To transfer your money for a failed order, go to Your Orders, select the order and click on "Refund to Bank". The money will be refunded to the source bank/card, from where the order was paid without any extra charges. I have the following issues to get resolved. 1. I need the amount to be transferred from PayTM wallet to my bank (from which I had made the payment). 2. I need a new mobile (LAVA PIXEL V1) in compensation for making me stand in false position. 3. I need an apology letter from PayTM Management and not from customer care to me and to my friend to whom it was delivered as a gift.                     When any 1 make a call to your tall free number there is no response from that number, it always says that number is busy. So, there no need of that number. Then why are you providing this facility, If you don't want to receive a call form your customer? I am trying this call since 3-4 days but still there is no response from your side.

                            I had ordered food from FoodPanda on 16th Jan of amount 220/- and paid the same through Paytm. However, the money was deducted from my account but never reached Foodpanda. I many attempts to reach the customer care, even write an email, which they brag that they get back to in 24 hours but it didn't happen in my case. Yet again I ordered food today(18th Jan) of amount 93.26/- and the money was deducted but never made it to Foodpanda. And again all my attempts to get hold of the customer care failed. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected].

                              Dear Sir I placed an order for a Bicycle and a Yoga Mat wide Order No. [protected] on January 15, 2016. As per the Company Offer I am to get 51% Cash Back on the Paid Price of both the items i.e. a Total of Rs.3672/- is to be received as Cash Back within 24Hrs of the DESPATCH of each of the Items. The Bicycle was despatched by the PayTM vendor on 16th and hence I should have received the Cash Back of Rs.3335/- within 24hrs of the despatch of the Bicycle. I wrote an email to PayTM and was informed by them on 17th that it will get credited within 24hrs of the despatch and hence I need to wait. I wrote two more mails today i.e. after 40hrs of the despatch of the product but the Company PayTM has stopped responding now. Request your assistance in the matter Regards Jitendra [protected]

                                I tried to pay my Torrent Power utility bill through Paytm, the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 10 days since this transaction took place. It is more than 5 days since I have raised a complaint, I have neither received a solution \ refund nor has any executive contacted me Torrent power says they have not received any payment as the transaction failed while it was processed to Paytm and hence they cant help resolve this

                                  I Kamal Nayan wanted to say that I ordered two Samsung class 10 memory cards worth Rs 888 order no [protected] item no [protected] with online payment mode but when I received my order it was packed very nicely but there was only one memory card present in it. I complaint about it immediately on PAYTM call center there they told me to file complaint and upload the faulty image but it was unable to upload the image. I called the customer support no. which was also not working. So I filed a written complaint via speed post regd. no. ARD[protected]IN to the head office two months ago but there is no response from your side. Now I have paid for two memory cards but have just got one memory card. this is clearly cheating with the costumer and hence I want my product to be back otherwise unwillingly I have to knock the doors of costumer court. thank you, Yours faithfully Smt.                                       I did an online recharge via PayTM on my phone number but unfortunately it happened on another number (similar to mine with just one digit difference). I want to know what can be done for this now? I have contacted paytm before and they asked me to contact airtel for the same. Have done that many times already and except for putting the blame game on eachother both organisations have no viable solution. I on my part don't want 750 Rs. to go down the drain. Pls give me a satisfactory solution to this problem and treat this as extremely important.

                                        I have requested to recharge STV 561 for BSNL west bengal circle Data Pack with Transaction Receipt Order No. #[protected][protected], but, yet have not received any recharge benefits. Details obtained from BSNL also shows no successful recharge of Rs 561. Complained to customer support to return my money, but, they did't paid any attention.
