Sir i was bought godrej expert pack and i got a vocher from pack but i can't redeem my account i am go to the paytm.com/godrejexpect and enter promocode and select the one option when i am click proceed it is not working it say select one option plz do something

I have done shopping with firstcry by paytm wallet.payment has deduct from my paytm wallet but order has not placed.i want to know about my payment, how it back into my paytm wallet .

I Bought DELLKB212USB2.0 Keyboard which is sold to me for Rs. 494(474+20shipping fee), but after getting my product MRP was only Rs.449. Paytm order id-[protected](ordered on 08/01/2016, collected on 12/01/2016)

Date[protected] Ticket #[protected] Just because I ordered a hard drive from 2 accounts doesn't mean that I'm reselling them. My order was for my personal use only. Yes I created another account, for my dad, as he's not so tech savvy. And I tried to order hard drive using both these, because in my business, I regularly need them. And the website already said 2 orders per user, but it didn't let me. So I had to make another account. Now is it that you'll give only one product to one family. So illogical! It's totally disappointing and unjustified that they put my account on hold. It was never expected of Paytm. And they gave me a warning? What the hell! They said that I must transfer my money to my bank account in 7 days, after which they will permanently ban my account.

I was trying to pay my phone bill through PAYTM, because of some error the payment was not made successfully and the amount was deducted from my account. I raised a complaint online. Just within few minutes I got a call from a person saying that he is from PAYTM, and he was asking me about the complaint I raised. He asked me to remain online and he will transfer the amount from my paytm account to my bank account . For which he started asking my card number. I told him my card number. He then said he wants to know the CVV no. Then I got confused that why a person needs my cvv no. and expiry date number. He was continuously asking me my cvv and convinced me my saying that "Ma’am, Paytm is a very big site I assure there is no such issue, you have to share your card details with me in order to get your amount back. He asked me the otp which I received by saying that this is the only way I can get my amount back. In the OTP message from bank I got the message that the transaction is made of 4k but I paid the bill of 1102. He was continuously forcing me to share the details by saying that this is the paytm rule. Because of some error he was not able to transact the amount from my account as the bank got the hint that someone is trying to hack my account. He again told me that from morning only there is some problem with your bank because of which none of the customers are able to make any transaction. Please share some other card details with me. I told him that its ok, I am not in a hurry I will get the amount back later and disconnected the phone.Just then I got a call from my bank that someone is trying to hack your account and THEY HAVE BLOCKED the card. I ordered a lenovo laptop order number [protected] after waiting for a long time. I got 5000 cashback on it. After 2 days the cashback on that product was increased to 8891. I request you to give me extra cashback or i will have to return the product and again make a new order for same product.

Please return my money back in account

The said item has still not been delivered. A specific time for delivery was agreed 9-10 days that has not been met. Order Number: MPtkt - [protected] Message: i need contact number of the seller, because some seller has complaint about paytm team didn't pickup product from them. and paytm blames on seller that they unable to dispatch order. we shop from exiting offers & more cashback. but since last month i had ordered leather jacket 4times. but its every time canceled. paytm says its canceled by seller. but when i contact with the seller, they told me product is ready & packed with invoice, but nobodies come from for pickup this order. they skipped it. now i know this is not sellers its paytm mistake. because they offer more n dont want to sale on low price. after order canceled they refunded & we search other deal on same site, just because our money is engaged with paytm wallet.

Hi, I tried paying my idea postpaid mobile no. ([protected]) of amount rs. 1102 through paytm, at the end it directed that it paid the bill of airtel. How is that possible? Paytm is just fake site which is not loyal to their customers. I just added amount of500rs through my debit card but the money does not reflect in my paytm wallet. So now I decided that I am fileing case against you

On Dec 24, 2015, I had ordered Pigeon 3 Burner Gas Stove from Paytm. Order id was [protected]. Order was of amount Rs 5, 494. They took 100 Rs addtional as shipping charges. On Dec 30, 2015 ordered was delivered to my Kandivali address. But the Gas stove delivered was broken. On the same day I raised a return request. Next day I got a mail from Paytm saying, we could collect the Parcel from your address. Please send the parcel back to merchant yourself. I couried the Parcel back to the seller on jan 01, 2016 By Trackon Courier. AWB number is[protected]. I paid additional 350 Rs as courier charges. Till today the courier is not delivered as the seller Address they had given was incorrect and the courier guy could not locate the address. Parcel is still lying with the courier company. Additionally Paytm has now rejected the Refund request as parcel did not reach them in time. I have sent repeated mails to Paytm, but there is no response from them. I request you to please take this matter on priority and please help me to get my hard earn money back.
