Hello,

I have bought ON Serious mass gainer health product from Paytm on 5/01/2016. After 3 days, cashback INR 2500.00 has been credited to my PayTM wallet. On the same day, some fraud personality tried to hack my account and do the Videocon d2h DTH recharge, however, he/she does not succeed in that.
He/she tried continuously 3 days and finally successfully recharged on 11th jan.
i came to know about this incident through mail and i have changed my Paytm password and sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com for fraud case/cyber crime.

Note: I have received a mail from Paytm with subject 'Your Recharge of Videocon d2h DTH 97892773 for Rs.2500 was Successful' .

They have responded me with system generated mail of sorry, we are looking into it and bla bla bla..
I have taken follow up for several times and mail them with screenshot o[censored]nsuccessful attempt in paytm account and send them which could be helpful to investigate quickly.

However, they still do not respond me clearly about fraud incident. There is no security when we pay using paytm wallet. #PayTMKaro
Even they are not able to find out the person name who has recharged from my account through IP address. Its really annoying when i clearly ask him details and how to get those details, still they do not respond me and not able to find that fraud personality. If #PayTM is not able to secure ones wallet, then why such services they are providing to us which they can not able to provide securely.!!!

I am not getting what exactly Paytm cybercell is doing!!???!!!

    Hi Team,

    I have booked OYO rooms on 31st December 2015 through PAYTM but due to some reason I cancelled that. After cancelling I have called OYO and told them cancel my room which they did and was cleared from their end.

    When I called OYO on 3rd Jan 2016 they said that the whole amount has been refunded back to PAYTM. I called PAYTM and they said me to mail, So i mailed them regarding my refund on 4th Jan 2016 for which I got reply on 5th Jan 2016 saying that the amount has been refunded back by OYO and same would be credited in my account within 7 working days.

    After that from 15th Jan onwards till today i.e., 20th Jan 2016 I am daily mailing them and asking them about the refund but they are not responding anything. When i called the customer care number they are saying these queries are not handled on phone and I need to mail them. From last 3 days they are escallating the the concerned department itseems as I am calling them but in vain.

    Still i didnt got any reply from them nor I got my money back. Please tell me how can I tackle them.

        After receiving the product it was sad that the dress material was different from what it had claimed and also the size. It had mentioned that it can fit up to a 44 inch person since i am 32 inch size person its not fitting . even dhuppta is totally different i need a replacement.

            Being a regular customer of paytm, Purchasing stuff almost every other day from them I requested wallet upgradation on 22nd dec 2015. And since then I have written numerous mails regarding the same whereas After every mail i just recieve a response stating "we are working on the issue and resolve it in 24-48hrs". And now without any communication they just sent me a SMS "as per your feedback given to partner agency, we are closing your wallet upgrade request"(Please note: No feedback is given by me). Which clearly means that paytm is just trying to delay the cashback by any means and hold the money for longer time without paying any interest against it. After a month and multiple mails they say we have closed the upgrade request for no reason which means people have to wait for their own money and get it back in installments every month limited to 10k per month. They are just trying to fool the people. Surfing around the web I saw alot of posts with same issue which clearly means they are intentionally harrasing people by holding the money.

                  I used my Wallet money of Rs. 151 on 19 Jan'16 for recharging 197 pack. But this transaction technically faild.I used my netbanking for paying of Rs.197. My current balance Rs.16 in my paytm wallet which was cash back offer.

Dear Sir my bank account debited by Rs. 42 and Rs. 8 Pay TM Wallet against this order, but recharge is not done.                         I use paytm wallet to order item from ebay and as product found defective i return them. when i call to ebay care they said that amount already paid to your respective wallet amount and they given me some reference no. and contact to your wallet service i try to send mail to paytm/care but no answer.. from paytm side. please help all amount around 1000.

                            I am Tanumoy from Kolkata.
                            One of my friend asked to recharge a top up in her BSNL Kolkata mobile for which I opened the PayTM site and found Full Talk Time @Rs. 110 and did it on 29th Nov, 2015 at 8:26 PM.

                            I thought to do a recharge on my father's mobile since it is giving full talk time and did the same recharge in my father's BSNL Kolkata number for Rs. 110 at 9:19 PM.
                            When I checked the balance, I actually received Rs. 93. Immediately I called my friend and got to know that she has also received Rs. 93 only.

                            Then I have raised my concern to [protected]@paytm.com and got Rs. 17 refunded on 5th Dec, 4:46 PM.
                            I have requested them to refund the same amount for the second recharge that I did but couldn't receive the correct benefit.
                            Here the story begins where we have already exchanged 20 mails and its already 1.5 months over and they are keeping on exchanging mails without refunding the money to me.
                            What they are currently saying that as per their rules I need to provide them screen-shot of the amount received on the recharge.
                            I tried to explain them that how could it be possible to take a screen-shot of the message which came as a flash message in my mobile and also 1.5 months back. But they are quite clear that they can't able to refund unless I provide the screen-shot.
                            My query is if PayTM has certain rules then why didn't they ask me when they refunded the amount for the first recharge, why is it arising for the second one ?

                            I am attaching the proof that I have recharged twice on the same day and already they have refunded once for not providing the correct benefit. Then why does they require screen-shot to refund the amount for the second recharge ?

                                    I have purchased products on paytm mall and Offer, after the successful dilvered of product you will recd promocode... while I am using promocode its shows "promocode is not activated yert"...can you please suggest when and who will activate the promocode.

                                    They literally have no customer care number.
                                    They have chat bots on the app, and even the chat bots only cover just 10% of the issues.

                                    It is amazing that this mediocre company has been handed the shopping transactions of over 100B people, which amounts to an insane amount of money for no good reason. They must have bribed everyone at the top of this BJP govt. to get where they are now. Demonetization was done so PayTM could benefit.

                                    Now this company handles almost all the payments of all Indians and has no customer care! I don't understand how this is not on the news!

                                    They send discount coupons and they don't work, and they have no option to report "this coupon did not work" and no customer care call centre number or even chat with an agent option. There is just no way to report any of their faults. Indian courts are sleeping! There is just jungle raj in India there is no justice. Whoever bribes gets ahead.

                                      I have recharged for rs. 499/- in my mts mblaze at 2:30 pm at the time of transaction money has been debited from my bank account and status of my order got payment confirmation awaited. I have called customer care numbers but most of the time line is busy or it says i will get confirmation call after 2 hours but its 4:52 pm n almost 2:20 hours since i had recharged but i have got my recharge and the main thing is if payment has been debited from my account at that time then why so much delay in process??? Please either refund money or make my recharge successful.

                                        I tried to pay my Torrent Power utility bill 1 dec[protected]/- through Paytm, the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 50 days since this transaction took place. It is more than days since I have raised a complaint, I have neither received a solution refund nor has any executive contacted me Torrent power says they have not received any payment as the transaction failed while it was processed to Paytm and hence they cant help resolve this
