I Kamal Nayan wanted to say that I ordered two Samsung class 10 memory cards worth Rs 888 order no [protected] item no [protected] with online payment mode but when I received my order it was packed very nicely but there was only one memory card present in it. I complaint about it immediately on PAYTM call center there they told me to file complaint and upload the faulty image but it was unable to upload the image. I called the customer support no. which was also not working. So I filed a written complaint via speed post regd. no. ARD[protected]IN to the head office two months ago but there is no response from your side. Now I have paid for two memory cards but have just got one memory card. this is clearly cheating with the costumer and hence I want my product to be back otherwise unwillingly I have to knock the doors of costumer court. thank you, Yours faithfully Smt.       I did an online recharge via PayTM on my phone number but unfortunately it happened on another number (similar to mine with just one digit difference). I want to know what can be done for this now? I have contacted paytm before and they asked me to contact airtel for the same. Have done that many times already and except for putting the blame game on eachother both organisations have no viable solution. I on my part don't want 750 Rs. to go down the drain. Pls give me a satisfactory solution to this problem and treat this as extremely important.

        I have requested to recharge STV 561 for BSNL west bengal circle Data Pack with Transaction Receipt Order No. #[protected][protected], but, yet have not received any recharge benefits. Details obtained from BSNL also shows no successful recharge of Rs 561. Complained to customer support to return my money, but, they did't paid any attention.

              Customer care has not been able to resolve my complain and now they not responding. Product delivered by PAYTM is not according to description many a time and my money has stagnated due to their fault now they are not even responding in proper manner

                            I have ordered Jbl xtreme speaker from Paytm.com with order id no. :[protected] on 5th jan 2016for Rs. 21980 against which I has to get cashback of Rs. 8000 as soon as shipping of order is done, which was delivered on 8th jan 2016 but upto now they have not given my cashback after making more than five calls they say your problem will be resolved within 24-48 hours, but they are taking no action please find me solution

                                I tried to recharge for "Rs 97" of my Airtel mobile no. [protected] by PayTM at 16 January 2016. I saw that the amount of "Rs 97" is cut from my "SBI Account", but my mobile is not recharged. Then I checked my "paytm wallet ", there are no money. I saw here that "Your order has failed". I also tried to contact PayTM helpline number but can't connect, this number is always busy. I am very disappoint by this. My Order No -[protected] CC Transaction No - 777512 Mobile No. [protected] So I want to ask you that where is my money. l am doubtful for online shopping by this matter .
