I ve recharged my airtel digital tv account through paytm & order not confirmed yet. I mailed to cancel my order & give payment but still not received!! Take some strict actions against them.

Purchased an item Nikon DSLR camera (order id: [protected]) from your website dated Jan 8, 2016 through my credit card.
Got the deal of (30% cashback + some more discount) - Final price - 16500.
Seller updated my product as shipped and I received a cash back of 7071 Rs. But suddenly something happens after 2-3 days and my order get refunded.
I called customer support, they are saying that you can re-purchase this item again. But the cost is increased and I have to Pay 20000 Rs (After discount) for the same item.
Requesting you to please look into this matter, As my travel plan all got messed up for not having a camera. Also I need the same item at same price
Now money is deposited to my Paytm Wallet (23600 Rs) not in my account. And for bank transfer I need to pay 4% more. This is completely loot this type of company is making.

I have ordered iBall Nightingale K9 48W 2.1 Multimedia Speaker (Brown) on 12th Jan 2016 with order no [protected] and Paytm has cancelled the order on 18th Jan 2016 but I have have not received the refund in my paytm wallet. It's already 4 days gone. I have ordered this product three times but paytm failed to delivere product due to whatever reason.. They are not even telling me the reason for cancelling my order. Now my fund is blocked for rs 2600. Please do needful on URGENT BASIS.

I purchased a hard drive of wd on 20 jan 2016 with offer mentioned as 20% cashback after online transaction and cashback will be delivered within 24 hrs now today is 23 Jan 2016 but still not received..paytm is a fraud and making fake offers

Concern : I cancelled my order now i want my money back to my bank account its showing the status is success . "Transferred to BankPaytm Cash Txn ID [protected][protected]:58:54 PM " Amount is of rupees 2579 inr But i have not received any amount in my bank account . So please take any action ASAP. and respond.

I already raised 5-6 tickets paytm people are not taking it seriously no one is receiving any customer care no. PAYTM ppl replying I will get money in my bank account with in 7 days now 7 days almost over .

I rechaged today via paytm.
It shows recharge successfull but not yet i receive the balance.
It take too much time to complain...
There is no direct call to contact paytm..

This is robin.I made a transaction for order with order id [protected] of Rs 1126 for payment of mobile bill for the num [protected].still payment has not been received by airtel.Have sent many mails to paytm.They are so pathetic that they are not even replying to my mails.

I brought nokia 130 dual sim mobile from paytm, it is under warranty, and i went to customer service center, and they said these sort of mobiles not having service repair only replacement at merchant location, i am trying to connect with paytm people from 1 month no one is responding and customer care number is also not working properly, and i mailed two times till now there no response i mentioned in the below regrading ticket details, so that i am putting my complaint here, i want the solution immediately.

I made Rs 107 towards Airtel Bill payment through Paytm. Transaction/Order number is [protected].
Airtel did not receive this money even after 48 hours.
I contacted paytm and raised case 00243712. they said they will get back to me in 24 hours. but no one responded. I send many reminder mails still no response.
I called them up but no option to talk to any representative. it just says through an IVR that my Bill is processed and asked me to check with Airtel.

I ordered a tt table which was not delivered in complete package as mentioned when ordered, tried to tell them but they are not listening

I ordered herbalife weight loss product and it contain 3 box after talk with customer care executive and he also confirmed and gave me in written assurance that product contain 3 box. And total weight 800 gm as per dealer description. Dealer-Rishabh Enterprise

The request to return was accepted and I was asked to courier it back.
I have already couriered the product long back 15/1/16.

And its showing product was reached and received by merchant. I have also emailed the courier receipt so multiple times.

I am highly disappointed with the paytm team as my issue is not yet resolved even after generating so many tickets and getting assured of the refund.
Please give me back my 1585 Rs. along with courier charges 100 Rs.
I am really tired of generating tickets when no one ever gets back to me with a solution.
why it takes to much time paytm.? Why you have this kind of worst service and fraud dealer please look into it.? I will not recommend anyone to shop with paytm.
I would request paytm team to solve this issue as soon as possible.

My name is Suyash and I made a purchase of laptop from Paytm and due to issues with I returned it back within a day, the guy came to pick up and handed over a receipt for the same as well which was all according to the process. After a day Paytm asked me to send copy of receipt and I did the same since it requires for getting the money refunded. The refund amount was Rs. 33221/- but from past 15 days they are still struggling to get my money back to my account.
According to Paytm policy the amount should be credit within 3 to 10 days and I contacted my bank for the same and go to know that as per RBI guidelines any electronic funds transfer takes 24 hours at max.
My Paytm order number is [protected] and I am seriously in doubt since its been more than 10 days.
Can anyone give me a definite answer and help me out in resolving my query? Its a huge amount for me and I need it anyhow back into my account as I have been saving this from a year to purchase a brand new laptop. This is really worst experience so far. Need a resolution to this soon.

I made a purchase from PayTM and received a wrong product which is totally different from the item shown on site. On site it is showing LED Photo frame but received one doesn't have any LED feature its a normal Ganesha photo available in market in 50 rs. I write to PayTM about it but they didn't take any action.

In return policy mentioned on product, it is also saying that if I am getting wrong product I will get refund for it.

I put a request to their customer care but no reply from them till now.

Hi Paytm Team,

I was trying to pay my mobile bill through Paytm, it took half an hour and the message comes that the order failed (order #[protected]). The amount got added to my Wallet and i decided to transfer the amount back to my bank account (paytm wallet txn id [protected] ) and transferred to bank Txn Id [protected] dated 12 jan 2016. It's been almost 10 days that i haven't got my money back in to my Bank Account. This is really shameful act by the Paytm that some one has to wait for such longtime for just a simple process that too in this I.T. era.
This is totally unacceptable . I want the Paytm authorities to act swiftly with successful credit transaction of (INR 889) in to my ICICI bank account.
