I ordered herbalife weight loss product and it contain 3 box after talk with customer care executive and he also confirmed and gave me in written assurance that product contain 3 box. And total weight 800 gm as per dealer description. Dealer-Rishabh Enterprise

But the product I received was contain only 2 box total weight 550 gm only and missing 1 box(250gm).
So I returned a product because Its incomplete and not as per the description.
The request to return was accepted and I was asked to courier it back.
I have already couriered the product long back 15/1/16.
By professional courier Tracking ID - VAL2395675.
And its showing product was reached and received by merchant. I have also emailed the courier receipt so multiple times.
Tickets no[protected],[protected],[protected].
I am highly disappointed with the paytm team as my issue is not yet resolved even after generating so many tickets and getting assured of the refund.
Please give me back my 1585 Rs. along with courier charges 100 Rs.
I am really tired of generating tickets when no one ever gets back to me with a solution.
why it takes to much time paytm.? Why you have this kind of worst service and fraud dealer please look into it.? I will not recommend anyone to shop with paytm.
I would request paytm team to solve this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    My name is Suyash and I made a purchase of laptop from Paytm and due to issues with I returned it back within a day, the guy came to pick up and handed over a receipt for the same as well which was all according to the process. After a day Paytm asked me to send copy of receipt and I did the same since it requires for getting the money refunded. The refund amount was Rs. 33221/- but from past 15 days they are still struggling to get my money back to my account.
    According to Paytm policy the amount should be credit within 3 to 10 days and I contacted my bank for the same and go to know that as per RBI guidelines any electronic funds transfer takes 24 hours at max.
    My Paytm order number is [protected] and I am seriously in doubt since its been more than 10 days.
    Can anyone give me a definite answer and help me out in resolving my query? Its a huge amount for me and I need it anyhow back into my account as I have been saving this from a year to purchase a brand new laptop. This is really worst experience so far. Need a resolution to this soon.

      I made a purchase from PayTM and received a wrong product which is totally different from the item shown on site. On site it is showing LED Photo frame but received one doesn't have any LED feature its a normal Ganesha photo available in market in 50 rs. I write to PayTM about it but they didn't take any action.

      In return policy mentioned on product, it is also saying that if I am getting wrong product I will get refund for it.

      I put a request to their customer care but no reply from them till now.

        Hi Paytm Team,

        I was trying to pay my mobile bill through Paytm, it took half an hour and the message comes that the order failed (order #[protected]). The amount got added to my Wallet and i decided to transfer the amount back to my bank account (paytm wallet txn id [protected] ) and transferred to bank Txn Id [protected] dated 12 jan 2016. It's been almost 10 days that i haven't got my money back in to my Bank Account. This is really shameful act by the Paytm that some one has to wait for such longtime for just a simple process that too in this I.T. era.
        This is totally unacceptable . I want the Paytm authorities to act swiftly with successful credit transaction of (INR 889) in to my ICICI bank account.

          My balance was deducted from the paytm wallet due to accidental technical issue.
          Its been 3 weeks and they have not resolved the issue. They asked my bank account statement twice and still they are not resolving it. I email them thrice and each time they reply "give us 24-48 hrs". Don't they value time? Ridiculous & disaapointing.
          I have transferred an amount of Rs. 3000 in the month of October 2015 to paytm wallet. But money was not added to my account. When I enquire about it, i got a response saying due to suspecious transaction money was not reflected in the account and said they will add the money back to the credit card used during transaction.

          But its since a month after the response, money is still not added either back to card or to paytm account.

          Even after repeatedly raising complaint regarding the issue, paytm customer care is not at all providing any response.

            I have tried to recharge my number:[protected] from https://paytm.com/(PayTM) of an amount of RS 201 but recharge won't happened due to technical issue from subscriber side.However, I emailed and stated my query to Paytm customer care they convinced me that the amount deducted from the account will be credited into my bank account as they are working on it.Yesterday(21/Jan/2016), I got one call regarding refund of money from Mob No :[protected] on the name of Paytm consumer forum court as they insisted me your query has been under processed further.Initially, I refused to accept the communication but later anyhow they convinced me and taken my SBI debit card number to refund the same and after some time an amount of RS 800 was deducted from my bank account, Later on, they told refund transaction won't be happened to you SBI debit card related account due to your card is invalid, after that they have asked for another Bank debit card on urgency manner.So, finally i got one of my colleague having account in Bank of India(BOI), they have taken the Card details(Card number, CVV, Card Validity etc), After providing the details they keep me on hold as call went for around 1hrs 10mins for the confirmation regarding the refund of an amount Rs 201.Later, an amount of around Rs 25000 was deducted in 3 instalments from my colleague(Jyoti Kumari) account(BOI). So, I request you to take my complain and filed a case against them.Hopefully, you will accept it as serious concerns & take steps against them.Kindly, reach me out for further information on my mob no.[protected].

                I liked the colour of the product which was red and blue stripes.So I ordered the product.It was delivered on 20th January, 2016.But when I saw the product I was disappointed with the colour and quality of the product.It was of low quality and I was shocked with the variation of the colour which it shown and which the product was delivered.The colours looks bleached and they became very light.So expecting a good response from the Company and the Seller.

                  I ordered iphone 6 and in 15 min . and for reason i canceled my order before seller received it. the status says the amount has been refunded. but i dont see that amount credited to my SBI account.I see definite discrepancies here. as 42968 is huge amount for any transaction.

                        Dear Sir,

                        i have purshed Micromax 40 inch LED TV. I received damaged product. After that i have contacted with paytm care & they accept my returned request on 29-Dec-2015 but still this this product is lying at my end.

                        From that day i have already contacted with paytm care but every time i got fake commitment.

                        So i request you please help me to refund my amount with interest because due to this delay i have already paid late payment charge with my bank.

                          I did a transaction using my credit card for mobile bill payment on 4th Jan 2016 at paytm.com, but Paytm displayed transaction pending and the amount got deducted from my credit card. Later that I raised a ticket to the paytm support which didn't get replied and I had to raised an another ticket again for the same and they replied that within 3 - 10 days it will be refunded to your bank account. Its been over 15 days now and no refund can be seen yet, meanwhile I had word with the bank executive 12 days later since the transaction and they said Paytm has accepted the amount and didn't refund yet and it will not show up in the account until their refund then I raised 3rd more ticket for the same reason to the Paytm and still waiting for the reply. Besides, I tried to reach Paytm support via phone calls but it never happened.

                          I request you to please resolve my query.

                            I added 1000 ₹ to my paytm wallet on 18/01/2016 17:42 P.M
                            Money debited from my account by POS NO.11773933
                            TXN. NO. #[protected]. but paytm show the txn failed.
                            Paytm txn no. is [protected]. Money not credited in neither my account nor in paytm wallet yet.where is my money? Please solve the problem.
                            I added 117 ₹ to my paytm wallet on 22/05/2016
                            Money debited from my account by PG-[protected] but due to network failure the tranaction was failed

                              I was purchasing some products from Firstcry.com. It has the option to pay via paytm. When I transacted via paytm, the amount got debited from my credit card; but it showed the transaction was unsuccessful. When I inquired about this from the bank, the bank has told that the transaction was successful from their side and paytm has already got the money. I am repeatedly sending emails and phone calls to paytm customer care service, but i am not getting any reply from them neither via phone nor via email.

                                  I booked a sony KDL-W700C television from paytm website on Jan 18 2016, later after booking I came from one my friend that paytm is not a authorized seller for selling sony products and I confirmed the same with sony customer service. As soon as I got the confirmation from Sony I called and emailed to paytm requesting them to cancel my order:[protected] but they are denying to cancel it. I requesting to cancel my order and process full refund to my bank account for the same.

                                      I recharge my distv through paytm. I paid my amount rs 260 through online banking my payment is deducted from my a/c but tv is not recharge and paytm is show payment pending my order no is [protected] date is 14-1-16.
                                      I mail paytm customer care 2-3 time but not any action taken. I Request u to pls reversal my amount

                                        I wrongly selected wrong size & wrong address while placing the order on paytm. I want to modify my order but paytm team is not responding to my call.

                                        Order placed on 21st Jan-2016 at 02:03 AM.

                                        Trying to modify it at 9 AM on same day.
