I have tried to recharge my number:[protected] from https://paytm.com/(PayTM) of an amount of RS 201 but recharge won't happened due to technical issue from subscriber side.However, I emailed and stated my query to Paytm customer care they convinced me that the amount deducted from the account will be credited into my bank account as they are working on it.Yesterday(21/Jan/2016), I got one call regarding refund of money from Mob No :[protected] on the name of Paytm consumer forum court as they insisted me your query has been under processed further.Initially, I refused to accept the communication but later anyhow they convinced me and taken my SBI debit card number to refund the same and after some time an amount of RS 800 was deducted from my bank account, Later on, they told refund transaction won't be happened to you SBI debit card related account due to your card is invalid, after that they have asked for another Bank debit card on urgency manner.So, finally i got one of my colleague having account in Bank of India(BOI), they have taken the Card details(Card number, CVV, Card Validity etc), After providing the details they keep me on hold as call went for around 1hrs 10mins for the confirmation regarding the refund of an amount Rs 201.Later, an amount of around Rs 25000 was deducted in 3 instalments from my colleague(Jyoti Kumari) account(BOI). So, I request you to take my complain and filed a case against them.Hopefully, you will accept it as serious concerns & take steps against them.Kindly, reach me out for further information on my mob no.[protected].
But its since a month after the response, money is still not added either back to card or to paytm account.
Even after repeatedly raising complaint regarding the issue, paytm customer care is not at all providing any response.
