i have purshed Micromax 40 inch LED TV. I received damaged product. After that i have contacted with paytm care & they accept my returned request on 29-Dec-2015 but still this this product is lying at my end.

I did a transaction using my credit card for mobile bill payment on 4th Jan 2016 at paytm.com, but Paytm displayed transaction pending and the amount got deducted from my credit card. I booked a sony KDL-W700C television from paytm website on Jan 18 2016, later after booking I came from one my friend that paytm is not a authorized seller for selling sony products and I confirmed the same with sony customer service. Received duplicate fastrack NE9734SL01 women's analog watch from payTM online shopping website.
The belt of the watch is not a original and its of cheap quality.
Color of the ordered watch is different from the received product.

I paid Rs 8 from my wallet and Rs 242 from my card.
Due to some reasons my transaction got failed and money got debited from my credit card.
I raised this issue with PyTM via tkt no[protected]. They have added Rs 8 into my wallet and asked me to return remaining 242 in next 3-10 working days into my bank account.

I had ordered 6 items in two orders on 15th from paytm app. i recieved the cashback of one order and did not recieve the cashback for second offer. when i mailed them my concern they reverted that i had not applied the promo shop10. the promo which thier system was showin on 15jan valid till 15 jan was FAB45. this is so bad that after applying everything properly ive to face such issue. pls help getting this sorted....

On 18th Jan 2016 I opted to pay via PayTM wallet from eBay cart, then it went to paytm page where I entered my credit card credentials and submitted. I got success message on Paytm's payment page about Rs 3385, even I recieved sms from my bank about the debit which is also in my credit card transaction statement.
Now I contacted PayTM about same, and they seem to have many types of automated responses- 1st email asking my details...

1) The Seller turned down the order after 5 days of placing the order!
2) Refund not initiated - called customer service. Part refund is initiated this morning. I am asked to wait for the remaining refund, for 48 hours.
3) PAYTM does not have a provision in their website to feedback on the seller!!! and they call it an ecommerce site - basic!!
4) The customer service is so hard...
