On 13/01/2016 I have done a transaction for recharging a mobile number([protected]) of Rs.199/- through this Paytm website. Unfortunately, the amount got debited from my bank A/C and still the payment failed as well as the recharge. I contacted Paytm Customer Care for refunding my money as the same was debited from my bank A/C. Then they had confirmed that the money didn't reach them. After that I have requested them a several times to provide the transaction ID of the same, but till now they don't bother to provide me that ID. Without the ID I can not contact my bank branch for refunding the money. I am really unable to understand that when I am asking such a small information from them about the failed transaction, why don't they bother to provide the details to me. Pls help me to get the transaction ID, I really need it.
You should wait for the money to get back in your account. This is a normal scenario, in case of any failed transaction it take 2-3 days to credit the money back to your account.
Paytm cannot provide you the transaction ID since they haven't received the amount. In fact you should ask your bank for the transaction ID and confirm with them whether it has been paid to Paytm or not.

    From last 4 days paytm wallet is showing that amount has been transferred to my bank account but no refund is seen in my bank account. Inspite of complaining continuosly to their customercare no response is given. Kindly see to it and solve my issue

      Hi, I was downloading my tickets. Site was taking more time to load. I clicked on download tickets as shown in attached image. First it showed me only download tickets button. After the site got loaded completely download tickets was replaced by cancel ticket button and download tickets button moved left to cancel ticket as shown in another attached image. now my bus ticket got cancelled. I reported this to Paytm but did not receive any positive feedback. I want my money for the cancelled ticket. Paytm is saying that as per the rules tickets cancelled within 24 hrs will receive no refund. That was OK if I cancelled ticket. But this is an issue in paytm site that cancelled my ticket Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks, Mohit

          Amount is deducted from my bank account but recharge is not done. Complete my recharge or back my money, Recharge is regarding DTH amount of 609 and recharge validity is 3 month tell me why this not complete. And your helpline toll free contact number is always busy do something soon we are not able to watch our TV. We are in trouble.. Otherwise I want my money back.

            This is regarding paytm order #[protected]. I booked bus ticket from pune to hyderabad of 1212.85Rs on 24th Dec 2015. The amount was deducted from my credit card but ticket was not booked. I called customer care more than 5 times and sent the mail more than 10 times but no response from paytm. There is not refund from your side after 24th Dec. Please refund the amount ASAP because it more than 20days. Reference number of query is #00121187

              Hi PayTM is very fraud company, it gives attractive offers but does multiple frauds. They have blocked my PayTM account without informing me. When I have complaint for the same then they told me that they received alert from the back for some fraud by me. When I asked for details they are not giving the correct details and the issue is now more than two months old. There was more than 1700/- in my wallet what they have blocked. When I write mails they reply that please give us 48-72 hours and after that also they does not send any update. Today they are sending me a mail that there was a fraud on 2nd Nov in a 249/- recharge that I have done through my Credit card. And they are asking for credit card statement. I have discontinued with that credit card in November itself because of fraud transaction from Credit card company. Now at this point of time I am unable to provide the statement. Even I have told them to block only 249/- that have the issue and release the rest amount but they are not doing. Could any one please inform me how and where to complaint for the same.                 I received this product [protected](Fossil ES1967 Women's Analog Watch) with effective price of 4546/- and today I saw that its effective price is 3247/-. price is decrease by 1299/-. in less than 7 days so its not right and I would request you to either refund me 1299/- or I will return this product and then order the same product in less price.                     I ordered 3 skullcandy earphones on 14 july 2015 from my other id . These earphones were having manufacturer warranty of 6 months . So i took my earphones to skullcandy service centre and they refused to repair or change them as they told me that these earphones are not original. And my earphones started misbehavibg right after 10 days of purchase. I will take strict action against u i[censored] dont respond to my request as u supply fake products.

                      I have purchased a pack of 10 pairs of men socks from paytm. The order was shipped through Delhivery logistics services. on 9th Jan at 8 PM I received a message from the company saying your product is delivered successfully, I was surprised with the message because the delivery boy from the company didn't even called me once for delivery then how could it got delivered when neither me nor anyone else received the order. when i contacted to the delhivery they told me that its to late today and as tomorrow is Sunday we are processing your complaint and we will provied you the delivery proof, since then I have called both to paytm and to Delhivery as well, but still i didn't get my order. Each of the time i am calling then they are saying that we are processing your complaint, once our team go through it you will get the proof, but still I didn't get anything. Even PAYTM is also not helping me in the matter. I am very much sad and depressed with the response from both the company. Now I am feeling cheated for 600rs.

                        Hi Sir, I had ordered Bean Bag on 14 dec 2015 of order no : [protected] for 2500rs. They Had given wrong Tracking number for courier partner FEDEX and the Tracking Number is "[protected]" ...Immediately I had contacted fedex customer about the tracking number and they said our fedex tracking number will be 11 digits and then i had informed to Paytm...they said we will look out your issue and resolve in 72 hours but later after two days i had seen the status as my order is delivered. Once again i had contacted with paytm and raise a ticket about my issue ...till now the order was not delivered to me and paytm support is very worst and they keep on saying we will resolve your issue next 72 hours ...It is almost one month and they didn't comeback and at least they are not calling to me about my ticket . My Paytm Ticket no is :[protected]... Please help me out to get back my money One thing i should say ...Please make a new rule in IT LAW saying that every online shopping website should have customer care number on home page and the customer should connect the online support representative within 3 mins. If these things does not happen then the online sopping website should be block and they don'st have rights to promote there ad's in TV and Internet

                          We have ordered one t shirt for our friends birthday. but they have given some wrong product, I hv returned it and ordered again, Boom Wong Product! Again and again. 4 Times we have faced this problem. Worst service ever. and there customer care number does not even have an option to talk to some representative person. I am so disappointed that I am gonna post my reviews wherever I can.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, Cash back of 9999 received till nowfor my iphone 6s have order no. Order Number: MPtkt - [protected], when we complaint they told me to upgrade wallet... apply for the wallet upgrade on 25 dec, till now message come " we will upgrade soon"... till now no updates regarding this..they only give me reply no actions till now.. take the proper action against them. i already mail to their customer care 3 4 times but no solution till now and paytm cross their limits . To upgrade paytm wallet they have to send a person to collect my documents, till now no calls no person come to collect my documents.

                                        Dear Team, That’s what I have already mention in this below request that it has not gave me an option of applying promo code and directly completes the transaction even without asking me that you have enough fund in your wallet and proceed with the transaction with your wallet. I am asking for refund of my money instead of cashback as I do not want to recharge this number as I was just searching for various coupon code to be applied for my future need but suddenly when I click on proceed button then directly money has been debited from my id even without giving me and option of applying promo code and also even not asking me about directly debit from my walle.so kindly help to refund my money and cancel this transaction.
