    I had ordered 6 items in two orders on 15th from paytm app. i recieved the cashback of one order and did not recieve the cashback for second offer. when i mailed them my concern they reverted that i had not applied the promo shop10. the promo which thier system was showin on 15jan valid till 15 jan was FAB45. this is so bad that after applying everything properly ive to face such issue. pls help getting this sorted.

    moreover just now i have recieved a guy saying he is from paytm and asking for my personal details and was saying that i will get my cashback in my bank account. what the hell!!! his num is [protected]

      On 18th Jan 2016 I opted to pay via PayTM wallet from eBay cart, then it went to paytm page where I entered my credit card credentials and submitted. I got success message on Paytm's payment page about Rs 3385, even I recieved sms from my bank about the debit which is also in my credit card transaction statement.
      Now I contacted PayTM about same, and they seem to have many types of automated responses- 1st email asking my details which I gave including the bank statement copy they asked for, 2nd email I got that they would revert back by 24-72hrs(that much? I mean atleast confirm the debit from your side instead of these automated/pre-written replies formats. 3-Then today I got reply that it would take 24-48hrs to reply. I really don't understand it credit card statement can be updated during these day, which I suppose was the slowest process where payment is considered but PayTM broke that record since they don't even seem to have confirmation yet on the debited amount.. Where it is, yes/no, how u would be reverting back that amount ?- tum #Paytm karo, ho gaya to thik warna dhunte raho paise".. Non bearable service by a so called wallet/payment medium whose transaction system check does not has clarity or I guess they don't know. Once they update there passbook when they visit their bank probably then they might issue me cheque, as I guess they are not Internet friendly.

        Dear Sir/Mam,
        I am Meesam Abbas, i was two recharge of Rs. 250 from Paytm for my Dish TV id [protected] but one was successful recharge and second was not recharged (recharge failed) both recharge amount deducted from my bank account. Unsuccessful Paytm Order id is [protected] on 11 January 2016 timing 06:57 pm.

        Plz resolve my problem and refund my amount of Rs. 250 as early as possible.

          1) The Seller turned down the order after 5 days of placing the order!
          2) Refund not initiated - called customer service. Part refund is initiated this morning. I am asked to wait for the remaining refund, for 48 hours.
          3) PAYTM does not have a provision in their website to feedback on the seller!!! and they call it an ecommerce site - basic!!
          4) The customer service is so hard to get through and their IVR does not have an option to get straight to them.
          5) Even though you have typed in the product number, there is no information with the representative once you get through...have to take them through it all over again!!!

            Dear PayTM
            Reference is made to Orpat OCH-1420 Infrared Room Heater (Brown) “Money not credited to wallet after returning of product of (Order [protected].

            I'm writing to you in regard of my money not refunded to my wallet till date . As mentioned in mail number of times before that I have returned the product to dealer myself. The dealer had accepted the product, gave me a receiving note also on his own shop visiting card. He himself also enclosed a mail to PayTM regarding the receiving of the product.

            Now the scenario which arises is that PayTM is not in a mode to refund my money. So WHY aren’t they refunding the money and troubling me over this issue for nearly a week.

            I with great patience expect PayTM to resolve the issue soon. Because PayTM customer care is just of no use, as I may have certainly exceeded Gmail's mail capacity, writing mails to PayTM!!!

            In hope for immediate response and quick action.

              Dear sir, please note down my paytm txn ids [protected], [protected], [protected] with orders no.s 2241161, [protected], 55633150 respectively . I have not got any cashbacks for the following orders of mine. More than 48 hours have been passed but no cashback has been credited. Paytm is mainly known for its cashback offers and if we people Don't receive cashbacks on time then its all in vain to use paytm.What is the actual reason behind it?? Please see to this problem and solve it as soon as possible and return my cashbacks as soon as possible. Thank you!!

                  Airtel recharge of rs 75 mentioned as ful 75 talktime with national SMS @.50 rs but after recharge got 0 talktime however the amt came in SMS benefit 75 with zero rs balance...I loatmy 85 rs coz your wrong mentioning of the offer...pls refund me...
                  It's my mistake that I trust paytm more than anyone... I hope I get it resolved at your end

                    I recharged my no. [protected] with rs 390 full talktime on 10th jan 2016 but i didn't get talktime as well as my refund . Now its 10th day nd no one will help me . I am very much disappointed with patm services as the didn't give me any status of my deducted amount. I attach screenshot of order and customer care rply pls resolve my issue.

                      I was ordering cake from Foodpanda, I paid foodpanda via PayTM wallet. the money got deducted from my wallet but the order was not processed in foodpanda.

                      After logging complaint on both the sites, Foodpanda sent me the mail where PayTM confirmed that the money will be refunded in PayTM account. Even after constantly following with PayTM customer care, they are failing to refund the money.

                      I have provided them all the details and even the mail from Foodpanda. It has been 3 day but they are not responding.

                      I would be really great if i get my money refunded in my Paytm Wallet.

                        This is to inform you that I had place an order of Sizzle Twist Container 575ml(Set of 2)(Order Id:[protected]) on 13th January 2016 from Paytm.When i got delivery of the product on 17th January 2016 i found that both of the containers in 1 box are damaged.I had requested for the return of this item on the same day.Next day reverse pickup is generated from the courier partner, Parcelled Courier.The boy came for the pickup of the item but he refused to take along with him stating the reason we will not accept returns of damaged product.On the evening of 17th January 2016 a call came from Parcelled Courier regarding the return of the item that we are not responsible for the return kindly mail your concern to paytm. The product was initially damaged in condition and we are not responsible in this.Paytm is not accepting my return and i am afraid whether i will get any re[censored]ion of the problem or not.

                        Hereby i am attaching the pictures showing the damaged condition of the product.

                        Kindly find out the best possible way in the form of exchange or refund and make me convientant.

                              I think that PAYTM is not able to secure our transaction information, i am getting alot of fraud calls identifying themself from bank and i am pointing out at PAYTM because i am getting the message to pay paytm Rs.1000 from my bank a/c and getting the fraud call again and again asking for the OTP which is not done by me its out of my knowledge, my bank a/c may not be safe

                                  Hello,

                                  I have bought ON Serious mass gainer health product from Paytm on 5/01/2016. After 3 days, cashback INR 2500.00 has been credited to my PayTM wallet. On the same day, some fraud personality tried to hack my account and do the Videocon d2h DTH recharge, however, he/she does not succeed in that.
                                  He/she tried continuously 3 days and finally successfully recharged on 11th jan.
                                  i came to know about this incident through mail and i have changed my Paytm password and sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com for fraud case/cyber crime.

                                  Note: I have received a mail from Paytm with subject 'Your Recharge of Videocon d2h DTH 97892773 for Rs.2500 was Successful' .

                                  They have responded me with system generated mail of sorry, we are looking into it and bla bla bla..
                                  I have taken follow up for several times and mail them with screenshot o[censored]nsuccessful attempt in paytm account and send them which could be helpful to investigate quickly.

                                  However, they still do not respond me clearly about fraud incident. There is no security when we pay using paytm wallet. #PayTMKaro
                                  Even they are not able to find out the person name who has recharged from my account through IP address. Its really annoying when i clearly ask him details and how to get those details, still they do not respond me and not able to find that fraud personality. If #PayTM is not able to secure ones wallet, then why such services they are providing to us which they can not able to provide securely.!!!

                                  I am not getting what exactly Paytm cybercell is doing!!???!!!

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have booked OYO rooms on 31st December 2015 through PAYTM but due to some reason I cancelled that. After cancelling I have called OYO and told them cancel my room which they did and was cleared from their end.

                                    When I called OYO on 3rd Jan 2016 they said that the whole amount has been refunded back to PAYTM. I called PAYTM and they said me to mail, So i mailed them regarding my refund on 4th Jan 2016 for which I got reply on 5th Jan 2016 saying that the amount has been refunded back by OYO and same would be credited in my account within 7 working days.

                                    After that from 15th Jan onwards till today i.e., 20th Jan 2016 I am daily mailing them and asking them about the refund but they are not responding anything. When i called the customer care number they are saying these queries are not handled on phone and I need to mail them. From last 3 days they are escallating the the concerned department itseems as I am calling them but in vain.

                                    Still i didnt got any reply from them nor I got my money back. Please tell me how can I tackle them.

                                        After receiving the product it was sad that the dress material was different from what it had claimed and also the size. It had mentioned that it can fit up to a 44 inch person since i am 32 inch size person its not fitting . even dhuppta is totally different i need a replacement.
