Dear Team, That’s what I have already mention in this below request that it has not gave me an option of applying promo code and directly completes the transaction even without asking me that you have enough fund in your wallet and proceed with the transaction with your wallet. I am asking for refund of my money instead of cashback as I do not want to recharge this number as I was just searching for various coupon code to be applied for my future need but suddenly when I click on proceed button then directly money has been debited from my id even without giving me and option of applying promo code and also even not asking me about directly debit from my walle.so kindly help to refund my money and cancel this transaction. Pathetic Online Shopping !! I placed an order for Philips 2.1 Speaker and money was deducted from my bank. Next day, received a confirmation message that my order has been acknowledged by the Seller. I was checking the status of my order on daily basis and after 5 days the order was cancelled. NO NOTIFICATION, NO EMAIL, NO CALLS, NOTHING and the order is cancelled. The offer is gone as well and my money is STUCK IN PAYTM FOR 45 DAYS (AND THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE IS TO SHOP THROUGH PAYTM AND I CANNOT TRANSFER THE MONEY FOR NEXT 45 DAYS TO MY BANK)...A BIG SCAM GOING ON AT PAYTM... I was trying to place an order in Dominos site and selected the paytm as the mode of payment option and i logged in and added the amount to my wallet of Rs.1027 with credit card. Amount is debited from my card but its not added in paytm wallet or there is no track/order for that transaction in my login and the payment was failure. Pls help in crediting amount amount back to my credit card. This is my issue. I have already sent in mail all the proofs i have and i have also confirmed from my bank that their transaction was successful and forwarded the mail from bank to the paytm care as proof, but there is no response from your side from last 5 days even thought im writing mail daily for the same thread mail for status.
