Mob : [protected] Twice a few days back, i submitted 99 & 249 for datacard recharge, PAYTM App didnt recharge the amount above, but processed my money. It happened today with 250 Mobile Top up as well. 250 was paid, but recharge was failed. Please take it as formal complaint against PAYTM APP

Its a herbalife weight loss product i ordered a a product that contain 3 box but one item is missing. Order no is [protected]. Big scam paytm. Not responding very well. Dont use paytm fake people n dealers they have.

I have add my money to my wallet but some bank reson unable to add my amount so I cancel the amount ..my money deducted from my bank ac but I have not return my amount rs 1500...till now ..

HI, i purchased the one lenovo laptop, but they are sending laptop and my purchased laptop both are different, they are telling same laptop, so i returned the my laptop at that time they are told that with in 3-4 days i will refund you, till now i didn't get money. how many times i will get this message from you when i send a email to you i was get same reply from you (Sorry! for the inconvenience caused. I am using number [protected] i have applied for kyc but no one come to take my document what we do is it government company or a private company if private there is any time limitation for copletying any task or every thing on rambharose.

Recently did a recharge of 120 and money is deducted from acount and airtel balence is zero i trusted paytm but its all fake...i.ll tell my friends not to use paytm its fake and it cheats...

Pathetic Online Shopping !! I placed an order for Philips 2.1 Speaker and money was deducted from my bank. Next day, received a confirmation message that my order has been acknowledged by the Seller. I was checking the status of my order on daily basis and after 5 days the order was cancelled. NO NOTIFICATION, NO EMAIL, NO CALLS, NOTHING and the order is cancelled. The offer is gone as well and my money is STUCK IN PAYTM FOR 45 DAYS (AND THE ONLY OPTION I HAVE IS TO SHOP THROUGH PAYTM AND I CANNOT TRANSFER THE MONEY FOR NEXT 45 DAYS TO MY BANK)...A BIG SCAM GOING ON AT PAYTM... PLEASE AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM PAYTM...!!!

I make order of mobile fone to paytm & i got wrong model mobile from paytm. I make return complent & resend that mobile to that murchent as paytm says by mail. And now i dont get my refund mony . When i will get my refund..

I have plased an order on 11th Jan 2016. Order ID- [protected]. the amount Rs- 509/- got deduct from my account but there is not any comfermation massage received yet. I tryed calling the help line numbers but not any reply from your side. Please confirm ASAP. Regards, Shraddha

I was trying to place an order in Dominos site and selected the paytm as the mode of payment option and i logged in and added the amount to my wallet of Rs.1027 with credit card. Amount is debited from my card but its not added in paytm wallet or there is no track/order for that transaction in my login and the payment was failure. Pls help in crediting amount amount back to my credit card. This is my issue. I have already sent in mail all the proofs i have and i have also confirmed from my bank that their transaction was successful and forwarded the mail from bank to the paytm care as proof, but there is no response from your side from last 5 days even thought im writing mail daily for the same thread mail for status.

Order#[protected], Paytm sent fake product and when immediately complained, they simply told me to mark return and told they will be providing same deal, but they are not offering any deals ... They will show attractive prices, when customer places order by sending time, eventually Paytm intensionally sends Fake product and simply tell us to return, Paytm does not honor any customer orders if customer place expensive items in the order, in the name of deals Paytm gets website hits and actually sends Fake substandard items, if any customer detects it is fake, they will take return and only give product money but will not give the same deal even they commit, Paytm is BOGUS, FRAUD always send open box, or substandard or fake products NOT the original products, only few customers identify those are FAKE other innocent customers will get CHEATED by Paytm, I placed 3 orderes during Paytm Jan5-Jan7 deals, all three I received Fake Graphics card Ordered 40000 - send open box basic product of worth 22000 Ordered i7 Processor of worth 22000 - sent Basic Intel G2020 of worth 4000 Ordered mother board - Damaged one sent All the above, I have placed at 30% code, now they are returning and not providing any deals ... so stay away & save time and peace
